Therefore, this research aims to determine changes in elementary school students' mastery of concepts in science learning using quantitative experimental methods (quasi-experimental one group pre test-post test design). The results of this study show that the influence of the RADEC learning model on the human circulatory system material produces an average score on the initial test of 46 and the final test of 82 out of 100. Research to explain ethical challenges in the hospitality sector. The research was carried out using the literature study method. The research results show that ethical challenges are fairness, reliability, security, privacy, security, inclusiveness, transparency and accountability. Ethics in non-technical fields such as employee reduction issues, employee dedication. The hotel industry needs to understand ethics in both technical and non-technical fields. Criteria for leaders needed in the AI era in the hospitality sector who have ACKEH (Agile, Communication, Knowledge, Ethics, Empathy, and Hospitality) skills. Based on the results of the study, it is stated that the use of Capcut-based video media in learning to identify the elements of news text has been successfully used so that student learning outcomes reach competency standards, and in accordance with RPP. The purpose of writing this article is to describe the character content of the Pancasila Student Profile (P3) in the book Cergas Smart published by the Class X SMA Independence Curriculum. This research uses qualitative methods combined with note-taking techniques. The research results prove that smart cermat contains all P3 content which includes faith, piety and noble morals, global diversity, mutual cooperation, creativity, critical reasoning and independence. Project mark ups, vote buying, bribery, gratuities constitute political corruption when elected as leader. The impact of the regional elections is that they do not produce authentic leaders for the welfare of their citizens. The aim of the research is to build an anti-money politics village as a strategy to anticipate fraudulent regional elections in 2024. This research uses a socio-legal research approach with literature study techniques and in-depth interviews. It is important for teachers to know the cultural values of Marapu Sumba so that they can be used as guidelines in carrying out tasks at school. The purpose of the study was to determine the leadership model of Rato marapu (traditional elders) in Sumba and its relevance for leadership in schools. The method used is qualitative research. The research was conducted in Mutu Rata-North Wewewa District-Southwest Sumba Regency. The informants are old there, teachers and village governments who are domiciled in Mutu rata village. Data collection techniques are carried out through an interview process and data is analyzed by data triangulation. The results showed that Rato marapu's leadership model in Sumba has the same meaning as the principal's leadership model. However, the difference is that Rato Marabu's leadership model is used in cultural affairs as well as in the social field, while educational leadership tends to administrative leadership roles, leadership roles and managerial. Tourism must be able to grow alongside sustainable development, taking into account economic, social, and environmental aspects. Many efforts have been made to combine tourism with the concept of the ecotourism, where tourism can thrive without damaging the environment, creating a sustainable tourism model. The research uses qualitative methodology to describe local phenomena and uses a single holistic model. This research aims to understand how natural tourism can develop in ways that support sustainable development, integrating economic, social, and environmental aspects. The study highlights examples of Widosari Tourism Village, where natural resources and unique social structures are used as tourist attractions. This study aims to analyze how the use of Power Point presentations affects student learning outcomes in grade IV SD science. This study uses a quasi-experimental design of one-Group pre-and post-test. The findings of this study indicate that the use of Power Point media improves learning outcomes. It can be seen from the change in the results that the average pre-test score was 51 (24% of students in the high category, 12% medium, and 65% low) and the average post-test score was 75 (18% of students in the medium category and 82% high).
