To generate value from these data, the Indonesian Government establish an Open Government Data (OGD) initiative, through Satu Data Indonesia (SDI). BPS, as an SDI coach, has an open data portal which is a guideline for other agencies in Indonesia. Therefore, assessment to BPS open data portal is important, because it will be a benchmark for the success of OGD in Indonesia. The measurement was conduct using Open Data Maturity Measurement (OD-MM), by providing questionnaires for the three SMEs at BPS, filled with interview. From the domains assessed, the result shows that the maturity level rate of BPS open data portal is at level 3 on a score from 1 to 4. Radio stations and music companies have advanced in music markets, in particular by creating ways to analyze the broadcast song and listening habits through modern services and platforms. In this research, we focused on merging two main areas which are utilizing IoT devices as an FM audio receiver and further providing a suitable song recognition architecture. We evaluated the performance of the proposed IoT Based song recognition framework with an entire collection of a thousand song database. Also, we optimize the performance and evaluated with state of the art Landmark-based and Cache MEM in term of speed and accuracy. The process to make compost is still manually done. Organic remnants and waste are piled and buried to create heat during the composting process. Then, the pile is mixed with hand and shovel to control moisture and temperature. Since ideal temperature and humidity have to be estimated manually, it will affect the decomposing duration. Compost will take more time to make if the mixing process and heat are not distributed well. Based on those problems, this research devises an automatic compost maker prototype which can detect temperature and humidity in the composting process based on Internet of Things, so the data can be processed by fuzzy logic, which also acts as the main control to run the actuator (heater and water pump). Temperature and humidity data from the sensor will be sent to a database, then the fuzzy logic will determine the optimal temperature and humidity for the composting process by activating the actuator which consists of water sprinkler, heater and mixing motor. Although Congklak is considered capable of exercising this ability, there are some difficulties that can interfere with the gameplay. Children need to be helped to overcome these difficulties, so they could play more effectively. In this study, the Cycle of Digital Augmentation is used to modeling the augmented Congklak by adding visual feedback technology to ease children's activities while playing Congklak, while keep maintaining their traditional ways of playing so that the benefits to practice psychomotor and cognitive abilities will be maintained. After that, the Relative Manipulation Time (RMT) method is used to measure the value of the interaction effectiveness. Compared to traditional Congklak the value of interaction effectiveness has increased by 21.81%. There are voices of public users on online articles emphasizing about how dangerous it is for connecting to a public network. Hence the aim of this research is to identify factors that may influence the users’ trust in using the SaaS (public network). This study occupied quantitative methodology engaging 209 survey respondents. The correlation analyses were performed to find the association between deduced factors and trust in using SaaS within public network area. In Hydroponics agriculture, there is a challenge of precision agriculture, especially for some sensitive plants, e.g., bok choy and lettuce. These kinds of plants need a precise amount of nutrient and water every time to grow ideally. Internet-of-Things (IoT) is a technology that enables regular monitoring of every aspect of human life. It can be a solution to monitor the water and nutrition needs of the plants periodically. In this paper, we propose a monitoring and controlling system for hydroponics precision agriculture based on the IoT concept and Fuzzy logic. IoT is utilized to enable regular monitoring of plants nutrition and water needs, while fuzzy logic is used to control the supply of nutrition and water to the plants. To meet this limit, users usually use abbreviation to express their thoughts, so that produce unstructured and inappropriate sentences grammar. As a result, it is difficult to identify which entity are needed, such as people’s names, locations, and organizations. On this research, developed an entity named recognition system on Indonesian-language tweets using Hidden Markov Model with the addition of the POS Tag feature. This paper has successfully simulated single level and four level DWT based OFDM using 4-PAM for indoor VLC system with various wavelet. The result is investigated by comparing BER and PAPR of DWT-OFDM with FFT-OFDM using QPSK and 4-QAM and DCT-OFDM using 4-PAM. From the investigation, haar and db1 are the wavelet type with smallest BER. BER of DWT based OFDM is smaller than BER of FFT-OFDM and DCT-OFDM in various channel condition that is modelled in this research. For θ=0° and 10° BER of DWT-OFDM reach 10−3 at SNR 17dB and 18dB respectively, whereas FFT-OFDM reach 10−3 at SNR 23dB. On the other hand, BER of DCT-OFDM only reach minimum value at 10−2 with SNR 40dB. Four level DWT-OFDM reduce BER and PAPR. Its BER reach 10−3 at SNR 10dB. The low PAPR is achieved by four level DWT-OFDM using db1 (7.7753dB) and haar (7.7995dB) compared to FFT-OFDM with 4QAM (13.3420dB), QPSK (13.4430dB) and DCT-OFDM (13.2816dB). Incapability to anticipate the global changing trends would lead to a decrease in company business value, which in turn led to business losses. Bankruptcy is a very essential issue which must be aware by the company, the bankruptcy of a company can be measured and evaluated from financial statement data, by analyzing financial statements, the company management can take immediate action to restructure debt due to the effects of the liquidation of bankruptcy could be detrimental to creditors and investors. Academic research may provide a model to prevent bankruptcy indispensable in Indonesia, some of the bankruptcy prediction model uses financial data prior to predict financial difficulties. The study compared three models in this research, there are: Altman model, Ohlson model and Artificial Neural Network Backpropagation. This research aims to compare financial distress prediction model with the most appropriate application in Indonesia’s Telecommunication sector. Comparisons were made by analyzing the accuracy level of each model. The samples used were three telecommunication company that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017. Many simulations in VANET develop only message dissemination protocol without considering the safe time needed between moving vehicles and these are rather inaccurate for safety preventions because communications without an effective time gap between vehicles could still lead to collisions. Passenger vehicles avoidance time can be associated with L0 – L2 and L3 – L5 levels of autonomy, dependent on either human-induced deceleration braking or full automated system braking. Two passenger vehicle avoidance time models have been proposed. The results obtained shows marked differences in the needed avoidance time for safe vehicle braking to avoid a crash.
