The Design of Intelligent Weighing Apparatus Monitoring Based on Internet of Things 基于物联网的智能衡器监控设计

In the measuring end, STC89C52 microcontroller is used as the main control chip to achieve the accurate measurement of pressure. The temperature drift of the pressure sensor is reduced by using the pressure sensor temperature compensation algorithm based on the combination of Lagrange difference and least square. The monitoring system uses the upper computer, the Wi-Fi module and the Android mobile phone to remotely monitor the measurement system intuitively, receives and displays the measurement data in real time, and can invoke the historical data. The system realizes the real-time monitoring of the weighing instrument and makes the weighing instrument become the integrated remote monitoring equipment, which has many functions such as data analysis, remote diagnosis and remote operation. On the other hand garbage collection is the most difficult component to be parallel and concurrent in runtime system. This paper proposed a high precision concurrent tracing garbage collector based on tracing reference count. The concurrent collector is modeled, by using the reference count in recycling process, most of the modifications by the application thread are monitored. The barriers are classified as either store protection or deletion protection. In conventional methods, PC-CT needs two rotation scans to retrieve the phase line integral projection from the recorded original data. It is usually implemented by shifting detector or object twice. However, it is sometimes impossible due to the experimental constraints. In this paper, an image reconstruction algorithm is proposed which permits that two rotation scans are completed by offsetting the X-ray source twice. This work comprises a simulation study of the proposed method and its experimental verification using a biomedical material sample dataset measured at an in-line PC-CT system. Comparing to shape memory alloy, SMPs have large actuating deformation, low density and are convenient to fabrication. Because the shape and stiffness of SMP are responsible to the temperature, Heating is the only actuating method to recovery of SMP. This paper proposed a kind of electric heating method to actuate SMP with embedded buck paper. The system is tested by experiments and the results show that temperature standard deviation is ± 0.3°C and relative humidity standard deviation is ± 0.5%RH, which meets the accuracy requirements of the design. In the process of sensors distribution optimization, by building and solving the contact degree function, characteristic analysis method is used to pick up the best information collection point. The BP neural network model is built, and the temperature and humidity data and other factors (such as height, weight, etc.) are used as network input. In addition, the traditional FIR filters take long time to configure. To solve these problems, a real-time reconfigurable FIR filter is proposed which is based on the dynamic partial reconfiguration technology of EAPR and based on multiply-accumulate structure. Finding the common and distinguish part by analyze the transfer function of the FIR filters within 1-15 order. Then the FIR filters are divided into static region and reconfigurable region. Its advantage is no assumption equation of emissivity in advance to realize the spectral emissivity recognition for all spectral channels. 6 kinds of typical emissivity distribution materials is simulated by proposed GPI, the retrieval result shows that the true temperature relative error is lower than 1.5% even if the 5% random noise is input, abs error is lower 30K. Based on dual band pass filter structure, this paper puts forward a new type called double fundamental frequency phase locked loop (DFF-PLL) to measure the double fundamental frequency of positive-sequence component, this method can achieve fast and effectively synchronous with power grid. The principle of DFF-PLL is introduced in detail in this paper. Using a band pass filter eliminates the DC bias and harmonics of input voltage. The performance of DFF-PLL is verified by using simulation and experimental results. In this paper, the movement characteristics and physical characteristics of ballistic target are analyzed, some ideas or methods to save extracted information, to create template sequence and to recognize ballistic target on grey relational analysis are proposed. Based on these, we give the method to calculate the grey incidence degree of single character sequence of target, and establish an approach to integrate grey relational degree of multiple character sequences, which can give order of trueness degree of various targets.
