This challenge necessitates innovative solutions to safeguard both the animal populations and the safety of railway operations. In response, this research introduces an ingenious approach—an IP camera based remote surveillance system tailored for animal tracking in close proximity to railway tracks. By harnessing cutting-edge technology, this system offers the promise of reducing animal fatalities and preventing hazardous train incidents. Central to this proposed solution is the utilization of an Adriano microcontroller intricately linked to a trio of sensors: an ultrasonic sensor, a Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) sensor, and a Passive Infrared (PIR) sensor. This triumvirate of sensors collaborates seamlessly to discern the presence of animals within the vicinity of railway tracks. The ultrasonic sensor, adept at calculating distances by emitting and receiving sound waves, serves as the system's first line of defence in identifying potential collisions. The MEMS sensor, designed to detect even the minutest movements, further refines the system's by distinguishing between animals and stationary objects. This study aimed to explore the factors influencing the knowledge and motivation of health cadres in preventing stunting among children. Using a mixed-methods approach, data were collected through surveys and interviews with health cadres, local health officials, and community leaders. The research identified critical gaps in the knowledge of health cadres regarding stunting prevention strategies, emphasizing the need for more localized, frequent, and tailored training programs. Additionally, the study found that health cadres were motivated by both intrinsic factors, such as personal commitment to the community, and extrinsic factors, including financial incentives and institutional support. The involvement of local community leaders in stunting prevention initiatives emerged as a crucial factor for success. However, barriers such as limited resources, financial constraints, and logistical challenges were found to hinder the effectiveness of these efforts. The findings suggest that addressing these gaps in knowledge, improving training and support systems, and fostering community collaboration are essential to enhancing stunting prevention programs in Karo Regency. Despite the potential, the sector faces many challenges - limited market access, outdated production methods and fluctuating demand. Key elements like supply chain and logistics, awareness of government policies, environmental practices, contingency planning, training opportunities, lean management, online presence, marketing, product visibility, social innovation and supplier networks are identified through literature review and stakeholder interviews. Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM) is used to examine the contextual relationships among key success factors for the handicraft industry in Ladakh. The findings of the analysis demonstrate that supply chain and logistics, awareness of government policies, environmental practices, contingency planning, and social innovation emerged as the independent variables, while lean management, handicraft product visibility, and supplier network act as dependent variables. The key success factors, such as training opportunities, online presence, and marketing, act as the linkage variables between independent and dependent variables. Supply chain and online presence are key to market and product visibility. Social innovation and contingency planning can drive resilience and adaptability in economic and environmental changes. The findings of the study suggest that the Government should collaborate with local institutions to conduct regular training workshops for artisans. These workshops should focus on skill enhancement, marketing strategies and sustainable production techniques. Due to their low waterflood recovery rates, these reservoirs are ideal candidates for enhanced oil recovery (EOR) methods. Chemically enhanced oil recovery (CEOR) techniques, such as surfactant flooding, can increase these reservoirs’ output by modifying wettability and decreasing interfacial tension (IFT). This study explored ionic liquids (ILs), a new type of surfactant, and their potential effects on wettability and IFT reduction. The study initially involved the experimental assessment of the interfacial tension and wettability, using the pendant drop and contact angle. The results reveal that this surfactant changes the wettability from 98◦ to 28◦ and the interfacial tension (IFT) from 3.13 to 1.25 dynes/cm at 250 ppm. Core flooding tests were conducted to examine the effect of ionic liquid concentration on the ultimate oil recovery from the carbonate oil reservoir's core plug. The outcomes reflected extra oil recoveries of 17% and 19.7% OOIP for 50 and 250 ppm, respectively at a flow rate of 0.667 cm3/min, respectively. The interpretative structural modelling (ISM) approach is applied for analyzing the CSFs. In India, the unorganized fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) retail sector occupies a sizable amount of space and makes a significant GDP contribution. A total of 13 CSFs are analyzed, and to determine their driving and dependency power, MICMAC analysis is carried out. The outcome demonstrates that unorganized retailing suffers a variety of difficulties, like, the arrival of new competitors, product substitution, supplier problems, buyer threats, an increase in organized retailers, and co-manufacturer threats, in developing country settings. The factors with the highest positive impact are service quality in FMCG retail, time management at stores, product quality, and spoilage adjustment in retail. The factors, service quality in retail, time management at stores, and product quality have resulted in the highest driving power and lowest dependence power to attain the desired performance of UORSCM.
