The quantitative ratio of the components is determined in accordance with the results of the evaluation of the antimicrobial effect of the extract from the proposed collection. To confirm the composition of biologically active substances of the collection, pharmacopoeial qualitative reactions to flavonoids and tannins, as well as the TLC method, which allows identifying substances of a polyphenolic nature, are proposed. The quantitative determination of extractive substances, essential oil, tannins, and flavonoids in the studied collection was carried out and the norms of their content were proposed.
