The medical images are created by using visual representations of the interior body parts. ML system computes the distinctive features of the image that are supposed to be very helpful in making decisions regarding the prediction or diagnosis of the disease. It also discovers the best combination of these features that can correctly classify the image. In recent times, deep learning(DL) which is a form of ML mostly being used to analyze medical images for its significant performance in many applications. The DL models can identify the disease from radiology images. In this article some DL algorithms have been used to detect COVID-19 diseased patients from their chest X-ray images(CXR). Three popular convolutional neural networks(CNN) like ResNet, GoogleNet and AlexNet were used to extract features from the dataset. The principal component analysis(PCA) technique was also used which further reduced the dimensions of the dataset. The extracted features were given to the classifiers like SVM and KNN as input in order to identify COVID-19 disease from the images. The proposed method attained an accuracy level of 97.7% with KNN and 98.1% with SVM. The proposed NCTI is capable to produce excess voltage levels as compared to the traditional inverter, which improves the power quality (PQ) significantly. In addition to that, FOF is integrated to compute the essential active current element by regulating the distorted grid current and is used for inverter pulse generation. Further, to extract maximum power and obtain an excellent modulation index of the boost converter, an incremental conductance (IC) based maximum power algorithm (MPA) is suggested. Due to the excellent control operation, the grid integrated solar system offers better power quality by reducing the grid voltage and current harmonics as per the IEEE-1541 standards and avail better active and reactive power supply. This task requires a reliable and robust prediction model which can not only predict the direction accurately but also be faster than traditional algorithms. Extreme learning machine (ELM) is among the leading algorithms for such task at hand due to its extremely fast training and superior adaptation to new data. This study proposes a hybrid framework integrating fruit fly optimization with extreme learning machine (FFO-ELM) to predict the forthcoming movements of stock indices. Additionally, the performance of the advocated FFO-ELM framework is compared with differential evolution-based ELM (DE-ELM), particle swarm optimization-based ELM (PSO-ELM) and singleton ELM. Due to the sporadic nature of load pattern, and parametric uncertainties, the power imbalance in the system forces the frequency to oscillate errantly in the network. To enhance the power, and voltage profile, TCSC is integrated in the tie-line. Along with this, to compensate the active power instantly, and in turn to stabilize the oscillatory frequency, SMES is injected in the tie-line. So, a reliable and well-designed secondary controller is necessary to improve the power quality. In this work, PID controller and PID assisting with a filter (PIDF) are designed using symbiotic organism search algorithm (SOSA). To eliminate the noise content from the controller due to TCSC, and SMES or externally, a derivative filter is coordinated. It is one of the frontier devices due to suppressed short channel effects, outstanding performance for high-frequency applications, and better power control. This paper proposed a FinFET structure with different analytical models for drain-current, channel charge, and velocity. The dielectric materials of different underlap lengths for gate oxide have been implemented and compared their performance for SCE. The short channel effects for dielectric materials SiO2, and Al2O3 are also examined. The critical parameters such as threshold gate voltages and drain current, including short channel effects have been evaluated using the proposed model. The transfer and output characteristics have been shown. FinFET with high-k dielectric shows higher Ion/Ioff ratio and reduced threshold voltage. A total of 8 PV modules were combined in two separate stages throughout this analysis to simulate the stability and effectiveness of the composite thermoelectric generator integrated photovoltaic system. The TEG, that is positioned upon this rear surface of the panel PV panel, enables for the better utilization of excess heat for the generation of usable energy. The fluctuating performance of the Photovoltaic modules in the connectivity was inspected for zero, partial and complete shade. The greater proportion of daylight irradiation produces an increase in the temperature of the module surface when TEG is paired with photovoltaic modules, lowering quantum efficiency. When the TEG is paired with solar PV, the misfortune would become a blessing. The incorporation has also been demonstrated to be a beneficial route for obtaining the maximum potential of energy and thermal energy from the panels by taking use of the sun's spectral range, leading to higher productivity. This information could be text, audio, image, or video. The security of data transmission is an essential issue. Encryption is one of the most effective techniques to assure safe data transmission. Videos and Images size are very large and have a high correlation between neighboring pixels, so the classical encryption techniques such as RSA, DES, AES, etc., cannot be utilized for image encryption while chaotic image encryption schemes, which use a high level of unpredictability in key generation, can solve this problem. The chaos encryption main properties are pseudorandom number, sensitivity to initial conditions, and large key size. The goal of this study was to find the best chaotic map for picture encryption, this research looks into the use of chaos maps for image encryption, such as the Tent map, Logistic map, Sine map, and others. In Wind energy Conversion System (WECS) the kinetic energy from wind is converted into electrical energy by the help of generators and wind turbines. Basically, wind turbines are broadly classified into two types. Those are fixed speed wind turbines and variable speed wind turbines. On comparing both the kinds of wind turbines variable speed wind turbine gains the upper hand as it produces more energy and aids in reducing power fluctuations while improving reactive power supply. A variable speed wind turbine generally employs Double Fed Induction Generator (DFIG) or PMSG as the generating units. The severity of melanoma cancer is defined on the basis of different stages which depends upon the depth of penetration and the early detection of melanoma at its prodromal stage is very crucial to stop its advancement. In this work, the data augmentation methods are applied on the dermoscopic images of PH2 database to deal with the data imbalance problem.
