Abstract
The main task in the rehabilitation of athletes with traumatic injuries of the humerus and surrounding soft tissues is effective and painless recovery at all stages of treatment. For the highest quality recovery of athletes, it is necessary to consider the structural and functional changes in the shoulder joint in order to draw up an individual treatment plan. The aim of the study was to assess the effectiveness of rehabilitation measures in athletes of different age groups with traumatic injuries of the humerus and soft tissues, considering their mental state. With the help of methods for assessing personal response to illness - "Syndrome of psychosensory-anatomical-functional maladjustment" (SPSAFD), the effectiveness of rehabilitation measures was assessed in 273 athletes with a diagnosis of shoulder girdle and shoulder injuries (S40-S49) S46.0 Injury of the rotator cuff tendon; T92.5 Consequences of injuries to the tendons and muscles of the upper limb) and prevention of damage to the rotator cuff of the shoulder joint (ICD-10), it was found that before the rehabilitation treatment, athletes had a state of maladjustment against the background of the disease. Also, there was a positive dynamic in the personal response to the disease after a complex of rehabilitation measures for 3 months, recommended by the attending physician of physical therapy and sports medicine.
