Visualisation is of great importance in digitised education. In this study, materials that are of interest to the disciplines of anthropology, dentistry and medicine were selected from the skeletal materials and presented in a virtual exhibition. The mandible samples were digitised by photogrammetric method, and the exhibition was made navigable by using the Unity game engine program. In the exhibition, information on dental and bone physiology and palaeopathology, as well as the mandibles of the skeletons obtained from the excavation area, and information on individuals are presented on informative boards. The exhibition can be visited online with the link provided. In this study, the opinions of 30 students, who visited the exhibition from Faculty of Medicine 3<sup>rd</sup>-5<sup>th</sup> classes, were asked to complete an online questionnaire. Results of this questionnaire show that students would like to see more of such digital education methods. Digitising educational presentations enables these exhibitions to transcend physical boundaries and reach a global audience. Visual aids, such as medical illustrations and pictograms, can enhance patient understanding and memory retention; however, there is a lack in the medical field of tools for evaluating and improving a physician's ability to draw clinical illustrations for their patient. This article explores an aesthetic scale created in collaboration between Boston University Medical School and the Boston University Fine-Arts department. The scale scores basic design elements that could reasonably be improved in a clinical setting. A pilot study demonstrated interrater reliability between trained artists scoring images of varying concepts and visual quality with a Cronbach's alpha of 0.95. However, there is presently no understanding about the responsiveness of these videos to the needs of culturally and linguistically diverse (CaLD) populations in Australia. This study aimed to analyse the cultural responsiveness of content in multilingual videos shared via a government social media page from NSW, Australia. A systematic search of videos shared between June 2021 and October 2021 was conducted. Using quantitative methods, 37 videos were analysed using a modified version of the Patient-oriented and culturally-adapted (POCA) healthcare translation model and readability indexes. Of these, 5/37 were classified as culturally responsive. The culturally responsive videos scored higher than those that were not culturally responsive. While credible sources, positive language and cultural symbols were observed in several of the videos, there was a lack of familiar experiences and economically viable vaccine uptake behaviours. Videos favoured generic examples of vaccine practices and failed to address concerns about vaccine eligibility, cost, and transport. All videos exceeded recommended readability indices for CaLD populations. The instructional design of the VR sepsis application follows five principles adapted from Merrill's instructional design theory and Bloom's taxonomy. The VR simulation is structured to provide a coherent and realistic experience, with instructional materials and feedback incorporated to guide and support the learners. A pilot study was conducted with medical students on clinical placement. Participants experienced the VR sepsis simulation and completed a questionnaire using the Immersive Technology Evaluation Measure (ITEM) to assess their immersion, intrinsic motivation, cognitive load, system usability, and debrief feedback. Descriptive analysis of the data showed median scores indicating high immersion and presence, intrinsic motivation, and perceived learning. However, participants reported a moderately high cognitive load. Comparison with a neutral response to ITEM suggested that users had a significantly higher user experience (<i>p</i> <  0.05) in all domains. This case study highlights the potential of VR in healthcare education and its application in sepsis management. The findings suggest that the instructional design principles used in the VR application can effectively engage learners and provide a realistic learning experience. The Aneurin Bevan University Health Board has adopted a unique Clinical Photography ENT triage service to tackle this. General Practitioner referrals are triaged by ENT consultants, to identify those patients in whom otoscopic imaging could be used to detect a serious otological condition or to enable virtual management. They are triaged to Clinical Photography, to undergo digital imaging which is reviewed in a virtual clinic alongside the initial referral. 72 patients have completed the pathway, with 51.3% discharged without requirement for face-to-face consultant appointment. 9.7% were upgraded to urgent or 2 week waits. With social distancing measures limiting face-to-face (FtF) teaching and clinical opportunities, we created an e-Learning platform to consolidate and improve knowledge on common ENT emergencies. Following invitation to medical students undergoing their rotation in ENT at University Hospital Wales (UHW) Cardiff, five focus groups were shown an e-Learning module and interviewed between June and July 2021. 13 medical students participated in total (9 female, 4 male, median age 22 years). These structured interviews were recorded and transcribed. Transcripts were analysed using the qualitative data analysis software NVivo (QSR International, UK). The modules were found to be concise, clinically relevant and beneficial to student confidence in recognising and managing ENT emergencies. The viral spike protein gained particular public interest as the main target for protective immune responses, including those elicited by vaccines. The rapid evolution of SARS-CoV-2 resulted in variations in the spike that enhanced transmissibility or weakened vaccine protection. This created new variants of concern (VOCs). The emergence of VOCs was studied using viral sequence data which was shared through portals such as the online Mutation Explorer of the COVID-19 Genomics UK consortium (COG-UK/ME). This was designed for an expert audience, but the information it contained could be of general interest if suitably communicated. Visualisations, interactivity and animation can improve engagement and understanding of molecular biology topics, and so we developed a graphical educational resource, the SARS-CoV-2 Spike Protein Mutation Explorer (SSPME), which used interactive 3D molecular models and animations to explain the molecular biology underpinning VOCs. User testing showed that the SSPME had better usability and improved participant knowledge confidence and knowledge acquisition compared to COG-UK/ME. This project tried to provide a feasible solution to this problem by creating a navigable 3D virtual model which may aid in better comprehension of the temporal bone anatomy.</p><p><strong>Methods: </strong>A helical-CT scan was used to obtain high-resolution cross-sectional slices of a cadaveric human temporal bone. Using the volume-rendering capabilities of 3D Slicer<sup>®</sup>, which involves volume data management, cropping of the data set, and threshold painting, detailed anatomical structures were segmented based on the intensity captured from different regions. In contrast, creativity refers to a generative process that brings something new into existence. For instance, creativity implies a moment of discovery, the birth of new ideas, crossing existing boundaries among others. Perfusing creativity with care practices mitigates the difficult experiences, and aid in the healthy management of challenges put forth by the illness. The present article after elaborating on how creativity transforms care as a meaningful and constructive life-changing practice in the context of one of the chronic illnesses, dementia/AD, and briefing on graphic medicine-an interdisciplinary field of healthcare and comics, seeks to close-read Dana Walrath's <i>Aliceheimer's: Alzheimer's Through the Looking Glass</i> to demonstrate how care as creative practice provides a therapeutic direction when biomedical cure becomes impossible. The article investigates how such distinctive caring practices challenges the predominant perspective of dementia as a social death and aid in finding meaning in the alternative experiential realities of the person living with dementia. The current study endorsed Synchronised Video-assisted Clinical Skill lab Sessions (SVCSLS) as a novel instructional design aiming to improve medical students' clinical competencies during virtual learning. The current study is a mixed-method study that was carried out among 210 medical students at a medical college in Saudi Arabia. It was revealed that students viewed SVCSLSs as an effective and safe tool during times of crisis. Students' performance did not show significant variations in all program phases compared with face-to-face learning. SVCSLSs has many advantages, including enjoyment, continuous access to learning material, Self-Directed Learning, fostering recall and memorisation, and enhancing higher cognitive skills. Students suggested that the sessions' content be updated, that workplace-related videos be added, and that constructive feedback is provided. Students recommended updating the contents of the sessions, enriching them with workplace-based videos, and providing constructive feedback.
