There are still many areas where the public electricity grid has not reached from Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN). This could be due to the geographical conditions of the area consisting of mountains and coral hills. However, the coastal area here is a popular tourist area and is quite promising for income for local governments. So, giving access to electricity will make tourism facilities in the area more advanced. This article will discuss the reliable design of a mini solar home system used in civilian buildings in coastal areas, such as; houses, shops, places of worship, or public facilities. The design method used is a quantitative approach, starting with calculating the potential of solar power in location, the electricity requirements for a city building, and the number of solar power systems. The results of the mini solar home system (SHS) design based on quantitative calculations the system operating voltage is 12V with a stand-alone off-grid topology. The power plant uses two solar photo voltaic (PV) panels with a capacity of 100Wp each and a 12V 20A solar charge controller. The solar panel used is monocrystalline. At the same time, the storage section uses 1 unit of 12V 50Ah deep cycle batteries. Then the power conversion section uses a modified sine wave inverter 50 Watt. The design of this system will make a stable supply of electricity for 1 unit of civil buildings with a load of 5 lamps 5 Watt.","PeriodicalId":439918,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Information Technology Systems and Innovation (ICITSI)","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122010305","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The manual operation has the possibility of errors due to negligence, non-standard time referenced, and the absence of parameters to measure its correctness. Therefore, it is necessary to build an automatic recording system in order to eliminate the burden of repetitive tasks to humans. We designed an automatic recording system using a camera. This paper will explain in detail about the architecture development of the API used for data transmission in managing data that is in the database in a centralized data center. In its development, various literature analyzes were carried out to determine the most appropriate technology to be used in the system. From the development process that has been carried out, it has been proven by non-functional testing that the use of MySQL, MongoDB, Fastify, JWT, PM2, and Nginx is suitable for developing an automatic train number recording system. The success of any firm depends on technology. Technology alters business processes to produce new business models in a variety of fields, including both the commercial and public sectors. In line with its development, technology became an enabler in business. The role of technology is increasingly essential in the era of digital transformation. Technology can replace traditional ways with more innovative and collaborative ways. Behind the advantages offered by technology, big challenges must be faced, such as the processing of increasingly complex and increasing data, plus the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) poses ethical and legal challenges. Therefore, governance is needed to answer these challenges. The question that appears then is how the governance model can be used to manage business processes that are currently technology intensive. To answer this, it is necessary to study literature to find the existing models, frameworks, or smart governance architectures and how to implement them. From the literature study, no systematic research has been found that focuses on aspects of smart governance, including definitions, domains, technologies, components, and characteristics of smart governance. To answer these problems, this study conducted a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) related to smart governance. According to the research results, smart governance is the ability or capacity to carry out smart activities, whether or not using technology that supports collaboration to produce efficient decision-making. There are three main characteristics of smart governance, namely participation and partnership, collaboration, and transparency. This study also finds that there are still few models, frameworks, or architectures for smart governance. Most research has created a model, framework, or architecture for smart cities. With this fact, research on developing models, frameworks, or architectures of smart governance is still open for further research.","PeriodicalId":439918,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Information Technology Systems and Innovation (ICITSI)","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125278309","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Though, the database usually contains privacy concerns such as personal private itemset. Therefore, it is crucial to protect sensitive information prior to sharing the database to other parties. A solution to preserve the privacy of data subject in the transaction database is by modifying the transaction records using specific data anonymization method. Data anonymization method such as local generalization is widely adopted to solve the issue. However, the method induces excessive item loss and reduce data utility significantly. In this paper, a privacy preserving method to protect private itemsets of individual data subjects namely $ellrho$-suppression is proposed. The method adopts cell suppression technique where personal sensitive items in transaction records are omitted. The method is distinct from an existing method, where it uses maximum term frequency normalization of the items in the database and it only suppresses items from transaction records having the privacy ration higher than that of $ellrho$ value. Experimental results indicate the proposed methods can successfully enhance the privacy protection level and has the ability to minimize the number of item loss as well as maintaining data utility level in an anonymized database.","PeriodicalId":439918,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Information Technology Systems and Innovation (ICITSI)","volume":"42 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117026820","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
