Based on these problems, the aim of this research is to describe the structure of Longgo presentation in the traditional ceremony of welcoming guests in Sukamakmur Village, Tolangohula District, Gorontalo Regency. This research method is qualitative research which aims to provide a detailed description of the phenomena related to the problem being studied. Therefore, this research is conducted in order to provide a comprehensive overview of how current students use transition signals in their undergraduate thesis. This research is conducted by using descriptive qualitative method. The data are obtained from nine findings and discussion chapters on undergraduate thesis of English department students. The data are classified based on the types of transition signals by Oshima and Hogue (2006). The result revealed that all types of transition signals are existed in undergraduate thesis, those are transition signals for chronological order, order of importance, additional idea, cause and effect, comparison and contrast, giving example, and conclusion. The type of transition signals that most frequently used is transition signals for addition whereas the type of transition as the least used is transition signals for order of importance. This research is qualitative research using the literature review method. This study examines the efficiency of managing the allocation of the Regional Budget (APBD) through the Gerdema (Gerakan Desa Membangun) and RT BERSIH (Rapi, Tertibib, Bersih, Sehat, Indah, dan Harmonis) programmes in Taras Village. Qualitative data analysis in this study uses the theory of effectiveness and the ratio of effectiveness criteria. The findings of this study reveal that the management of Gerdema and RT BERSIH funds in Taras Village is in the effective category. Challenges faced in the implementation of fund management include limited community understanding of budget utilisation, communication barriers, and delays in fund disbursement. So the aim of this research is to identify the integrity leadership attitude of school principals in improving the professional competence of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers and identify obstacles to the leadership integrity attitude of school principals in improving the competency of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers. The research method applied is a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that the integrity leadership attitude of the principal at SD Plus Nurul Hikmah involves elements such as honesty, happiness in service, and commitment. However, this potential has not been able to be maximized by the community. This research aims to examine how digital marketing training can increase the economic value of aloe vera through products in the form of \"Lia Juice\". The method used in this research is a qualitative method with an analytical descriptive approach. The results showed that the conversion of aloe vera into juice is expected to increase the economic value of the plant. The digital marketing training conducted also helps increase the community's understanding of sales variations so that it is expected to increase marketing results. The research method was descriptive qualitative method. The data source was documents. There were 38 sheets of student writing about narrative text. The research finding was the students still made mistakes in using personal pronouns such as subject pronoun (correct 61.1%), object pronoun (correct 32.2%), possessive adjective pronoun (correct 49.7%), possessive pronoun (correct 0%) and reflexive pronoun (correct 0%). This research aims to explain how the process, values and results of internalization of moral education occur in the \"Brascho Nyantrik\" program at SMA Brawijaya Malang. The research method applied is qualitative-descriptive using interviews, observation and documentation. Research findings include the internalization process through a series of activities in the program, which is supported by the learning process in the classroom. Internalized moral values include courtesy, sincerity, gratitude, work ethic, patience, discipline, obedience, manners in dress, honesty, respect for others, and a spirit of mutual cooperation.
