Panoramic radiography includes a detailed anatomy of the jaw complex with some superimpositions and distortions that can be exacerbated by technical errors in image acquisition as well as many extra-jaw anatomical structures that are able to give clear description to interpretate. Therefore, in obtaining a panoramic radiograph it is necessary to obtain the desired structure with high quality and minimal distortion. Errors that often occur in producing good panoramic radiographs are technical errors or when positioning the patient and during the panoramic examination. The purpose of this study was to determine the main factors causing the errors so that technician can produce good quality radiographs, take into account patient placement at the time of examination, perform film processing, and handle general film procedures. The research method used was a quantitative method with a descriptive observational approach. The number of samples was 64 radiographs, which are adult patients over 18 years old with the use of exposure factors in the range of 60kV, 10mA and 16.4s. All radiographs were taken by qualified radiographers with more than 5 years of experience. The radiographs were viewed and observed without any modification on a computed radiography monitor screen. Radiographic results will be evaluated by experienced technician who have worked more than 5 years. Evaluation is obtained by analyzing the data descriptively in the form of assessment of the percentage of rejection of panoramic radiographs to make conclusions. Out of the 2418 panoramic radiographs viewed, 2354 (97%) radiographs had no errors while 64 (3%) radiographs showed one or more positioning error. The most common positioning error observed in the radiographs was failuer to position chin tipped high (56,02%). Whereas the least common error recorded were movement and apron shadow (1.15%).","PeriodicalId":441425,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Business, Economics, and Social Development","volume":"62 35","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139240051","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Various negative things experienced by students have an impact on their mental health. However, there are coping mechanisms that can bring positive changes to students' lives and help them survive the post-pandemic period. This research aimed to explore: the problems, level of stress, coping mechanisms carried out by students, and resilience level during the pandemic; the student's mental health situation during post-pandemic; and the recommendation for higher education (HE) institutions to support students' mental health. The research included 5018 students in bachelor's programs from 20 universities of APTIK members via quota sampling method on gender and class year (stage 1); and reports from students about their psychological symptoms during classes (n = 5 classes) and counseling (n = 10 cases) and literature review from explore 13 articles via Google scholar and Google search engine (stage 2). The study results show that students had many learning and social life challenges. Students who can develop positive coping with stress will be resilient and benefit from the experience during the pandemic, such as increased online learning skills, health awareness, and good time management. A positive coping strategy empowers the students to develop good mental health and survive during the pandemic, together with the support of the education system in higher education institutions. The institution should provide leadership, a good governance system, conducive teaching and learning system, and an appreciation for diversity and inclusivity to support students' mental health. The system should support the various changes experienced by students. With a good strategy and governance, there will be clarity and comfort so that it does not exacerbate the mental health problems encountered by many students. The impact is that students are more prepared and confident to connect with the industry world.","PeriodicalId":441425,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Business, Economics, and Social Development","volume":"237 ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139241624","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For that purpose, armed separatism in West Papua will be explained and then followed by an elaboration of the threat of terrorism in Indonesia and a discussion of the labelling of OPM as a terrorist organization. The terrorist designation of the OPM will apply the Indonesian anti-terrorism law that gives longer pre-trial detention power to the Police and the possibility of placing OPM on the terrorist list. The Indonesian government seems to gain political support from the Muslim community that has criticized the government for using the terrorism issue against Islam only before the designation was announced. Referring to data from the Central Statistics Agency, it is stated that post-pandemic Covid-19, the poverty rate in the Disadvantaged Regions jumped in 2020 to 26.43% while the National Mid-Term Development Plan 2020-2024 target was 23.4%-24% in 2024. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to have a systematic policy made by the government to achieve the target of the accelerated development of disadvantaged regions in 2020-2024. It is also stated in the National Mid-Term Development Plan 2020-2024 that by the end of 2024, the target of 25 districts may be lifted from their disadvantaged status. However, in this endeavour, there are increased instances of uncertainties i.e. speeds of delivery, flexibility and environmental factors that affect the services rendered to the end consumer. This drives the concept of supply chain agility which focuses on the speeds of response to any changes in the consumer demands. The healthcare sector has undergone significant changes within the past decades. Amidst these changes, attaining efficient and effective healthcare service delivery remains a distant prospect among multiple nations. This study therefore sought to find out the moderating role of procurement governance on the relationship between supply chain agility and service delivery in the Public health care sector in the county governments of the western region. The hypothesis for the study was: - Procurement Governance has no significant influence on the relationship between Supply Chain Agility and Service Delivery of the Public Health care sector in the County Governments of Western Region The study was anchored on three theories, theory of Human Service Delivery, Dynamic Capability Perspectives and Institutional Theory. The study adopted a Positivist research philosophy and a descriptive survey research design and the target population was 284 respondents of the four level 5 county hospitals in the western region. Questionnaires and interview schedules were used for data collection and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Data was presented using tables, scree plots and scatter plots. The study is of value to researchers and academicians, County government authorities and residents of the four counties. 258 respondents participated in the study and preliminary data checking, screening and cleaning was done. Validity and reliability statistics were done and they indicated that the research instruments were adequate for their purpose. Diagnostic tests were also conducted and none of the variables violated these assumptions. Regression analysis was done for the Supply Chain Agility and service delivery. Supply chain agility accounted for 44.5% of the changes in Service Delivery, but with the introduction of procurement governance as a moderator, the R2 value rose to 59.4% with p˂0.05. This indicated that Procurement Governance was a significant moderator of the relationship. The study recommended that hospitals to should pay attention to three main aspects of procurement governance. First, they should set rules and policies that describe the authoritative position regarding the standards, principles, and objectives of the procurement process. Such standards include transparency and Accountability.","PeriodicalId":441425,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Business, Economics, and Social Development","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131871790","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
