This study is an analysis of the results of \"Selective observation of the quality and availability of services in education, health and social services, employment promotion.\" This statistical observation has several advantages: complex procedure for forming a sample, coverage of the population in all constituent entities of the Russian Federation, including urban and rural population, ensure that the data is representative, and allow for complex analysis in the dynamics. As a result of sociological surveys of the population of the Russian Federation in 2015, 2017, 2019, it was determined that the share of respondents satisfied with the work of health center and diagnostic services remains low (less than half of the respondents). When interviewing respondents, the reasons for dissatisfaction with the work of the health center were highlighted, the “leader” among which is “the length of waiting in queues”. Moreover, the share of respondents who choose “the work of medical specialist” and “the lack of necessary equipment and drugs” as negative aspects in the provision of medical care on an outpatient basis is increasing. About half of the respondents are satisfied with the comfort of their stay, the availability of drugs and modern equipment in the hospital. Analysis of the main negative phenomena observed in the provision of medical care to the population made it possible to determine the leading trends, which remain the high cost of drugs and an increase in the volume of paid medical care. The important factors in the long-term and stable outcome of dental implantation are the availability of sufficient bone volume, adequate oral hygiene and correct positioning of the implant. Current studies point at the role of periodontal soft tissues in achieving an aesthetic result as a result of implant treatment. Review of the literature about the statistics of mucositis and peri-implantitis, problems of the dental implantation planning, alternative points of view on the recipient tooth socket, trauma of the donor site, etc. point at the immediacy of the problem. The problem of the advantages and disadvantages of methods and materials for gingival plastics continue to be relevant. The article presents the experience of the formation of a protective soft tissue buffer zone around the implant as a result of laser vestibuloplasty. Dental lasers are successfully used for the reconstruction of soft tissues in preparation for orthopedic treatment, plastic surgery of the oral cavity vestibule and frenulum. Laser application as a surgical instrument allows to make an incision more precisely and to overview the surgical area. Operative technique does not differ from the vestibuloplasty for the periodontal diseases. As a result of using an erbium or diode laser, the necessary vestibule of the oral cavity is formed. Features of the epithelialization of the oral mucosa and fixation of the movable edge of the wound make it possible to increase the area of the immobile gum. The authors presented a photo protocol describing the clinical case. For the highest quality recovery of athletes, it is necessary to consider the structural and functional changes in the shoulder joint in order to draw up an individual treatment plan. The aim of the study was to assess the effectiveness of rehabilitation measures in athletes of different age groups with traumatic injuries of the humerus and soft tissues, considering their mental state. With the help of methods for assessing personal response to illness - \"Syndrome of psychosensory-anatomical-functional maladjustment\" (SPSAFD), the effectiveness of rehabilitation measures was assessed in 273 athletes with a diagnosis of shoulder girdle and shoulder injuries (S40-S49) S46.0 Injury of the rotator cuff tendon; T92.5 Consequences of injuries to the tendons and muscles of the upper limb) and prevention of damage to the rotator cuff of the shoulder joint (ICD-10), it was found that before the rehabilitation treatment, athletes had a state of maladjustment against the background of the disease. Myocardial infarction and its complications in young and middle-aged men with arterial hypertension remains an important problem of modern cardiology.\u0000Aim. To evaluate the cardiovascular risk factors structure features in men under 50 years old with arterial hypertension to improve prevention and outcomes.\u0000Material and methods. The study included 209 men aged 19-50 years old with type I myocardial infarction, who underwent a standard diagnostic algorithm in the first 48 hours and at the end of the third week of the disease. The patients were divided into two age-matched groups: with arterial hypertension (121 patients, 88 patients without arterial hypertension). A comparative analysis of the frequency of identifying the main and additional cardiovascular risk factors and their parameters were performed in the selected groups.\u0000Results. The study group showed more pronounced glycemia (5.6±1.4 mmol/l) than in the control group (5.2±1.3 mmol/l; p=0.04) at the end of the third week of myocardial infarction. In this group, there was a high incidence of obesity (42.1 and 25.0%, respectively; p=0.01), changes in peripheral arteries (86.0 and 3.5%; p<0.0001) and target organ damage , meteorological dependence (31.4 and 9.1%; p=0.0001), impaired peripheral hemodynamics, as well as hereditary burden of vascular pathology (100 and 56.8%; p=0.03).\u0000Conclusions. The authors were faced with the task of showing the elimination of microorganisms in the treatment of purulent pulpitis, as well as the long-term results of endodontic treatment, using a specific clinical example. Objective is to describe the clinical features and effectiveness of the use of the hydrokinetic Er, Cr:YSGG Waterlase Iplus laser with a wavelength of 2780 nm in the treatment of purulent pulpitis. The patient was treated in one visit, aqua destillata was used with irrigation solution, the root canals of the teeth were sterilized with a hydrokinetic Er, Cr:YSGG laser Waterlase Iplus with a wavelength of 2780 nm with the parameters: power-1.5 W, frequency-40 Hz, air-35%, water-25%. Bacteriological examination after mechanical and laser treatment showed antibacterial decontamination of the root canal system of the tooth. According to the X-ray examination, 6 months after the treatment, there was no inflammatory process in the periodontal tissues. Analyzing the survey data of 150 prisoners in the remand prison, the following conclusion can be drawn. For the most part, persons in prison have a low social status and a high level of dental morbidity. Caries, periodontal diseases, leukoplakia, xerostomia were noted among the most common diseases of the oral cavity. In prisons, inmates are exposed to a number of factors that have a negative impact on their oral health and the body as a whole. The high prevalence of HIV and hepatitis among them also affects the oral health of prisoners. In the course of the study, it was found that the prevalence of leukoplakia (K13.2) is 40% (N = 60), xerostomia (K11.7) - 32% (N = 48), the prevalence of periodontal disease (K05.3) among prisoners is 76% (N = 114), caries was diagnosed in every prisoner patient in the study group. Due to the lack of the necessary resources in the medical institutions of the SIZO, it is impossible to give a full assessment of the prevalence and intensity of various dental diseases among prisoners in comparison with those at large. This disease today requires special attention of doctors and scientists due to the erased course of the disease, complex diagnostics and multi-faceted treatment. Chronic inflammation affects men-strual function, fertility of women, is often a complica-tion of pregnancy, childbirth, the postpartum period, and can also cause infertility and early loss, which actualizes the topic of timely and individually selected treatment for patients diagnosed with chronic endo-metritis. Treatment should be aimed at relieving clini-cal symptoms, eradicating the pathogen and combat-ing adverse long-term consequences. Today, many approaches to treatment are known, but it is worth choosing the most effective and promising ones. In addition to etiotropic and symptomatic treatment, attention should be paid to restoring the morphofunc-tional potential of the endometrium with the help of physiotherapy. Obtaining data on the dynamics of the number of people with disabilities and the factors affecting this indicator seems to be one of the relevant aspects. Aim: to trace the dynamics of the number of children with disabili-ties and to assess the change in the structure of early disability over the past decades. Materials and Meth-ods. A comparative analysis of two cohorts of patients was carried out: 1st - patients born in 1990-1992. (1203 patients (men - 914, 76%; women - 289, 24%)) who applied to the district neuropsychiatric dispensa-ry for outpatient care in childhood and adolescence; II - children and adolescents born in 2005 - 2018 (602 patients (male - 410, 68%; female - 192, 32%), ob-served at the time of the study by a child psychiatrist in the neuropsychiatric dispensary. Research methods: clinical and psychopathological; follow-up; statisti-cal. Results. Comparison of the number and nosologi-cal distribution of disabled children in two cohorts showed that over the 15th year there has been a shift towards an increase in the proportion of disabled children among patients observed by child and ado-lescent psychiatrists. The increase in the number of children with disabilities was due to those suffering from childhood autism and other disorders of general development. There were no statistically significant differences in the number of people with disabilities who received benefits before the age of 7, as well as differences in gender ratios among disabled people in the two cohorts. Conclusion. Early disability is a mul-tifactorial phenomenon, prevalence, dynamics, the structure of which depends not only on clinical, but also on socio-administrative realities.
