History been recorded, that in any discussions regarding the formation of the constitutional separation, division and smelting power is something that is popular to be discussed before and even after becoming the constitution. Therefore, the casting of checks and balances into the constitution especially on islamic modern society is an interesting study to determine the portion and posture. This study will use Indonesia legal system and its Islamic Society as case study and will be using legal normative methodoloy, on the other hand, comparative studies on constitution which will be conducted and using classic and modern constitutional law literature. The explanation and ways how to implement command of Al Qur’an are found in Al Hadist Muhammad SAW. Al Qur’an teaches may aspect of life and one of them is how using and managing the natural resources and conserve of environment, using the source of energy, water, health and sanitation. In the other hand the people of the world included Indonesia facing environment problem. Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) from United nation are collected of 17 global goal or agenda 2030 for transforming our world 2030 and containing strategy to solve environment problem. Base on the fact, the problem is how awareness the senior high school and higher education (university) students specially Islamic students to contribute conserve the environment?. The goals of the research were to know how environment awareness and action performance of students from senior high school and university. Methodology of the research was survey and observation concerning in 320 student from 4 senior high schools and in 1 university. The result of the research showed 41,5% of natural and 40.35% social science students from Islamic values senior high schools (SMAI IPA and IPS) showed the awareness action to environment. In SMAN IPA students showed their awareness 51.1% and SMAN IPS 20.6% Based on observation students from university with Islamic values showed low awareness of environment. Perspektif kajian hukum tersebut tidak mengacu pada konsep hukum dalam peraturan perundang-undangan tetapi mengacu pada kenyataan yang hidup dan tumbuh di masyarakat. Penulis melakukan penelitian hukum Islam dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis dan untuk memperoleh data dilakukan dengan penelitian kepustakaan. Metode analisis kualitatif, dibangun berdasarkan data sekunder yang berupa teori, makna dan substansinya dari berbagai literatur, peraturan perundang-undangan. Analisis kualitatif dilakukan dengan interpretasi terhadap data yang dikumpulkan dari studi kepustakaan dengan tujuan untuk memecahkan permasalahan penelitian. Dari penulisan ini ditemukan bahwa kearifan lokal banyak dipengaruhi nilai Islam. Pada masa reformasi telah dilakukan revitalisasi kearifan lokal, dengan tujuan untuk menyesuaikan perkembangan global dan filsafat hidup global serta untuk penguatan identitas nasional. The legal review perspective does not refer to legal concepts in legislation but refers to the facts that live and grow in society. The author conducts Islamic law research with an analytical descriptive approach and to obtain data is done by library research. Qualitative analysis method, built based on secondary data in the form of theory, meaning and substance from various literatures, laws and regulations. Qualitative analysis is carried out by interpretation of data collected from library studies in order to solve research problems. From this writing it is found that local wisdom is influenced by Islamic values. During the reformation, local wisdom has been revitalized, with the aim of adapting to global developments and the philosophy of global life and to strengthening national identity. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan upaya yang dilakukan dalam penanaman kemandirian anak melalui pembelajaran di sentra balok Taman Kanak-kanak Islam Al Azhar 45 Grand Depok City. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan anak-anak Kelompok A4 di sentra balok Taman Kanak-Kanak Islam Al Azhar 45 Grand Depok City. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data Model Interaktif dari Miles and Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Data disajikan dalam bentuk narasi dan gambar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penanaman kemandirian anak melalui pembelajaran di sentra balok Taman Kanak-Kanak Islam Al Azhar 45 Grand Depok City dilakukan dengan penerapan aturan main secara konsisten pada saat pijakan sebelum main, yang meliputi aturan: 1. ambil dan kembalikan balok pada tempatnya; 2. Jaga baloknya; 3. baloknya berbagi dengan teman; dan 4. ambil balok secukupnya.Abstract - Independence is the character which is important to be instilled in children from an early age. The purpose of this study is to describe how the independence of children is build through learning in the beam center of Al Azhar 45 Islamic Kindergarten Grand Depok City. This research used qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection through interviews, observations and documentations method. The data sources in this study are from the A4 school principals, teachers and children at the Al Azhar 45 Islamic Kindergarten Center Grand Depok City. Data analysis was carried out using the Interactive Model data analysis techniques by Miles and Huber which included data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The data presented in form the narratives and images. The results showed that building the children's independence through learning in the beam center of Al Azhar 45 Islamic Kindergarten Grand Depok City was carried out by applying the rules of the game consistently on the footing before playing, which included rules: 1. Take and return the beams in its place; 2.Taking care the beams; 3. Shared the beams with friends; and 4. Take the beams as much as needs it. The problem occurred is that the average education level of ECE tutor is diverse, from Middle School, High School, Associate Degree, and Bachelor Degree. In this condition, we can say that those ECE tutors had not had the knowledge and insight about the ECE, namely the 2013 Curriculum, the ECE concept, and the learning devices. Training, along with the research about the role of those training itself, are need to be done in order to answer this question for increasing the knowledge and insight of ECE tutor using action research method. The results showed the enhancement of conducted training, including the enhancement of interest and motivation to develop their knowledge and insight about the ECE. Therefore, it is very important for the counselor to be kind and noble in accordance with what is taught by Islam in the Qur'an and hadith. Hamka as the interpreter of the Qur'an has explained the character and ethics of the counselor. Studying a meaning in the Qur'an certainly requires knowledge and knowledge, and all of that is inseparable from the interpretation of several scholars through the existing interpretive books, one of which examines Hamka's thoughts on the verses that contain the words of advice and irsyad in Tafseer Al-Azhar . Islamic guidance and counseling according to Hamka is a teaching process for someone (client) who does not know or who needs help in a gentle and sincere way to enforce amar ma'ruf and nahi munkar. Salah satu bagian kaum urban adalah pemuda, merupakan kaum di antara anak-anak dan juga dewasa. Sehingga di harapkan memiliki solusi untuk menghadapi permsaalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaiman peranan pemuda mengkaji permasalahan yang terjadi sehingga bisa mendapatkan solusi sederhana untuk mengatasi permasalahan kaum urban diperkotaan besar. Adapun metode yang digunakan penulis yakni metode deskriptif, mengkaji serta menganalisis literasi-literasi yang ada dan menyimpulkan menjadi sebuah solusi dari permasalahan yang penulis ungkapkan. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini ,bahwa permasalahan kaum urban terletak pada tidak adanya program yang jelas serta terperinci secara baik, baik itu dari pemerintah daerah maupun pusat. Sehingga hal ini menjadi permasalahan bersama bukan salah satu pihak semata. Adapun yang bisa pemuda berikan solusi: yakni mencangkup program dan juga kebijakan, program yang di berikan yakni terdiri 3 tahap, yaitu: jangka pendek, menengah dan panjang. Adapun alasannya yaitu program tersebut di terapkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan kaum urban serta kebijakan yang merupakan wewenang dari pemerintah. Bisa disimpulkan, pemuda memiliki peranan penting dalam mengkaji ataupun memberikan solusi yang terbaik untuk kesehatan kaum urban.Abstract - Health is an important factor of life, including urban in large urban areas in Indonesia, many problems occur, infrastructure is inadequate, a bad life causes serious problems both now and in the future. One part of the urban community is youth, is a family among children and also adults. So that it is expected to have a solution to deal with these problems. This study aims to see how the role of youth examines the problems that occur so that they can get a simple solution to overcome urban problems in large cities. The method used by the author is descriptive method, reviewing and analyzing existing literacy and concluding to be a solution to the problems that the writer reveals. The results of this study, that the problem of urbanites lies in the absence of a clear and well-detailed program, both from the local and central government. So this matter becomes a common problem, not only one part. As for what the youth can provide a solution: namely covering the program and also the policy, the program provided is consisting of 3 stages, namely: short, medium and long term. The reason is that the program is implemented in accordance with the needs of the urbanites and policies that are the authority of the government. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan di SMAN 105 Jakarta pada bulan April - Agustus 2016. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengetahui gaya belajar siswa adalah Kolb Learning Style Inventory (KLSI) Versi 3.1 tahun 2005. Hasil </strong><strong>yang diperoleh dari </strong><strong> penelitian ini adalah </strong><strong>gaya belajar siswa SMAN 105</strong><strong> Jakarta</strong><strong> tersebar dalam 4 ragam gaya </strong><strong>yaitu diverger, assimilator, akomodator, dan konverger.</strong><strong> Kelompok siswa dengan gaya belajar terbesar adalah diverger diikuti gaya belajar assimilator, accomodator dan converger. Terdapat perbedaan sebaran gaya belajar pada masing-masing tingkatan kelas</strong><strong>.</strong></p><p><em>Abstract - </em><strong>Learning style is the way which is using by the students to understand the learning information. Every student has different learning style which makes the way how they learn might be different as well. The information about the students’ learning style is something that teacher has to consider about in designing the learning so that the learning activity will run effectively and help the students to achieve their best achievement. There are many theories and model of learning style. The determinant instrument of learning style had been developed, one of it is learning style by David Kolb. This study aims to know various kinds of learning style of Senior High School students according to David Kolb in Biology learning. This study has been conducted at SMAN 105 Jakarta on April – Agustus 2016. This study was conducted by using survey method. The instrument using to determine students’ learning style is Kolb’s Learning Style Inventory (KLSI) Version 3.1 year 2005. The result found from this study is there are four students’ learning styles at SMAN 105 Jakarta, which are diverger, assimilator, accommodator, and converger. {"title":"Peran Kegiatan Fun cooking dalam Kemampuan Sosial Emosional dan Bahasa Anak","authors":"Yosi Amaros, Rohita Rohita","doi":"10.36722/SH.V4I4.303","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.36722/SH.V4I4.303","url":null,"abstract":"<p><em>Abstrak</em><strong> - </strong><strong>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran <em>fun coooking</em> dalam meningkatkan kemampuan sosial emosional dan bahasa anak di TK Al Izhar Pondok Labu, Jakarta Selatan.</strong><strong> </strong><strong>Subjek penelitian ini anak usia 5-6 tahun yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstra kurikuler <em>fun cooking</em> berjumlah 8 orang anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data yang sudah terkumpul di triangulasi dengan jenis triangulasi teknik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian anak, diperoleh informasi bahwa <em>fun cooking</em> memiliki peran dalam kemampuan sosio emosional dan bahasa anak. Kegiatan <em>fun cooking</em> memiliki peran dalam kemampuan bahasa anak terutama dalam memahami beberapa perintah secara bersamaan; menjawab pertanyaan yang lebih kompleks; memperkaya perbendaharaan kata; serta menuliskan nama sendiri. Sementara dalam kemampuan sosial emosional anak, <em>fun cooking</em> membuat anak mampu menaati aturan kelas; mengatur diri sendiri; berbagi dengan orang lain; menunjukkan sikap toleran; serta mengekspresikan emosi yang sesuai dengan kondisi yang ada.</strong></p><p><em>Abstract </em><strong><em> - </em></strong><strong>This study aims to determine the role of fun cooking in improving emotional social skills and language of children in kindergarten Al Izhar Pondok Labu, South Jakarta. These research subjects 5-6 years old children who take part in extracurricular fun cooking amounted to 8 children. The method used is descriptive qualitative approach with data collection technique using observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the data that have been collected in triangulation with the type of triangulation techniques. Based on the results of the study of children, there was information that the fun of cooking has a role in the socio-emotional and language abilities of children. Fun cooking activities have a role in the child's language ability, especially in understanding multiple commands simultaneously; answer more complex questions; enriching vocabulary; as well as write his own name.
