Эти подходы представлены отличающимися сбалансированностью позиций книгами китайского политолога Чжан Вейвея и английского политолога Кр. Кокера. Для расширения поля интерпретаций используются труды по истории «процесса цивилизации» Н. Элиаса и его школы, социологии культуры П. Сорокина, теории схизмогенеза Г. Бейтсона и др. Анализ этих работ ведется в контексте интеллектуальной истории. Осуществляется переход от изложения современных практик использования понятия «цивилизационное государство» к анализу истории представления о «политической цивилизации» в Западной Европе как гегемонического и выстраивания контргегемоний по отношению к нему в Германии, Японии и Китае. Выявляется логика перерастания унификации культур в их диверсификацию, становления бинарных оппозиций, позволяющая формировать альтернативные образы цивилизационных государств на базе симметричного схизмогенеза. Их обслуживают трансформации в темпоральных представлениях, в частности идеи «прочного» времени, телеологического презентизма и ретротопии. The article compares and analyzes two main factors to the problem of a civilizational state, which are becoming increasingly relevant due to the spread of these concepts in the self-identification of the peoples of China, India, Russia, Iran, etc. The balanced positions of the books of the Chinese political scientist Zhang Weiwei and English political scientist Ch. Coker distinguish these approaches. To expand the fields of interpretation, works on the history of the «the civilizing process» of N. Elias and his school, the sociology of culture by P. Sorokin, the theory of schismogenesis by G. Bateson, etc. were used. The analysis of these works is carried out in the context of intellectual history, a transition is made from a presentation of modern practices in using the concept of «civilizational state» to an analysis of the history of the idea of «political civilization» in Western Europe as hegemonic and the building of counter-hegemonies in relation to it in Germany, Japan and China. It reveals the logic of transition of the unification of cultures into their diversification, the formation of binary oppositions, which allows the formation of alternative images of civilizational states based on symmetrical schismogenesis. Распространение в регионе авторитаризма (тоталитаризма) и Вторая мировая война способствовали реабилитации империи Габсбургов в исторической памяти народов Центрально-Восточной Европы и соседних регионов и осознанию ими общности исторического, политического и культурного развития. Принадлежность к габсбургскому пространству является важнейшим политическим кодом, определяющим европейскость Центрально-Восточной Европы, ее отличие от России. В материале также показано влияние интеллектуального наследия империи Габсбургов, габсбургского мифа на формирование общеевропейской идеи, интеграционные процессы в Европе после Второй мировой войны. This article examines the impact of the Habsburg myth on the development of political processes in regions and states that emerged on the territory of the former Habsburg Empire in the second half of the twentieth and at the beginning of the twenty-first centuries. The spread of authoritarianism (totalitarianism) in the region and the World War II contributed to the rehabilitation of the Habsburg Empire in the historical memory of the peoples of Central and Eastern Europe and neighbouring regions and to their awareness of the common historical, political and cultural development. Belonging to the Habsburg space is the most important political code that defines the Europeanness of Central and Eastern Europe, its difference from Russia. Вархоевой, сохранившиеся в личном фонде петрозаводского историка А.И. Афанасьевой. Специфика текста позволяет использовать гендерный подход и анализировать женский взгляд на региональную общественную жизнь 1920–1940-х гг. В задачу статьи входит изучение женского восприятия отношений внутри управленческих структур первых послереволюционных десятилетий. Высокая общественная активность Вархоевой давала ей возможность общения как с руководством Автономной Карельской ССР, так и с поселковой администрацией, постепенно соединяя воспоминания в единый нарратив. Меморизация впечатлений о карельской юности и пережитой Блокаде кристаллизировала в памяти оптимистичные сюжеты, богатые авторской рефлексией. Не менее интересны и коммуникативные аспекты эпистолярных отношений, в т. ч. способы влияния мемуариста на изучающего его материалы историка. Анализ писем Вархоевой позволяет рельефно выделить возрастные и гендерные различия в отношениях между людьми 1920-х гг., проследить ироничную рефлексию мемуариста в восприятии себя и окружающих, а также способы защиты от негативных воспоминаний начала 1940-х гг. Исследование также подтверждает ряд концепций о практике женской меморизации и влиянии на нее со стороны гендерной политики в СССР. The article analyzes the letters of a Leningrad pensioner Praskovya Vasilyevna Varkhoeva from the private archive of a Petrozavodsk historian Alexandra Ivanovna Afanasyeva. The specificity of the text enables to use the gender approach for examining a woman’s view of the regional public life in the 1920–40s. The aim of the research was to study a woman’s perception of the internal relations in the administrative apparatus during the first post-Revolution decades. As a prominent public activist Praskovya Varkhoeva interacted with the authorities of the Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic and the administration of her village, gradually combining her memories into a single narrative. The memorialization of her young years in Karelia and her survival during the Leningrad Siege eventually crystallized the optimistic life stories enriched with the author’s reflection. Of special interest are also the communicative aspects of the studied epistolary relationship, namely the means used by the memoirist to exert some influence on the researcher. Using Varkhoeva’s letters for analyzing the specific historical situation helps to reveal clear age and gender distinctions in the relations between people in the 1920s, to trace the elements of ironic reflection in the memoirist’s perception of herself and people around her, and to identify her ways of protection against the negative memories of the early 1940s. Композиционно исследование состоит из трёх связанных друг с другом аспектов: собирательного социального портрета университетского ректора; особенностей карьерных траекторий руководителей университетов; и проблем ректорского корпуса в контексте государственной образовательной политики и текущей политической конъюнктуры революционной эпохи. В статье уделяется внимание, как общероссийским чертам и закономерностям эволюции фигуры ректора, так и локальным особенностям; предлагается выделение четырёх групп университетов, применительно к изучаемой проблеме. Исследование выполнено с опорой на списки чиновников по ведомству министерства народного просвещения, биографические словари, архивные источники, отложившиеся в фондах Центрального государственного архива города Москвы, Государственного архива Саратовской области, Центрального государственного исторического архива Украины, Государственного архива в Варшаве. The article is devoted to the rectors' corps of Russian universities in the late 19th – early 20th centuries. The research field included 75 people who in 1884–1917 served as rector at ten universities in the Russian Empire. Compositionally, the study consists of three related aspects: collective social portrait of a university rector; features of career trajectories of university leaders; and problems of the rectory corps in the context of the state educational policy and the current political situation of the revolutionary era. The article pays attention to both the all-Russian features and patterns of evolution of the figure of the rector, and local features, it is proposed to distinguish four groups of universities. Научной основой социальной гигиены в СССР стала немецкая социальная гигиена (понятие, область знаний, специальные научные методы) и методология земской медицины. Научная область знаний и методы исследования в советской социальной гигиене полностью отражали идеологию А. Гротьяна, основателя немецкой социальной гигиены. Это исследование показывает, что формирование социальной гигиены в СССР происходило под непосредственным воздействием органов государственной власти. The work is devoted to the process of formation of Soviet social hygiene as a scientific discipline under conditions of socialist transformations and the transfer of ideas from the Weimar Republic and pre-revolutionary Russia to the USSR in the 1920s. The scientific basis of social hygiene in the USSR was German social hygiene (concept, field of knowledge, special scientific methods) and the methodology of Zemstvo medicine. The scientific field of knowledge and research methods in Soviet social hygiene fully reflected the ideology of A. Grotjahn, the founder of German social hygiene. Несмотря на зависимость в ряде случаев от построений дореволюционных авторов, немецкоязычная историография рассматриваемого периода внесла значимый оригинальный вклад в изучение Московской Руси. The article analyzes the views of prominent representatives of the German-language historiography of the second half of the 20th c. (D. Gerhard, G. Stökl, H.-J. Torke, С. Goehrke, H.-H. Nolte) on the key problems of the socio-political history of Muscovite Russia: corporate order, representation, and regionalism. The characteristic features of this research tradition are a comparative approach within the framework of the dichotomy “Russia and Europe”, as well as close attention to the historian's terminological apparatus. Так как пик творческой деятельности журналиста пришелся на период хрущевского правления, в статье особое внимание обращается на феномен «оттепельной» журналистики. This article is devoted to the history of Soviet journalism during the \"Thaw\" period through the prism of the biography of the journalist A.I. Raspevin, who worked in newspapers and magazines: \"Crocodile\", \"Soviet Press\", \"Journalist\" and \"Soviets of Working People's Deputies\", \"Pravda\", \"Izvestia\" and \"Economic Newspapers\". The focus of the study is aimed at the reconstruction of the professional activity of a journalist as typical for a whole generation of journalists of the sixties, inscribed in the socio-cultural context.
