Buku yang divalidasi adalah buku ilmiah populer tumbuhan Dracontomelon dao di Kawasan Hutan Bukit Tamiang Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Validator terdiri dari 2 orang ahli dari Universitas Lambung Mangkurat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan dari buku ilmiah populer Dracontomelon dao. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan model education design research (EDR) dengan evaluasi uji formatif Tessmer. Sumber belajar peserta didik berbagai macam, tidak terbatas hanya dari pengajar, tetapi tersedia di sekitar peserta didik dimanapun mereka berada. Salah satu sumber belajar yang ada di sekitar sekolah peserta didik adalah tumbuh-tumbuhan. Tumbuh-tumbuhan memiliki manfaat yang beranekaragam dan sangat penting bagi masyarakat, sebab itu peserta didik penting mengetahui dan memahami karakteristik tumbuhan. Pengenalan karakteristik tumbuhan dapat dilakukan dengan menerapkan prinsip klasifikasi untuk menggolongkan tumbuhan berdasarkan karakteristik dan peranannya dalam kelangsungan kehidupan di bumi yang dimulai dengan pengamatan morfologi dan metagenesis tumbuhan serta pemanfaatannya berdasarkan budaya masyarakat setempat. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif yang memiliki lima ciri pokok karakteristik; (1) menggunakan lingkungan alamiah sebagai sumber data yang dilakukan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan; (2) deskriptif analitik untuk pertimbangan menyusun LKPD berbasis etnobiologi; (3) implementasi LKPD berbasis etnobiologi hasil inovasi untuk memperoleh data yang penekanannya pada proses pembelajaran biologi berkenaan dengan pertanyaan apa yang dilakukan peserta didik, mengapa peserta didik melakukan proses pembelajaran menggunakan LKPD berbasis etnobiologi hasil inovasi, dan bagaimana cara peserta didik melakukannya. Peneliti tidak mengintervensi peserta didik dalam melakukan kegiatan agar data yang diperoleh sesuai keadaan sebenarnya; (4) penelitian bersifat induktif; (5) penelitian mengutamakan makna dari memperbaiki proses pembelajaran biologi di sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran biologi berbasis etnobiologi pada materi morfologi tumbuhan mampu berkontribusi dalam memfasilitasi guru dan peserta didik untuk mengembangkan kemampuan kognitif dan kemampuan afektif pada saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung yang dibuktikan melalui hasil kerja peserta didik, angket untuk peserta didik, lembar observasi pengamat, dan refleksi diri guru. Bean sprouts have the potential to be an alternative source of nitrogen in the growth medium of Acetobacter xylinum because they contain protein. This study aims to describe the quality of nata produced from bacterial fermentation in the medium by adding green bean extract, cowpea, and soybeans. Experimental method with 6 replications at each treatment. The quality of the nata that is formed is seen based on the color, aroma, and fiber content produced. Data were analyzed descriptively by paying attention to respondents' ratings and the results of fiber content analysis test. The results showed the addition of green bean sprouts extract, cowpea, and soybeans on the nata de coco making medium showed good quality. The movement of intersection animals is limited to life in and at the bottom of the water, and is very sensitive to changes in the aquatic environment, so it can be used as a bioindicator of a waters. The aim of this research to identify the types and morphology of intersecting animals in Takisung Beach, Tanah Laut Regency. The study uses descriptive survey method with observation techniques for data collection. The research sample is an intersecting animal found in the research plot. The research plot was determined by the 6 point transect, distance of 5 m between points along 1,500 m. Data were analyzed exploratively using relevant libraries. The purpose of this study was to describe the increase in learning interest of eighth grade students of SMPN 2 Pematang Karau on plant movement material using mobile photo media. The research method uses action research which consists of 2 cycles. Goat’s foot creeper leaves have active compounds that act as antioxidants. Antioxidant compounds can maintain reproductive function. This study aims to determine the effect of Goat’s foot creeper leaves on the spermatozoa concentration of white rats. Twenty white rats male (4-week-old) were treated with a completely randomized trial design. There were 4 treatment groups with 5 replications: (1) no treatment; (2) treatment with 750 mg goat’s foot creeper infusion per day; (3) treatment with 1500 mggfoot creeper leaves per day. All treatment groups were administered for 30 days orally. This study aims to describe the validity of ecology enrichment teaching materials on wetlands subject of wetlands in South Kalimantan based on the results of fish research around the Sirang Island, Riam Kanan Reservoir, Banjar Regency. This research method is research and development with 5 steps, identification of potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, and design revision. The results showed that teaching materials in the form of handouts that were developed as enrichment material for land ecology courses had very valid or were suitable for use. Monyet ekor panjang (Macaca fascicularis) merupakan satwa primata termasuk ke dalam Genus Macaca. Monyet ekor panjang mempunyai daya adaptasi yang tinggi terhadap lingkungan sehingga populasi yang ada di alam semakin bertambah setiap tahunnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah individu dan kepadatan populasi monyet ekor panjang (M. fascicularis) di Gunung Kapur Cicadas Desa Ciampea. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April sampai Juli 2015. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode jalur (line transect sampling). Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh total individu monyet ekor panjang sebanyak 245 individu dengan jumlah masing-masing individu jantan dan betina dewasa diperoleh 38 individu (15,51%), remaja 56 individu (22,86%), anak 91 individu (37,14%), dan bayi 22 individu (8,98%), dan kepadatan populasinya sebesar 2,0 individu/Ha.Kata Kunci: Populasi, Monyet Ekor Panjang, Gunung Cicadas, Ciampea, Bogor Abstract. Long-tailed macaque (Macaca fascicularis) is a species of primates into the Genus Macaca. Long-tailed monkeys have high adaptability to the environment so that the population that exists in nature is growing every year. This study aims to determine the number of individuals and the population density of long-tailed macaques (M. fascicularis) in Gunung Kapur Cicadas Ciampea village. This study was conducted from April to July 2015. The datawas collected using a path (line transect sampling). This type of research is quantitative research with survey method. The research population is all elementary school teachers in Martapura city. The research sample from 24 public teachers in 4 elementary schools who had implemented the 2013 curriculum. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and observations. The questionnaire was used to measure the results of the implementation of the scientific approach in shaping the character of elementary school students. Observations by means of visiting class sampling were carried out on 4 elementary school teachers. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of research on the implementation of a scientific approach to the surrounding environment in shaping the character of elementary school students averaged 82.53 with a good category. Diversity of fauna that lives in certain habitats will keep the balance some ecosystem, one example is water bird live in the wetland region. Wetland set aside resources and rooms for this fauna keep survival and sustainability. South Borneo has a lot of wetlands, which one is Sungai Rasau village. In this region have various types of wetlands, that are mangrove, fishpond, estuary, lowlands river, swamp, and rice field. existence this wetland invited a lot of live fauna, some kind is water bird. The purpose of this research is to analyze a variety of water birds in wetland Sungai Rasau subdistrict Bumi Makmur district Tanah Laut. The kind of this research is descriptive research, where describe existence the kind of water bird in that region and that connection with surroundings, especially coast region, mangrove, and fishpond because those wetlands are the widest area in that region. The sampling use Line transek technique with observation IPA-Count. Result of the research show types of water bird was found are 21 species from 7 families, where 15 species at the coast, 17 species at mangrove, and 20 species at Fishpond.
