The effort to save electricity on electronic equipment is needed to reduce excessive electricity consumption to save natural resources, and reduce the cost of electricity bills. This paper aims to design a system to evaluate the user's sleep state when using electronic devices. The system estimates the user's condition when he awakes, is asleep or has left the device using the Histogram of Oriented Gradients (HOG) and Support Vector Machine (SVM) methods. In order to acquire input images for both methods, we use a camera as an auxiliary tool. This system will actively estimate the user's condition and automatically turn off the electronic device if some threshold is reached. This study analyzes the effectiveness of the HOG and SVM methods in their implementation in a sleep detection system. The experimental results show that the system can detect the user's condition in real time with an accuracy of 90%. These results are obtained from a system that has been integrated with actuators mounted on electronic devices such as televisions, lights and fans.","PeriodicalId":439918,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Information Technology Systems and Innovation (ICITSI)","volume":"112 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122570051","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the context of financial organization, Directorate General of Fiscal Balance (DJPK) has made data governance as outlined in the regulation of DJPK to support the implementation of One Indonesia Data as a manifestation of the open government data policy in Indonesia. To support the implementation of data governance, a platform is needed to support any changes that may occur in data governance. The current open government data management platform has not been able to fulfill the existing strategies in data governance, so it is necessary to add activities that can support the implementation of data governance. The platform chosen as the baseline in this research is the Comprehensive Knowledge Archive Network (CKAN). CKAN provides many features related to open government data flow, from data selection to data visualization. Design Science Research Methodology (DSRM) was chosen as the methodology used in developing the platform. The main artifact produced is the design of IT services as part of an open government data management platform that has the main ability to support data governance activities. To ensure the resulting design complies with SOA principles: coupling, cohesion, complexity, and reusability, a design evaluation was carried out and the results obtained were 0.0049, 0.9899, 0.0050, and 2.9655, respectively. From this score, it can be concluded that the open government data management platform design adheres to SOA principles: loose coupling and high cohesion.","PeriodicalId":439918,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Information Technology Systems and Innovation (ICITSI)","volume":"158 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116416767","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, there is still a research opportunity to apply the method to Indonesian Tweets and reevaluate the feature's performance. Our research aims to reevaluate synthesizing the sentiment analysis feature on detecting COVID-19 fake news on Indonesian Tweets by using the Spark Dataframe. We divide the stages of machine learning development into several steps, including collecting data using Tweepy and then applying sentiment polarity scores using Apache Spark. We apply random forest to classify fake news using the Spark MLlib. Further, we use model evaluation calculation through the level of Accuracy, Recall, Precision, and F1. The results show that applying the sentiment polarity calculation to our Tweet dataset labels 148 Tweets with positive sentiments, 118 Tweets with negative sentiments, and 99 Tweets with neutral sentiments. The Pearson correlation coefficient (PCC) feature score of Sentiment equals 0.056 and ranks fifth in the top feature correlation scores list. According to the experimental findings, the random forest model produces Accuracy = 0.787 for both models with sentiment analysis and without sentiment analysis. Which indicates that sentiment analysis provides no significance in the prediction model.","PeriodicalId":439918,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Information Technology Systems and Innovation (ICITSI)","volume":"46 7","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120838770","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Video streaming services such as Twitch, and YouTube have enormous amount of active users so the system developers need to develop a system capable of handling numerous requests. The increase of video streaming on-demand service users poses a challenge for system developers to guarantee the Quality of Experience (QoE) for all system users. Said surge of users also resulted in high resource usage to serve each user while securing QoE. In order to ensure the QoE on video streaming on-demand service, this work develops the system using the waterfall model that implements a distributed approach for the video streaming service system. The system has reverse proxy and load balancing capabilities to forward and equally distribute HTTP requests and uses DASH to segment the video file to stream the video without sending the whole file. The developed system for this work subjectively ensures the QoE with a mean opinion score (MOS) of 4.434 from 53 respondents.","PeriodicalId":439918,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Information Technology Systems and Innovation (ICITSI)","volume":"159 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131997931","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Remote Sensing Satellite Data Management, for example, is indispensable especially at ground stations. One of them is the Parepare Ground Station which has an important role in producing data to meet the sustainability of national data availability in Indonesia. Currently, data management for ground station uses an information system, but they are still in silos, so they cannot communicate with each other and are in sync. So that remote sensing ground station data management activities are important to be developed for the better. Therefore, design of service-oriented information technology in this activity is needed to determine the gaps that exist between the running system and the needs of users by using Service-oriented Platform. Therefore, Service-oriented Platform is designed using Services Computing Systems Engineering (SCSE) Framework for remote sensing ground station data management platform model. Remote sensing ground station data management platform model validated using Service-oriented Architecture (SOA) approach has coupling factor value of 0.0057 (loosely coupled), cohesion factor value of 0.8145 (high cohesion), complexity factor of 0.0070 (not complex), and the value of reusability factor of 2.5833 (reusable).","PeriodicalId":439918,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Information Technology Systems and Innovation (ICITSI)","volume":"48 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115708012","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Nowadays, most banks have provided digital banking services to their customers. However, the current issue shows that not all groups of the society in Indonesia can easily access banking services, such as people with disabilities, especially visually impaired people as the largest percentage of people with disabilities in Indonesia. They often face difficulties and discrimination when registering bank accounts. Moreover, existing digital banking has low accessibility for visually impaired people. This study aimed to improve the interaction design of digital banking with inclusive design so it could be used as inclusive as possible. User research was conducted to understand users' needs and problems through questionnaires and interviews. Then, a prototype that is equipped with a voice user interface (VUI) was developed and evaluated with three visually impaired and two sighted people. The evaluation was measured through the System Usability Scale (SUS), Single Ease Question (SEQ), and an additional five-point scale questionnaire. The empirical result showed that the prototype has achieved usability and user experience goals: effective to use with 100% completion rate, easy to learn with 96.3% score, helpful with 96% score, and satisfying with 88% SUS score, both for visually impaired and sighted users.","PeriodicalId":439918,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Information Technology Systems and Innovation (ICITSI)","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116943911","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A comprehensive measurement system is also needed for martial arts sports. Shorinji Kempo is a competitive martial sport that requires a specific tool as a measurement system. In martial arts sport especially in fighting, relies on the speed and power of kicks to get a point. Therefore, the ability to measure this factor is very important. For this reason, we designed a system of portable measuring instruments that can be moved easily so that kick measurements can be taken wherever the athlete trains. This measurement kicking system can count the number of kicks, measure the time (in milliseconds), and the power of the kick. The hardware system consists of several analog piezoelectric sensors which are mounted on the back of the body protector. The sensor will detect the occurrence of a kick. This kicking system can be considered a reliable specific test for the assessment of Kempo-specific performance.","PeriodicalId":439918,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Information Technology Systems and Innovation (ICITSI)","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121952353","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Security can be disrupted by threats in form of loss of valuables to violence. This phenomenon became the idea of developing security system based on fingerprint sensor and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID). Right now, Internet of Things (IoT) has implemented in many sectors, one of them is in security system. In this work, authors propose a system called smartdoors using NodeMCU ESP8266 which utilizes the use of RFID sensor and fingerprint sensor as user authentication. The functionality of this system is also tested by measuring effective distance user from fingerprint sensor and RFID sensor using e-KTP and for its performance, Quality of Service (QoS) method is used to measure the quality of this proposed system. From the test results on the RFID sensor, the optimal distance to detect e-KTP is 3.5 cm, while the fingerprint sensor can only be read by sticking it directly. QoS performance on the alert feature produces an average throughput value of 29,622 bps and delay value of 68.90 ms. One of them is E-Wallet. The rapid development of E-Wallet makes understanding the related technologies even more important, such as Artificial Intelligence and Big Data. In this paper, we do a literature review and discuss how the use of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning help a lot in decision making, analysis security, and creating innovations that are useful in the FinTech industry, especially E-Wallet. The use of data mining and text mining in Big Data is also being discussed here. The technologies in E-Wallet are certainly very helpful, but the question is how secure the E-Wallet application is itself. There are a lot of cybercrimes including scamming, phishing, theft of personal data, and privacy losses that happened in the past few years. Therefore, we discuss the regulations in Indonesia regarding the E-Wallet and why it is not strong enough to protect the data or privacy of E-Wallet users. The readers will get the insight about the security of using E-Wallet and how the government, BI (Bank Indonesia), and OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) need to cooperate. That is because even though the regulations about data protection have been regulated here, there is no broader explanation about how the consumers should be informed about the processing of their data provided in the regulations.
