The issues to be studied are: (1) </strong><strong>h</strong><strong>ow did the East Ghouta conflict start, Syria?</strong><strong>; and</strong><strong> (2) </strong><strong>h</strong><strong>ow is Ghouta Timur after the release of Bashar al-Assad ?. The object under study is the national and international online news media. The research method used is qualitative method. Data collection is used with watch and note techniques. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique. To test the validity of data, the technique used is triangulation technique. The results of this study are: (1) East Ghouta </strong><strong>c</strong><strong>onflicts, Syria started on March 15, 2011. The research method used is the qualitative method. Data collection is used with watching, seeing, reading, and note techniques. The data analysis technique used is the descriptive analysis technique. To examine the validity of data, the technique used is the triangulation technique. Parts of speech indicate the function of the word in forming the meaning within the sentence. This research investigates the translation model of emotional intelligence terms in root word and derivative, especially in adjective type as piloting strategies in translating adjective. The research objectives are (i) to construct a translation model of translating adjectives, (ii) to describe the adjective translation model, and (iii) to describe the way to use the model. The study was using a research development approach. A model was a product of the translation stage based on translation techniques in producing good translation quality. The research was developed based on the research conducted by Nur Hasyim (2019) about “The Translation Analysis of Emotional Intelligence Terms on the book entitled Working with Emotional Intelligence by Daniel Goleman (2019)”. The substance of the model was based on proposed translation techniques such as established- equivalent, transposition, modulation, or borrowing. The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic has led to policies such as social distancing that restrict adolescent so they need to adapt to be able to carry out their daily activities and carry out their developmental tasks. This study aims to determine the prevalence of negative psychological conditions in adolescent, such as depression, anxiety, and stress during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research is a quantitative descriptive approach with a cross-sectional design. This research was conducted during August 2020 on 647 adolescents aged 14-18 years in Bandung. The measuring instrument used was the DASS-42 which was done online by participants. The reliability of DASS-42 in this study has an alpha coefficient of 0.955. The results showed that the most negative psychological condition experienced by adolescent during the Covid-19 Pandemic was anxiety, which was found in 58,74% of adolescent. In addition, 32,15% of adolescent experienced depression and 34,7% of adolescent experienced stress during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This novel and film tells the story of polygamy in Chinese society in the 1920s. Tells the story of the competition of 4 wives in fighting over the love and power of a wealthy master. The shift from the novel Raise the Red Lantern to the film Raise the Red Lantern causes the deletion, addition, and various changes in the intrinsic elements of the novel. These aspects are analyzed from data in the form of novels and films using the ecranisation approach. The goal is to find out the differences, similarities, and changes that occur as a result of the process of transferring vehicles from these two different material objects. The results of the analysis of the ecranisation of the novel Raise the Red Lantern into the film Raise the Red Lantern show that there are additions and deletions of events, alterations and deletions of settings, as well as replacement and removal of characters in the novel. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with the note-taking method. The results of the study show that the structure of the discourse contained in the Qatar debate consists of several structures. First, the macrostructure that contains thematic elements or general themes, namely about ‘Arab Spring has failed’. Second, is the superstructure which contains schematic elements referring to the system and the rules of the game in the turn of speech. Third, the microstructure contains elements of semantics, syntax, stylistics, rhetoric, and metaphors. The semantic element of the Qatar debate shows the uses of language that aims to rever to connotative meanings. Syntactically, the Qatari debaters are dominant using active sentence patterns and noun sentences (jumlah ismiyah). From the stylistic aspect, both teams have their own style of language, as the pro team uses a lot of declarative styles while the counter team tends to use an interrogative style. The rhetorical and metaphorical elements are used a few times but not in large portions. Manfaat yang diharapkan yakni membangun pemahaman mengenai dampak perilaku yang muncul di tengah pandemi serta penyusunan rekomendasi aktivitas dalam menghadapi New Normal di pusat perbelanjaan Surabaya. Temuan telaah kritis ini terdapat perubahan kebiasaan (habit) masyarakat saat mengunjungi pusat perbelanjaan terutama mal. Terdapat penurunan minat belanja masyarakat dikarenakan terdapat pembatasan-pembatasan yang diterapkan pemerintah serta norma-norma baru yang muncul saat pandemi, seperti kebiasaan mencuci tangan, memakai masker, dan menjaga jarak. Keberhasilan dari rekomendasi ini tidak lepas dari campur tangan seluruh masyarakat dan Pemkot Surabaya, agar perekonomian membaik dan kenyamanan pengunjung pusat perbelanjaan juga ditingkatkan. Tetapi melihat realitas sekarang, kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia masih rendah apalagi dalam hal pemerataan pendidikan,di antaranya: fasilitas, akses, dan tenaga pengajar yang akan berimplikasi pada proses belajar dan hasil belajar, keadaan tersebut salah satunya gambaran pendidikan yang ada di daerah terpencil. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini akan berfokus pada masalah pemerataan pendidikan di daerah terpencil dengan cara mengoptimalkan komunitas sobat mengajar sebagai gerakan sosial pendidikan. Komunitas ini bergerak di daerah-daerah terpencil khususnya di Kabupaten Lebak, Provinsi Banten, kajian awal mencari data keadaan pendidikan di daerah tersebut dengan cara membaca literature dan wawancara langsung kepada relawan sobat mengajar kemudian hasilnya dideskripsikan, dengan demikian penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Untuk mengatasi tidak meratanya pendidikan di Indonesia ada beberapa langkah yang harus dilakukan: pertama, mengoptimalkan gerakan sosial pendidikan. Kedua, melakukan program yang mengedukasi masyarakat. Ketiga, harus melibatkan masyarakat dalam semua program.Abstract-Education is a human process, either an individual or a society towards an ideal and better life. Education that will change for the better is education that is of good quality too. But look at the current reality, the quality of education in Indonesia is still low especially in terms of equitable education for example lack of facilities, access, and teaching staff that will have implications for the learning process and learning outcomes, they are one picture of the conditions that exist in remote areas. Therefore, this research will focus on the problem of equitable education in remote areas by optimizing the community of sobat mengajar as a social education movement. This community is moving in remote areas especially in lebak regency, the province of banten, early studies looking into educational conditions in the region, the initial study looked for data on the state of education in the area by reading literature and direct interviews with volunteers of sobat mengajar then the results were described, thus this study using a descriptive qualitative methods. To overcome the unequal education in Indonesia, several steps must be taken: the first, optimize the social education movement. The secondis tocarry out programs that educate the public. Artikel ini akan membahas kreativitas aptitude anak usia dini 4-6 tahun. Anak usia dini sering disebut “golden age” atau masa emas. Pada masa ini hampir semua potensi anak mengalami masa peka untuk tumbuh berkembang. Dalam menumbuh kembangkan kreativitas dimulai dari lingkup terkecil yaitu keluarga. Lingkungan keluarga merupakan salah satu dari tri pusat pendidikan yang bersinergi memberikan pendidikan bagi anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana mengembangkan kreativitas aptitude anak dengan strategi habituasi dalam lingkungan keluarga, serta bagaimana peran orang tua dalam mengembangkan kreativitas anak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan berbagai referensi berupa buku-buku dan jurnal-jurnal yang memiliki kaitan dengan tema yang dibahas untuk mengolah dan menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas aptitude anak dapat dikembangkan melalui strategi habituasi. Pembiasaan dan pembudayaan adalah sifat dalam pikiran. Jika strategi habituasi terus diulang dan dibudayakan dalam keluarga untuk mengembangkan kreativitas aptitude anak. Maka, akan menjadi karakter yang dapat melekat dalam jiwa anak.Abstract - Creativity is one of the important soft skills that every human being must possess. Creativity is the interaction between intellectual, emotive, and motivational forces. Therefore, developing children's creativity is very important to assist the development of creativity including cognitive, social, emotional, and affective aspects. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menemukan dan menjelaskan konsep retorika persuasif yang ada pada pidato tersebut. Analisis yang digunakan adalah teori retorika persuasif perspektif Aristoteles. Dalam teori ini terdapat penjelasan terkait retorika yang memiliki tiga jenis, yakni retorika forensik, demonstratif, dan Deliberatif. Prinsip teori ini tercermin dalam konsep The Five Canon of Rhetoric, panduan sekaligus ketentuan yang harus ada dalam pidato persuasif. Kelima ketentuan tersebut berkaitan dengan Inventio/Discovery yang berarti penemuan, Dispositio/Arrangement yang berarti penyusunan, Elocutio/Style yang berarti gaya, Pronuntiatio/Delivery yang berarti penyampaian, dan Memoria/Memory yang berarti mengingat. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori kualitatif-deskriptif dengan menggunakan paradigma interpretatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah tonton, simak, dan catat. Seluruh data yang didapat kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles Huberman, yakni pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil berupa 19 temuan data yang berkaitan dengan retorika persuasif dalam pidato Ismail Haniyah untuk umat Islam Idonesia. Dari seluruh data, 6 di antaranya berkaitan dengan jenis reotika persuasif yang mencakup keseluruhan jenis. Sedangkan 13 sisanya berkaitan dengan konsep Five Canon of Rhetoric berdasarkan perspektif Aristoteles.Abstract – This study discusses persuasive rhetoric in Ismail Haniyah's speech to Indonesian Muslims. The purpose of this study is to find and explain the concept of persuasive rhetoric in the speech. The analysis used is the theory of persuasive rhetoric from Aristotle's perspective. In this theory, there are explanations related to the rhetoric that have three types, namely forensic, demonstrative, and Deliberative rhetoric. The principle of this theory is reflected in the concept of The Five Canon of Rhetoric, a guide as well as a provision that must be present in a persuasive speech. The five provisions are related to Inventio (Discovery), Dispositio (Arrangement), Elocutio (Style), Pronuntiatio (Delivery), and Memoria (Memory). This type of research is included in the qualitative-descriptive category using interpretive paradigms. The techniques used in data collection are watching, listening, and taking notes. All data obtained were then analyzed using the Miles Huberman model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. This study obtained results in the form of 19 data findings related to persuasive rhetoric in Ismail Haniyah's speech to Indonesian Muslims. Of all the data, 6 of them relate to the type of persuasive rationale which includes all types.
