However generative latent variable models such as the variational autoencoder(VAE) experience a posterior collapse problem ignoring learning for a subset of latent variables during training. In particular, this phenomenon frequently occurs when the VAE is applied to natural language processing, which may degrade the reconstruction performance. In this paper, we propose a data augmentation method based on the pre-trained language model (PLM) using the Wasserstein autoencoder (WAE) structure. The WAE was used to prevent a posterior collapse in the generative model, and the PLM was placed in the encoder and decoder to improve the augmentation performance. The pqsigRM is a code-based PQC digital signature scheme which was accepted in round 1 of the NIST's PQC standardization process. This scheme was revised as the modified pqsigRM by removing all known vulnerabilities during the standardization process. Its advantages include an efficient decoding process, proven security, and small signature sizes. Small signature sizes are very useful in signature schemes because we should send signatures in every signing process. However, it has a problem with large public key sizes. In this paper, we propose a method to reduce the public key size of modified pqsigRM. We change the public key into a systematic form, improve its parameters, and fine-tune the bit-security for each parameter. Thus, we can reduce to 0.20, 0.40, and 0.23 times smaller public key sizes compared to the modified pqsigRM parameters for 80, 128, and 256 security levels, respectively. In electronic warfare (EW), the noise jamming can be selected as one of the EW techniques against the pulse compression waveform. However, there is a disadvantage that a high jamming to signal ratio is required. Thus, a more efficient EW technique is needed. In this paper, we propose a deceptive technique of the range spreading against the pulse compression signal. The proposed method is a technique to extend the echo range using chirp noise instead of the noise jamming for the pulse compression signal. In this paper, we propose a beam selection algorithm for cell-free networks using sweeping beams. The proposed algorithm is suitable for the cell-free networks in that it is designed to maximize the received power at a user equipment by using iterative maximum weighted matching. To reduce electric energy consumption and use energy more efficiently, the usage pattern of the home appliance should be analyzed. In the paper, we propose a pattern analysis method of the home appliance using Boosting technique. Boosting method is a sort of ensemble machine learning algorithm and is based on the decision tree. The correlation between home appliance usage can be analyzed with the result of feature importance in boosting algorithm. According to this research paper, AI functions that could promote English learning and teaching are a capable process of the AI sub-fields involving natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and deep learning. The reviews found that AI enhancement of English learning and teaching included a data warehouse system and data mart, digital platforms for communicative channels such as blogs, social networking (social media), wikis, and multi-player online games. AI real simulation dialogue platforms through AI-based teaching systems were modified by using decision tree algorithms, Expert AI system knowledge, or multidimensional variables in information points applied to English memory and learning processes. In addition, the Applications with the NLP process widely used are Grammarly, Duolingo, and Google Translate. The implemented RFFE CMOS chip has been designed to comply with MIPI RFFE version 1.1 standard, and consists of PoR, SDATA transceiver, and SCLK receiver. For the experimental evaluation, three RFFE operations were sequentially performed: READ the initial value at register 0x20, WRITE a new value, and READ again the register for checking the operation of the WRITE. In this study, we define a procedure for detecting errors using PyMatching for rotated planar surface codes and analyze the correctness of error correction results. To compare error correction behavior by logical qubit size, we used logical qubit with distances of 3, 5, and 7, respectively. This benefit also can be expected in digital healthcare by providing on-demand services and covering limited human resources of medical staff. Therefore, in this study, we explore how virtual agents can be more effective in the context of digital healthcare. For this, an experiment has been conducted to find the user experience's effectiveness according to the different appearances, zoomorphic or professional, and the effect of the Augmented Reality function on digital healthcare virtual agents. In the experiments, 80 participants tested four applications implemented with different appearances of a virtual agent with AR functions. As a result, it was found that the AR function had a positive effect in terms of intention to use and reduced anxiety. In addition, it was observed that the zoomorphic appearance had a positive effect on perceived enjoyment, perceived sociability, and social influence. This blockchain performance has been discussed and analyzed for further improvements, especially in wired blockchains. In wired blockchains, transactions, messages for consensus protocols (CPs), and new blocks are all transmitted through wired links. However, even though wireless blockchains have actively emerged in recent years, most of blockchain works are still focused on wired blockchains. Being different from wired blockchains, transactions, messages for CPs, and new blocks can face the characteristics of wireless communications, such as limited communication resources, path loss, and higher interference. This is highly influential on the performance of wireless blockchains, especially on CPs that play an important role in fault tolerance inside blockchains. In this paper, therefore, we discuss the impacts of communications on wireless blockchains.
