Several programs carried out across stakeholders are directed at being able to strengthen SMI centers to become more competitive. Previous research has not described how social interaction patterns emerge in the context of collaboration or conflict in an industrial center. This research was conducted to explore more about patterns of entrepreneurial interaction that occurred in SMI centers in West Java and Central Java. This study uses a qualitative approach by taking informant samples of SMI centers that are typical in 10 regencies and cities. The method used in this research is a causal technique. The research results show that financial management of students majoring in Economic Education is influenced by financial literacy. Religious moderation is used to mitigate disparities between religious groups. The aim of this research is to find out how the millennial generation religious moderation pusian youth organization based on the 1945 constitution post amendment to article 28E paragraph 1. This research uses qualitative research methods with data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews, and taking documentation. The data analysis used in this research is in the form of data reduction, then how the data is presented, until then the data is drawn to a conclusion. This research aims to analyze the aesthetic tradition of Nunung W.S. The abstract painting movement developed around 1960 to 1970s, since then there are not many records of female painters in Indonesia who use the abstract formalism approach. Qualitative methodology and literature study to analyze the artist's creation process, and described narratively with Feldman's art criticism approach. Nunung's work is always related to the process of interpreting nature in the space where she lives, using color, line, shape and space. A person can be said to be ethical if he pays attention to polite and courteous language in his speech. The aim of this research is to describe or explain the form and function of Indonesian euphemisms among teenagers in East Pentadio village. The method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative research type. Based on the research results, it was found that the forms of euphemistic expressions used by young people in East Pentadio include abbreviations, foreign terms, metaphors and periphrases. Meanwhile, refined language functions to create a polite and comfortable atmosphere, disguise meaning, and reduce embarrassment. The habit of softening words has become part of society's culture. For this reason, as a cultured society, we are expected to be able to recognize the use of euphemisms. Researchers used a qualitative research method with an ethnomusicological approach. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that the song \"Allo Lendu' Bulan Lendu'\" has a similar melody to the Song of the Congregation No. 331 entitled �Day, Night, Season, Year�. The form is in the form of two parts of sentences A and B, so that the pattern is AB=A(a, ??a') B(b,a'). The aim of the research is to analyze the meaning and function of the ritual of rejecting bala ghatib beghanyut for the community in Kampung Dalam Village, Siak Regency. The research method uses descriptive qualitative with data collection through enotography and interviews. The research results show the symbolic meaning of the ghatib beghanyut ritual as an identity and tradition passed down from generations to ancestors as well as a means of implementing Islamic values ??and avoiding danger. The research methodology employed consists of FGD and interviews. The research findings indicate an increase in community knowledge and awareness of renewable energy and its implementation through the utilization of gerobak surya by MSMEs in Sapit Village. It aims to describe the affix derivation process, which results in changes in the meaning of some words attached by affixes. This is a qualitative research and all examples of words attached by affixes come from books, dictionaries, and other sources. The data collection results show that English and Arabic are very productive in the formation of new words when these words are attached by affixes, which can also cause changes in meaning. The obvious distinction between English and Arabic is in the root word. This research focuses on the use of politeness maxims in the novel Bumi Surga by Muhammad Irata. The main goal is to describe the usage of politeness maxims in the work. A pragmatic approach with Geoffrey Leech's theory serves as the research framework, utilizing a qualitative descriptive method. Data is collected from the dialogues of the characters in the novel through reading, note-taking, and classification techniques. The research results reveal the presence of 37 instances of conversations following politeness maxims: tact (5 instances), generosity (4 instances), approbation (7 instances), modesty (5 instances), agreement (7 instances), and sympathy (9 instances). The data found indicates that in the novel Bumi Surga by Muhammad Irata, most of the characters' dialogues in the story adhere to politeness maxims based on Leech's theory. Compliance with politeness maxims reflects the characters' way of life in the story, as evident in their manner of speaking and interacting with one another.
