This research is a field research using a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. Where the data collection uses interview, observation and documentation techniques. The resource persons in this study were the leadership of LPK Rida Embroidery Ponorogo, employees and training participants. This research is a type of quantative research. The population was 200 student respondents and a sample of 134 respondents. Meanwhile, the data collection technique carried out in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis used is classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, model accuracy test and hypothesis test. {"title":"The Effect of Return on Equity, Earnings Per Share, and Price Earning Ratio on Stock Prices","authors":"Imam Fakhroni, Faruq Ahmad Futaqi","doi":"10.21154/aicie.v1i0.826","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21154/aicie.v1i0.826","url":null,"abstract":"This study aims to analyze the effect of return on equity (ROE), earnings per share (EPS), and price earning ratio (PER) partially and jointly (simultaneously) on the share prices of processed food sub-industry companies listed on ISSI during the period 2016 – 2020. This study had test samples of 7 processed food sub-industry companies listed on the Indonesia Sharia Stock Index (ISSI). The data used in the study was panel data type with 35 samples while the type of research used was associative research with a quantitative approach and using panel data regression. The results of the t-statistics test show that the ROE and PER variables have a negative and insignificant influence on stock prices. The EPS variable has the results of t-statistics testing, which has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Based on the results of the F-statistic test, the variationof ROE, EPS, and PER together (simultaneously) has a positive and significant effect on the stock price. Based on the analysis that has been done, the results show that responsiveness greatly influences economic growth, especially in Ponorogo. Unemployment affects economic growth in Ponorogo Regency, where this economic growth has a significant indicator. The existence of an internal control system in the company can create an excellent organizational structure. To create reasonable internal control, the company must fulfill the elements of internal inventory control. In this study, 3 of the 5 elements of internal control were taken, namely internal control procedures for receiving and storing, an organizational structure that strictly separates functional responsibilities and healthy practices in carrying out tasks, and each organizational unit. At Toko Edwi there is a problem with the dual function of receiving and storing functions into one accounting function. The purpose of this study is to find out how the internal control procedures for receiving and storing merchandise inventory at the Edwi Store, how the implementation of internal control over the organizational structure that separates functional responsibilities explicitly on the merchandise inventory at the Edwi shop, how to implement internal control over practices healthy in carrying out the duties and functions of each organizational unit at the Edwi Store. Using qualitative research methods and data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that Toko Edwi has carried out internal control procedures for proper receipt and storage of merchandise. However, internal control over the organizational structure that separates functional responsibilities has not been strictly implemented. It still concurrently holds the duties of the receiving and storage functions into one accounting function. However, the development of the sugar business has not implemented a good strategy, which is shown in the production process that has not made product variants and promotions are still simple. So a strategy is needed in business development to achieve the goal. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of palm sugar business in Temon village, Arjosari district, Pacitan district, to determine the factors that influence palm sugar business, and to determine the impact of business development on increasing palm sugar production in Temon village, Arjosari district, Pacitan district. This study uses a qualitative method. This type of research is field research (field research). Data collection techniques are from interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are: 1) Development of palm sugar business in the village, namely developing the market for products, sales systems, and developing markets with synergy. However, only the strategy of developing the market with synergy is maximally applied to the palm sugar business. The Nologaten Village community with all its limitations, stated several reasons that caused their low interest in Islamic banks. The most dominant factors in this case are knowledge, product, location, environment and religiosity factors. The formulation of the problem in this case is how the interest of the Nologaten Village Community in using Islamic bank products is seen from these five factors. This study aims to determine how the interest of the people of Kelurahan Nologaten in using Islamic banks is seen from the five factors. The research used is a qualitative research with data obtained from the community of Nologaten Village using the source triangulation method, by combining data collection with observation and interview techniques. The data analysis technique used in this research is data analysis in the field using the Miles and Huberman model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and the last step is drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the five factors influence the interest of the people of Kelurahan Nologaten in using Islamic banks. Without community communication, it is impossible to form, on the contrary, without society, it is impossible for humans to develop communication. Communication is very important in an institution, one of which is Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCP Madiun. Based on the results of interviews conducted with customers, it can be said that communication at Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCP Madiun is good, but CS neglects to inform the advantages and other service features in the product so that it does not affect customers to make transactions at the Bank, especially in terms of saving. This is not in accordance with the theory put forward by Harold Laswell that communication is defined as: Who Says What Through What Channel To Whom With What Effect?. The main purpose of this research is to describe several things which include bank communication patterns, narration of communication language, and the impact of narration of communication language on the culture of saving at Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCP Madiun. Methods This research uses qualitative research methods. While the data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study conclude that there are 4 communication patterns used at Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCP Madiun in building a culture of saving, namely primary, linear, secondary and circular communication patterns. The narration of the communication language applied by Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCP Madiun is that it has used good language, easy to understand and in accordance with the script recommended by the bank, but in the CS section the narrative used is still not optimal, which is indicated by the negligence of CS in conveying the advantages of products and features other services. In addition to financial literacy, motivation is also a factor of interest in entrepreneurship. The Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business IAIN Ponorogo is a faculty that has a focus on entrepreneurship development, where the vision and mission, courses and practical activities lead to the development of entrepreneurship. However, the interest in entrepreneurship with the knowledge that has been obtained during college has not been able to arouse interest in entrepreneurship in students. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of financial literacy and entrepreneurial motivation on student interest in entrepreneurship. This type of research is quantitative research with correlational method, data collection using questionnaires and sampling using proportionate stratified technique with a sample of 96 respondents. Data processing techniques using SPSS 23, and data analysis using multiple linear regression test. The results showed that conventional financial literacy and entrepreneurship motivation had a significant effect on student interest in entrepreneurship, while Islamic financial literacy had no significant effect on entrepreneurial interest.
