The purpose of this study was to measure the level of teacher understanding of assessment concepts and practicing it in learning. The method used in this study is descriptive analytics. The study sample was teachers from 3 elementary schools in Bandung Regency and surrounding areas. The results showed that as many as 57% of respondents understood the concept of assessment well and 57% of respondents could practice assessment well. The implication is the need to strengthen the understanding of concepts and assessment practices for teachers to improve their competence in learning. The purpose of this research is to identify the role of gongs and mantras as symbols of cultural communication. Through a qualitative method with the type of Roland Barthes semiotics, it is a way to reveal research on the role of gongs and mantras which is also accompanied by Susanne Knauth Langer's communication symbol theory. The gong as an accompaniment to the wood products and the mantra as a request imply a communication message between humans and God in the Nyobeng ritual of the Dayak Bidayuh community. Likewise, Pontianak City, known as the Equator City, also has an ontel bicycle community. In the era of globalization with the offer of modern lifestyles, this community chooses the classic mode of transportation. The aim of the study is to analyze the emergence of the ontel cycling community, its conservation activities and the importance of ontel bicycles in this community. Data were collected through observation, interviews, document studies and analyzed qualitatively. The results found that the community is very active in participating in ontel bicycle culture preservation activities at the local, national and international levels as well as in other fields. The aim of this research is to understand and describe the gawai tradition as a booster of social cohesion for the Dayak people in West Kalimantan which is studied based on the cohesion aspect according to Forsyth which consists of social strength, unity, attraction and cooperation. The research method uses a phenomenological approach and is analyzed using interpretative phenomenological analysis. The purpose of this research is to determine the results of the impacts and challenges in implementing HR Analytics to improve company performance. The method used is selected data obtained via Google Scholar which is entered into a table in CSV format. Furthermore, the database was used as a basis for conducting theoretical studies and literature reviews which were then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis methods. The results of the research found that HR analytics has a positive impact on organizational or company performance. Applying HR analytics and evidence-based decision making can improve organizational performance because company managers succeed in making the right decisions according to conditions in the field, improving organizational performance in recruiting employees according to job positions. The purpose of this study is to describe the teaching methods of PAI teachers in improving ubudiyah for students with special needs, as well as describing ubudiyah values that are applied to students with special needs. This study uses a qualitative approach with a multi-site type. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that the teaching methods of PAI teachers in improving ubudiyah involve coaching, habituation, and motivating students. This research aims to strengthen students' values ??and ethics, so that they become individuals who are honest, empathetic and responsible, who in turn are expected to be pioneers of change that bring hope for a better future. This research methodology is a qualitative approach with content analysis methods. The purpose of this study is to find out the responses given by the audience to the local Malang�s culture in the movie. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with Stuart Hall�s reception analysis approach. The results of the study show that cultural representation of the use of Javanese language with the representation of local culinary of pecel is dominated by a dominant-hegemonic position where the audience fully accepts the message conveyed, meanwhile using local swear words known as pisuhan is dominated by negotiated position where the audience can accept the dominant code but reject it by making a selection. Therefore, this ethnicity tends to make a significant contribution to the increase in divorce rates. This research aims to clarify the process, perceptions, and reasons for Malay women filing for divorce. This research is descriptive qualitative, with purposive determination of informants, data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and document studies, then analyzed qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that although this ethnic group is a fairly large population and still upholds traditional customs, related to divorce suits through religious courts, as well as perceptions about divorce vary greatly. This is influenced by cultural background as well as past experiences. There are several ways to realize increased competence with industry needs, namely relying on visual communication design knowledge and using campaign strategies through events and media to target audiences, namely creative advertising students in semesters three to five in tertiary institutions. This data was collected using qualitative methods, namely primary data with interviews, questionnaires, and FGD. There is discussion in this campaign, namely making an informative campaign with a persuasive and educative approach to socialize the benefits of an independent campus certified internship. The final result is in the form of prototype designs for various types of media to campaign this program in a targeted manner.
