In particular, the impact of such events and phenomena as war and military aggression, which Ukrainians have been experiencing since the beginning of the invasion of Russian Federation troops, is outlined. The formation of resiliency in conditions of military actions and full-scale invasion is vital. Therefore, the authors outline the main theoretical approaches in the interpretation of these concepts within the framework of domestic and foreign teachings. The connection and relationship of such concepts as "resilience" and "stress resistance", "resilience" and "coping", "resilience" and "sustainability" are outlined. In general, resiliency is characterized as a personality quality and includes adaptability, stress resistance, mental stability, flexibility (emotional and behavioral) and resistibility.\u0000The purpose of the article is to find out the specifics of resiliency, its manifestation and development in people facing military aggression against Ukraine.\u0000The results of applying "The Person-in-the-Rain Drawing" technique made it possible to assess the components of resiliency and the main levels of its manifestation in the research group. \u0000The obtained results presented grounds to determine three levels of resiliency based on the selected criteria: low, medium and high. The analysis of three groups of respondents according to the level of resiliency indicates the need to find and implement ways of psychological support and provision of people with a low and medium level of resiliency. By increasing its level through the formation and development of adaptive resources and resistance, individuals will be able to mobilize their internal reserves and effectively implement them in order to protect their countries and provide assistance at various levels.

The functional role of neuropsychological health technologies is reflected. Within the objectives of the article, an attempt is made to define health as a condition for effectiveness in learning and activities, a sense of comfort through the optimal provision of an interhemispheric interaction and the development of higher mental functions. Neuropsychological health technologies are primarily concerned with the prevention of a nervous exhaustion, mental retardation and neuropsychological corrective effects. The professional tasks of a modern neuropsychologist of an international level should serve needs of the individual subject of their own life with the value of maintaining and developing health, in a person-centered humanistic approach. Implementation of neuropsychological technologies of preservation, strengthening and development of health requires competent neuropsychological and subject (personality-oriented) humanistic approaches taking into account individual features of the subject of interaction with the specialist of a neuropsychological professional training, specifics of a neuropsychological problem and social demands for values to preserve, strengthen and develop, above all, physical and mental health.

In particular, socially significant innovative phenomena are described: the total transition of COVID-neologisms to an active commonly used lexicon, semantic and structural changes of epidemiological discourse through destructive influence on doctors and ordinary citizens. \u0000It was found that the main reason for the rapid dynamics and specified structural-semantic changes of epidemiological discourse and the creation in its environment of secondary names is a regular negative neuro pragmatic stimulation of protective mechanisms of the human psyche in complementary external (situational) conditions. \u0000The methods for elucidating these patterns were sociological observations of live drug speech; word-formation, semantic, pragmatic and comparative types of analysis and establishment of neuro pragmatic presupposition by extrapolation methods. \u0000The study was conducted on a limited sample of physicians of two specialties contrasted by neuro pragmatic parameters (epidemiologists and dentists). A total of 18 respondents. Therefore, the results of the study are framework, demonstrative and require extension in the mode of lexicographic and discursological expeditions, followed by the analysis of a sufficient number of linguistic phenomena. \u0000The international significance of the article lies in the fact that the authors have chosen the almost undiscovered problem of metamorphosis of epidemiological discourse at the intersection of linguistics and neuroscience, which encourages scientists to pay attention to the complex causes of the hypertrophic development and spread of epidemiological vocabulary and discourse in general.

It is noted that coping-counteraction with stress is ruled by conscious and meaningful at the level of mental activity intellectual strategies of anti-stress actions related to individual characteristics of thinking style and personal characteristics. The style of thinking and its influence on the self-regulation of an individual in stress can largely determine the interhemispheric asymmetry of a brain and the localization of its dynamic functions. The content and functional features of positive thinking are determined. Methods of development of positive thinking are considered. It is emphasized that realistic (positively and health-improving) thinking with reasonable optimism should be developed comprehensively – in a combination of neuropsychological and socio-psychological technologies at the systemic, integration level. Effective technologies of anti-stress thinking training are offered: self-help, debriefing, development of reflection, use of cognitive-behavioral, positive and rational psychotherapy techniques, psychological training, neuropsychological methods and techniques, ecological methods of optimizing health thinking. Practical recommendations for „reprogrammingˮ a brain for positive thinking have been developed.

The scientific understanding of the differences and similarities in modern psychotherapeutic and technologies of psychocorrection and their role in the application of modern methods of psychotherapy and psychocorrection in the experience of foreign and domestic scientists and specialists of psychological services has been deepened. The specificity of the relationship and the ratio of the terms "psychotherapy" and "psychocorrection" are argued. The analysis of an integrated approach to the question of the relationship between the methods of psychotherapy and psychocorrection is carried out according to the tasks, goals and content of practical psychological work. It is noted that psychocorrection is very closely related to neurosciences, in particular neuropsychology. It is recommended to consider the role of neuropsychocorrection in the context of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of the formation of psychotherapeutic knowledge about the pathological functioning of the brain and systemic mental disorders in medical practice. The classification of modern methods of psychocorrection (psychotherapy) is presented. Some recommendations are given for the correctional and developmental work of a practical psychologist. The content of the article argues that modern methods of psychotherapy (correction) in psychological practice can be viewed as an eclectic combination within the framework of different psychological approaches in order to increase the psychological resource capacity of the client.

A character portrait of a neurotic personality is described. The stages of personality neuroticism are considered, from emotional reactions to subjectively significant traumatic events to neurotic personality development. A detailed theoretical and methodological analysis is provided. Neurotic traits of a healthy personality are characterized. The article suggests various integration options for psychotherapeutic methods in combination with neuro-psychic correction of emotional, personal, cognitive and behavioral disorders that characterize the neurotic development of personality. It is noted that competently integrated, systemic, complex and individual approaches should be implemented in the psychotherapeutic process. Neuropsychocorrective influence on emotional-cognitive and behavioral disorders of neurotic nature should be implemented in stages, where the neuropsychological tasks become more complex and where psychotherapeutic goals are combined with the methods of body-oriented psychotherapy, holotropic therapy and art therapy. We also point out the necessity of competent development and implementation of a neuropsychocorrection program in combination with psychotherapy of those disorders that are associated with the localization of certain mental functions in the cerebral cortex.

Different psychological approaches to the problem of the impact of psychological counseling on the crisis states of clients at the integrative and systemic levels are analyzed. Significant features of the approaches most often used in the practice of crisis psychological counseling –gestalt-therapeutic, cognitive-behavioral, and existential– are highlighted. Based on the generalization of the theoretical and methodological foundations of crisis counseling, the important role of subject-activity, professionally competent, personality-oriented approaches is highlighted. The importance of maintaining a person’s mental health in a crisis and providing him/her with psychological assistance in counseling and therapeutic practice is emphasized. A theoretical and methodological approach to the requirements for the criteria of consulting practice effectiveness is indicated. The structurization, conditions for organization and providing crisis counseling at different stages (areas) of work is described. The use of a neuropsycho-corrective approach in the practice of crisis counseling is recommended. The significance of the integrative psychological approach to counseling mentioned by foreign and domestic researchers on the basis of a holistic vision of the relationship between the client’s psychological resources and the requirements of the crisis situation is noted. It is emphasized that the management of crisis education should be handled by the personnel services of organizations of extreme profile.

They were given by God Moses himself on Mount Sinai after a forty-day conversation (Yakuhno I., 2019). \u0000In modern philosophy, where the ideals of democracy, for example, embrace the fundamental concepts of freedom, equality, respect and dignity for all, people have the right to determine for themselves what moral life is. Therefore, folk morality has become the subject of our study, because it is not just a basic model to follow, but fundamental.
