Over the decades different sources have been utilized to gain insights into protein function. One of them is HTI (High Throughput Imaging) microscopy used by Human Protein Atlas(HPA). Anti-body staining techniques using fluorescent markers provide a high-resolution spatial visualization of proteins in human cells. HPA provides 4 channels for every image sample out of which green depicts protein distribution. This work is focused on localizing proteins into 14 distinct organelles in human cells. The task is to identify in which cell organelle are the protein present. Deep learning methods are validated for pattern recognition tasks in microscopy images. The architecture of Mobilenet is light-weight and results in reduced number of computation. The convolutional part of the network was used to extract image features while the top or fully connected layers of the model were replaced with a single softmax layer. Validation accuracy of 96% while a test accuracy of 91% was achieved.","PeriodicalId":438405,"journal":{"name":"2019 10th International Conference on Computing, Communication and Networking Technologies (ICCCNT)","volume":"530 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131543811","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

IoT helps businesses and society in many ways such as it improves public safety, transportation, and healthcare by providing better information and faster communications. The adoption of IoT is going to create a persistent impact on society and business. This paper develops a model based on system dynamics and identifies the factors influencing IoT adoption. The dominant factors of IoT adoption are communication, control and automation, efficient business processes, self- configuration and cost savings. IoT adoption is also affected by negative factors including privacy risks and security risks, interoperability, reliability, poor infrastructure, less skilled IT professionals, etc. Businesses can reap the potential benefits of IoT by solving the issues related to their adoption. This study is, therefore, a significant contribution towards understanding the factors that influence the adoption of IoT in businesses.","PeriodicalId":438405,"journal":{"name":"2019 10th International Conference on Computing, Communication and Networking Technologies (ICCCNT)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131733272","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The IoT foresees the interconnection of few trillions of intelligent objects around us this interconnection produce large amount of private information which needs to be processed, transferred and stored. So to provide security and privacy to this information in IoT is a very challenging task, which is to be concerned at highest priority for several current and future applications. Devices such as smart phone, WSNs and RFIDs etc., are the major components of IoT network which are basically resource constrained devices. Design and development of security and privacy management schemes for these devices are guided by factors like good performance, low power consumption, robustness to attacks, tampering of the data and end to end security. Security schemes in IoT provide unauthorized access to information or other objects by protecting against alterations or destruction. In this paper, we propose hybrid confidentiality algorithm which is a combination of Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) and Message-Digest algorithm (MD5) algorithms. Geo encryption or location based encryption is also integrated with hybrid algorithm to give confidentiality to every devices. The hybrid algorithm enables strong confidentiality on the data transmission for Internet of things. Our proposed algorithm exhibits better performance in terms of encryption time, decryption time w.r.t. various file sizes.","PeriodicalId":438405,"journal":{"name":"2019 10th International Conference on Computing, Communication and Networking Technologies (ICCCNT)","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130870839","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The counterfeit problem has become so huge that it has drawn a significant attention among researchers and policy makers. The fake drug industry is worth of 10 billion dollar per year as estimated by ‘ASSOCHAM’ in 2017. Also estimated by WHO about a million die per year due to fake drugs. The dispensation of fake drugs is the pivotal concern, specially in developing countries like India. One of main reason in drug counterfeiting is imperfect supply chain. There are many loop holes in our current policy of drug supply chain management system. In the present scenario of supply chain, either the information is not shared between the parties during the hand off process at all or a little or irrelevant information is shared. Once a party transfer the drug to another party, the first party doesn't know what happens to the drugs there after. The counterfeit drug not only affect the health condition of patient or the financial loss of genuine manufacturer but also it is posing serious threat to the socio-economic status of the society. In this paper, we explain details of the drug counterfeit along with a little history of the pharmacy industry and its impact on different areas and also to counter the counterfeits using Blockchain technology. Using Blockchain technology we explained here how to add traceability, visibility, and security to the drug supply chain. This proposed system will track the drugs from its origin from the manufacturer to the end the consumer.","PeriodicalId":438405,"journal":{"name":"2019 10th International Conference on Computing, Communication and Networking Technologies (ICCCNT)","volume":"161 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132823327","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The management of such large quantities of data poses significant problems ranging from data storage, retrieval and manipulation. The current scenario of managing Indian Space Research Organisation's (ISRO) ASTROSAT-CZTI satellite data involves an elementary and unsophisticated approach which causes a lot of delay in data retrieval and further causes noticeable data portability issues. The evaluation and research on the above mentioned complication paved a way for us to introduce a new architectural system to solve this complex optimization problem. We propose the creation of an independent application server and an underlying Django REST API based web service which would facilitate the efficient management and retrieval of this data. This also extends the scope, making the system more dynamic and helps in load balancing. The application server helps the system to regulate the turbulent flow of huge data quantities. The Django web framework provides feature distribution which helps manage unorganised data cost effectively. Thus, it removes the possible causes of deterioration of response in the existing system. The REST API extends the scope of the system by providing umpteen useful features which makes universal interfacing of our system possible. The techniques used in the development of our proposed system including data migration, prefetching of data and minimizing the time trade-off, address all existing challenges and show a significant improvement in the overall performance of the system.","PeriodicalId":438405,"journal":{"name":"2019 10th International Conference on Computing, Communication and Networking Technologies (ICCCNT)","volume":"517 ","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132949753","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, we identified the security weaknesses in existing 5G handover protocol such as false base-station attack, lack of Key forward/backward secrecy (KFS/KBS), Denial of Service (DoS) attack, and high network complexity. In order to modify the above issues, we construct a security enhanced and efficient handover authentication and key agreement protocol in 5th genration communication network. The formal analysis of proposed protocol is carried out by AVISPA tool to prove its correctness. Finally, the performance evaluation of the protocol is shown with existing 5G handover protocol. The analysis shows that the proposed protocol has improved results in terms of communication and computation overhead.","PeriodicalId":438405,"journal":{"name":"2019 10th International Conference on Computing, Communication and Networking Technologies (ICCCNT)","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133023554","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Due to the cumulative requirement of higher security schemes, multiple biometrics are preferred over single biometric to generate most accurate authentication result. Involving multiple biometric traits comes up with challenges to combine the feature data by selecting proper level of fusion. This paper proposes reduced dimension feature vector concatenation method for three biometric traits like Face, Palmprint and Ear. The use of only one algorithm of Principal Component Analysis for feature extraction and Euclidean distance for final matching make the system robust by reducing the computational complexity.
