This shows the weak political flow in Tanah Datar. The political dominance of Golkar has occurred since the New Order era until the collapse of the new order power that showed by the winner of regional head elections (Bupati), Golkar in DPRD and the power of the Golkar Party. This study used qualitative descriptive through in-depth interviews with selected informants through purposive sampling. The results indicate that the patron client relationship occurs between the Golkar Party cadres and the supporting community. Humans have been able to communicate without border and time. However, information in the modern era is not always true and many of them are false or hoaxes. Al Qur’an as a guide for humans has actually explained the hoax. Some words in the Al Qur'an illustrated the context of hoaxes such as ifk, kaẑaba, fitnah, khud'a, qaul al-zūr, buhtan, iftara, tahrif, and garur. In this paper, it will discuss the text of the hoax in the Al Qur’an in its text and textual verses when the verse is revealed. Furthermore, the context of the hoax in the Al Qur’an is explained in the context of the current issues with a semantic approach. This paper concludes that the meaning of the hoax in the Al Qur'an is in accordance with the recent context but only the media and problems are more complex. Furthermore, the Qur'an has provided solution to the issues of hoax such as checking the correctness of the data before sharing (Q. S Al-Hujurat: 6, Q. S Isra: 36), increasing the culture of literacy (Q. S Al-Qalam: 1 -2), awareness of prejudice (Q. Veil is no longer considered an ancient one, but a modernization to keep up with the times. The emergence of a variety of improper hijabers communities was a form of the high interest of veil. This study is aim to examine and explore the process of the community and the discovery between religion and lifestyle and the factor of the establishment of the community. This study conducted through qualitative with interviews as data collection techniques. Data analized through reduction, display, ferivication and interpretation. The result show; first, the factor in the formation of the hijabers community is religion broadcast, invited inspiring women and a place to share experiences. Second, the activities of the hijabers community are related to religion and moslem women livestyle, such as regular recitation, seminars, and sharing experiences. There are yearly activities that is is combination of all activities carried out by hijabers community. Third, the religious practices of the hijabers community are expression of their religious lifestyle in the public. This systematic review of the literatures aims to increase understanding of social exclusion as a multidimensional aspect. Based on the substantive mapping, various collected literature can be grouped into cultural exclusion and structural exclusion includes; 1)stigma as a paradox explores the impact of stigma for people with visual impairment related to work; 2) career mobility, job satisfaction, and social exclusion discuss the lack of job satisfaction and career promotion for people with visual impairments; 3) the limitation of work accommodations explain about physical environment constraints; and 4) education and skill as a structural problem discususs about the relationship between individual and minimal services from state. This study analyzed the interpretation of Indonesian scholars and how the spirit of capitalism relates to the Al-Quran. This research was a literature study that examined the interpretation of Indonesian scholars. It was descriptive-analytical. It explored in depth about these interpretations and related them to the spirit of capitalism in the Al-Quran. This study found the Al-Quran view of the spirit of capitalism. Humans are not only commanded pure worship to God but also pay attention to their daily life. Human do everything to obtain wealth due to their needs. This was the principle of capitalism by Ayn Rand through the theory of Max Weber. The spirit of capitalism is a human attitude in an effort to fulfill their needs. Thus, the author pointed the spirit of Al-Quran that teaches this is as the spirit of capitalism in the Al-Quran.
