We prove that each weakly localizable module in P(a; b) is either generated by its two elements or is equal to the closure of two submodules of special form. It is shown that under certain conditions on the geometric structure of the domain the absolute values of the gradients of the solutions are bounded as the degree of these polynomials increases.
