Here, two objectives, total power loss minimization, and overall voltage stability index (VSI) maximization are considered. In general, minimization of power loss is the primary objective, and VSI is considered for improved voltage stability. VSI must be positive to obtain a stable operation and a higher VSI value represents better stability of the RDS. These objectives are solved subject to constraints related to power balance, DGs, CBs, D-STATCOM powers, bus voltages, and VSI. Here, single objective problem is solved using Particle swarm optimization (PSO), and the multi-objective problem is solved using multi-objective PSO (MO-PSO). Standard 33 bus RDS is considered for solving this problem. When on vacation, the server works at a different pace. Disturbances occur in the server due to multiple breakdowns. In working breakdowns server works at a different rate. During the time of interruption caused by working vacation and working breakdowns, the main server can find many implementations in operation. Both the server's lifespan and the time it takes to repair it are considered to be exponentially dispersed. Also, we have considered balking and reneging behaviours of customers. The stationary queue length distribution is computed using a matrix-analytic technique. Using Genetic Algorithm (GA) we optimize the cost function. The predicted length of a busy period, the expected length of a working vacation period, the expected length of a working breakdown period, the mean waiting time, and the average delay are all established. We compute numerical results to verify the analytical point of view. Though it is an extended type of computing paradigm, which is mainly used to support cloud computing for executing deadline-based user requirements in IoT applications. However, there are certain challenges related to the hybrid IoT -cloud environment such as poor latency, increased execution time, computational burden and overload on the computing nodes. This paper offers A Layer & Request priority-based framework for Dynamic Resource Allocation Method (LP-DRAM), a new approach based on layer priority for ensuring effective resource allocation in a fog-cloud architecture. By performing load balancing across the computer nodes, the suggested method achieves an effective resource allocation. Unlike conventional resource allocation techniques, the proposed work assumes that the node type and the location are not fixed. The tasks are allocated based on two constrain, duration and layer priority basis i.e, the tasks are initially assigned to edge computing nodes and based on the resource availability in edge nodes, the tasks are further allocated to fog and cloud computing nodes. Haar scale-3 wavelets are employed to space and time derivatives approximation involved in the system. The collocation approach is applied with space and time variables discretization to construct an implicit and explicit numerical scheme for the reaction-diffusion system. We have used various numerical problems containing non-linearity and different source term to inquest the exactness, efficiency and authenticity of the proposed numerical strategy. In addition, the obtained results are graphically displayed and systematized. The problem boils down to solving a set of ‘big’ Boolean equations that may or may not be consistent. The usual formulation of the Boolean curve fitting problem is quite complicated, indeed. In this paper, we formulate the Boolean curve fitting problem using the technique of atomic decomposition of Boolean equations. This converts the problem into a set of independent switching equations. We present the solution of these switching equations and express the solution in very simple and compact forms. We also present the consistency and uniqueness conditions for this problem again in very compact forms. A few illustrative examples are given. These examples clearly pinpoint the simplicity gained by the Boolean-equation solving step within the overall Boolean-fitting procedure. Gujarati is a more difficult language to recognize compared to other languages because of curves, close loops, the inclusion of modifiers, and the presence of joint characters. So great effort has been laid into the literature for Gujarati OCR. Recently deep learning-based CNN models are applied to develop OCR for different languages but Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) models are not yet giving a satisfactory performance to recognize Gujarati characters. So, this paper proposes a revolutionary Gujarati printed characters and numerals recognition CNN models. CNN-PGC (CNN for - Printed Gujarati Character) and CNN-HGC (CNN for - Handwritten Gujarati Character) are two optimally configured Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) presented in this research for printed Gujarati base characters and handwritten numbers, respectively. Concerning particular performance indicators, the suggested work's performance is evaluated and proven against that of other traditional models and with the latest baseline methods. Experimental analysis has been carried out on well-segmented newly generated Gujarati base characters and numerals dataset which includes 36 consonants, 13 vowels, and 10 handwritten numerals. With the large-scale demand of scientific and engineering jobs, huge number of cloud data centres needs to be constructed to fulfil the requirement of the jobs. The extensive use of cloud data centres leads to increases in cost as well as energy consumption. In this paper, an agent based Cost-Effective Energy Efficient scheduling algorithm, namely, CEEE has been proposed. To establish the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, simulation is performed on CloudSim environment. The proposed algorithm is compared with state of art scheduling algorithms namely, Randam and MaxUtil. The experimental results demonstrates that CEEE algorithm is capable of refining energy efficiency with reduced cost. Therefore, redesigning value chains to bring social, economic, and environmental gains becomes of particular interest in alignment with a new model of a people-centric super-smart society. This paper aimed to outline a conceptual design of urban agriculture (UA) 5.0 by applying a three-phase methodology supported by data triangulation. A relationship between Industry 4.0, food system, and sustainable society was identified, encompassing many points of convergence between UA and Industry 4.0 (35) as well as Society 5.0 (43). As a result, this paper proposed UA 5.0 as a multifaceted concept that brings a new paradigm for systemic agriculture integrated in cities, considering six key dimensions for its development (spatial, social, technological, economic, sustainability, and systems integration). This exploratory study contributes to in-depth discussions, and new strategies among policy makers for building a more resilient urban food system as an embedded solution in smart cities.
