This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, literature review, and documentation. The results of this study are as follows: first, SNP 12:2017 has seven standards, namely collection standards, infrastructure standards, service standards, library staff standards, implementation standards, management standards, and information technology standards. For librarians in the SMAN 6 Pandeglang library who have the academic competence of library education graduates, the SMAN 6 Pandeglang library only has one room for various library areas. There is a lack of administrators and librarians in the SMAN 6 Pandeglang library who have competence in the field of information technology. Third, the factors that support the implementation of SNP 12:2017 are complete facilities and infrastructure, sufficient time for service activities, and additions to collections carried out every year. Fourth, the process and level of achievement of SNP 12:2017 are not fully implemented and in accordance with SNP 12:2017. There are several aspects that have started to reach SNP 12:2017, including service aspects, implementation aspects, management aspects, and several other aspects. Second, although this school is relatively new compared to other schools in Gondanglegis sub-district is able to provide quality, quantity, even facilities exceed other schools in Gondanglegi.And third, this school has issuing high quality graduates (outputs) where these graduates are now widely scattered in several colleges. There is a limitation of the problem in this study so that the problem formulation is concluded which was taken by researchers to conduct this research, namely (1) How is the effort of the head schools in improving the quality of education at Muhammadiyah 07 Gondanglegi Vocational High School (SMK) Malang (2) How is the success of the principal in improve the quality of education in Muhammadiyah Vocational High School (SMK) 07 Gondanglegi Malang (3) How is the success of the principal in improving the quality of education in Muhammadiyah 07 Vocational School (SMK) Gondanglegi Malang. The subject of this research is the head of the Madrasah. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. Using interactive data analysis techniques Miles and Huberman. The data validity test used the source triangulation technique. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the role of the head of the madrasah in improving the work ethic of teachers is very good, namely acting as a formal official, as a manager, as a leader, as an educator, as an administrator, as a madrasah as a supervisor, as an innovator, as a motivator. In addition, there are supporting and inhibiting factors. The supporting factors are (1) the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure, (2) good teacher discipline, (3) the qualifications of teacher education that are relevant to the subject being managed, (4) communication between teachers and staff is maintained, while the inhibiting factors are (1) there are still teachers who continue to use the ancient learning model, (2) late disbursement of BOS funds as the main source of madrasah funding, (3) difficulty in the process of applying for teacher certification through the Education Information and Management System and Education Personnel of the Ministry of Religion\"SIMPATIKA\" application, (4) diverse teacher personnel, so difficult to understand one by one. Based on the role of the head of the madrasah, it shows that the work ethic of the teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Subulussalam 2 is very high. The type of research used by the author is qualitative research that is descriptive by using interview, observation and documentation techniques in conducting data analysis, strengthened by data validity test using triangulation technique. The program is a leadership training program designed to make teachers a leader in learning. This study aims to analyze the motivating teacher program, analyze the strategy for improving teacher performance through the motivating teacher, analyze the factors affecting the strategy for improving teacher performance through the teacher program movers in Jakabaring District, Palembang City. This study uses a qualitative method. The research was conducted at SMPN 31 Palembang and SMAN South Sumatra. Informants in this study were prospective teachers, principals, and student representatives. Data collection methods are observation, interviews, documentation and triangulation. The results of this study are first, the Motivating Teacher Program is a leadership training program for teachers to become leaders in learning that has an impact on students. The Motivator Program includes Online Training, Workshops, Conferences, and Mentoring for 9 months for prospective teacher educators. Second, the implementation strategy of the teacher driving program starts from planning to prepare modules, real action. After that, prepare the evaluation results by filling out a journal about the children's feelings in participating in the driving teacher program. The influencing factors are the supporting factors for the Motivating Teacher Program including the government, schools and the environment. The type of research used is field research (filed research) using a case study method approach that is descriptive qualitative. This study found several findings, firstly Al-Ittifaqiah Islamic Boarding School uses a strategy to win the competition, tactical strategy and value strategy which includes a mass marketing approach (mass marketing), Educational services are targeted to all groups, provide various excellent programs, carry out direct promotions. and indirectly, having superior human resources, always innovating in educational products and making it easier for students to continue their studies abroad. Second, the inhibiting factors in implementing the marketing strategy of boarding school-based Islamic education services at Pondok Pesantren al-Ittifaqiah Indralaya are having a clear segment, very good al-Ittifaqiah Brand, public and alumni trust is still relatively high, and advances in information technology. The obstacle in implementing the marketing strategy for boarding school-based Islamic education services is that the number of human resources is not optimal, which has an impact on the less than optimal management of students in terms of monitoring student delinquency and cleanliness of the dormitory environment. This study aims to describe and analyze lecturer performance management and the factors that influence it at Mahad Saad Bin Abi Waqqash Palembang during one semester of the teaching and learning process according to natural conditions. The type of research used by the author is field research with a qualitative model and a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the Arabic language lecturer at Mahad Saad Bin Abi Waqqash Palembang has been categorized as good, which is reflected in the form of competence required, in order to carry out his profession in order to achieve satisfactory results including pedagogic competence, personality competence, professional competence, and social competence. The supporting factors for achieving the quality of lecturer performance are the motivation that arises from the vision and mission of Mahad Saad Bin Abi Waqqash Palembang, having a comfortable work environment, lecturers are the best alumni from Islamic universities from the Middle East, and facilities that support Arabic learning. While the sources of information in this research are the Head of the Library, the Principal and 3 Librarians. The results of this study indicate that; 1) Planning of work programs in library management at UPT SMK Negeri 14 Musi Banyuasin is carried out by 1) compiling a work program; 2) the organization of the library is carried out through coordination with the head of the library as the coordinator in forming the organizational structure and assisted by 3 staff on duty; 3) Implementation of work programs in library management as planned at the planning stage; 4) the library supervises every day, reports on its library activities within a period of 6 months. Obtained the results of research on PAI Teacher Professionalism Before Supervision at SDN Negeri Gugus Kec. Talang Kelapa Banyuasin Teacher professionalism in five schools (SDN 35, SDN 2, SDN 10, SDN 23 and SDN 24 Talang Kelapa) was sufficient before being supervised, it's just that the teacher's responsibility still needs supervision related to teacher competence and discipline. Implementation of Supervision of Islamic Education Teachers at SDN Negeri Gugus Kec. Talang Kelapa Banyuasin has been going on as it should. Supervisors carry out their duties in accordance with their responsibilities to direct teachers according to their competence as educators. Supervisors carry out supervisory activities based on provisions which include supervising administrative tools, learning and evaluation processes to coaching teachers. Post-Supervision Implementation of PAI Teacher Professionalism in Public Elementary Schools in the Talang Kelapa Banyuasin District Elementary School there are developments in terms of administration of learning tools, classroom management and evaluation.
