Motivation, job satisfaction and employee work discipline is good. 2. Regression analysis results are Ŷ = 17,600 + 1.086X1 + 1.028X2, meaning motivation and job satisfaction have a positive effect on employee work discipline. 3. Correlation analysis results obtained obtained value r = 0.883, meaning there is a high and positive correlation between motivation and job satisfaction with employee work discipline. The high level of work discipline can be explained by motivation and job satisfaction of 77.9%. 4. H0 Hypothesis rejected, meaning motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of the Land Office employee of Simalungun Regency either simultaneously or partially.The suggestions of this research are: To increase the motivation of the leader should give confidence to the employees in completing the task given to him so that employees feel confident in working. To improve the job satisfaction of the leader should give attention, compensation, and career development well in accordance with the needs of the employee so that every job given the leadership can be done with a good attitude and satisfaction in the work continues to increase. The intellectual abilities, performance promotion and the performance of insurance agents is excellent. 2. The results of regression analysis is Ŷ = 10,850 + 0,494X1 + 0,418X2, means that intellectual abilities and performance promotion has a positive effect to job satisfaction insurance agents. 3. The results of the analysis correlations is r = 0,761, means that there is moderately high and positive between intellectual abilities, performance promotion and job satisfaction insurance agents. The results of determination is r square = 0,579, means that the level of job satisfaction insurance agents can be explained by intellectual abilities and performance promotion as big as 57,9%. As for the suggestion from the results of this research are: 1. Employees declare good work discipline, leadership style and employee performance is categorized well. 2. Regression analysis result Ŷ = 19,070 + 0,280 X1 + 0,447X2, meaning there is positive influence between work discipline (X1) and leadership style (X2) on employee performance (Y). 3. Correlation analysis results obtained r value = 0,787, meaning there is moderately and positive correlation between work discipline variables and leadership style with employee performance. Whether or not the performance of employees can be explained coefficient of determination by work discipline and leadership style can be 61,9%. 4. H0 Hypothesis rejected, meaning that work discipline and leadership style have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT Capella Medan Branch Pematangsiantar.            As for suggestion of this research is to increase the influence of work discipline, hence company have to increase sanction firmly to employees who violate with work discipline regulation which have been applied company. This research was conducted using qualitative descriptive techniques, comparative analysis techniques and inductive analysis techniques. In this research the type of data used are qualitative data and quantitative data. In this research the data source used is secondary data. The technique data collection used is documentation technique. From the results of this study can be concluded that 1. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pertumbuhan penjualan dan perputaran piutang terhadap profitabilitas pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia baik secara simultan maupun parsial.Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1. Rata-rata pertumbuhan penjualan adalah sebesar adalah 0,1078, Rata-rata perputaran piutang sebesar 9,4204 kali dan Rata-rata Net Profit Margin (NPM) sebesar 0,1048 kali. 2. Hasil pengujian regresi linier berganda adalah Ŷ = 0,193 – 0,254X1 – 0,006X2, artinya pertumbuhan penjualan dan perputaran piutang berpengaruh negatif terhadap profitabilitas. 3. Hasil analisis koefisien korelasi adalah sebesar 0,463 artinya terdapat hubungan yang sedang antara Net Profit Margin (NPM)dengan pertumbuhan penjualan dan perputaran piutang. Koefisien determinasi adalah sebesar 0,215 artinya 21,5% Net Profit Margin (NPM) dapat dijelaskan oleh pertumbuhan penjualan dan perputaran piutang. 4. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Populasi berjumlah 41 orang, dan sampel yang digunakan adalah keseluruhan dari populasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif, dan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan regresi linier berganda, korelasi dan koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut : 1. Kompetensi pegawai sudah sangat baik, penilaian prestasi kerja pegawai sudah baik, dan promosi jabatan sudah baik. 2. Hasil analisis regresi Ŷ = 21,407 + 0,372X1 + 0,471X2, artinya terdapat pengaruh positif antara kompetensi pegawai (X1) dan penilaian prestasi kerja (X2) terhadap promosi jabatan (Y). 3. Hasil analisis korelasi dengan nilai r = 0,630 terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan positif antara kompetensi dan penilaian prestasi kerja pegawai dengan promosi jabatan. Baik tidaknya promosi jabatan dapat dijelaskan sebesar 39,7%. 4. Hipotesi H0 ditolak, artinya kompetensi dan penilaian prestasi kerja pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap promosi jabatan pada Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan Cabang Pematangsiantar.Adapun saran dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pegawai, pihak manajemen personalia memberikan kesempatan bagi pegawai untuk mengikuti pelatihan yang mengarah pada pengembangan kompetensi pegawai. Untuk meningkatkan prestasi kerja pegawai, diperlukan peningkatan produktivitas pegawai. Petro Fajar Berlian, Medan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada PT. Petro Fajar Berlian yang berlamat di Kompleks Villa Asoka Blok C No. 6, Medan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2016. Untuk analisis faktor, ukuran sampel yang direkomendasikan adalah tidak kurang dari 60 responden. Sebagai aturan umum, beberapa peneliti merekomendasikan 5:1, 10:1, dan 20:1 responden untuk setiap variabel. Penelitian ini menggunakan 14 variabel maka yang menjadi sampel penelitian adalah 5 x 14 = 70 orang. Variabel yang akan diteliti adalah faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efisiensi kerja karyawan yaitu : Kemampuan fisik (X1), Pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) (X2), Pengalaman kerja (X3), Kesejahtraan (X4), Syarat kerja (X5), Lingkungan kerja (X6), Waktu jam kerja (X7), Ketaatan (X8), Jadwal pekerjaan (X9), Pengorganisasian (X10), Sarana dan prasarana (X11), Kondisi ruangan kerja (X12), Penghargaan (X13) dan Kepemimpinan (X14). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi efisiensi kerja karyawan pada PT. Petro Fajar Berlian, Medan adalah kondisi ruangan kerja dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,848. Faktor kedua yang memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap efisiensi kerja karyawan adalah kesejahteraan karyawan dengan nilai korelasi 0,842. Faktor ketiga yang memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap efisiensi kerja karyawan adalah kemampuan fisik karyawan dengan nilai korelasi 0,798. Dari hasil pengujian faktor dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada faktor 1 bernilai 0,502; faktor 2 bernilai 0,477, faktor 3 bernilai 0,579, faktor 4 bernilai 0,572 dan faktor 5 bernilai 0,399. Kelima faktor yang terbentuk sudah tepat karena mempunyai nilai korelasi yang cukup tinggi. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Objek penelitian ini PT Bank Bukopin, Tbk yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2007 sampai tahun 2015. Metode yang digunakan untuk analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis (uji F dan uji t). Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan program Sofware Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 20.0.Hasil analisa dari regresi linier berganda yaitu: Ŷ = 0,102 + 0,028 – 1,498 + 1,585 + 0,048 . Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa LDR berpengaruh positif terhadap kecukupan modal, NPL berpengaruh negatif terhadap kecukupan modal, ROA dan BOPO berpengaruh positif terhadap kecukupan modal. Kekuatan hubungan kedua variabel adalah kuat, dengan koefisien korelasi 0,756. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 57,1%, dan sisanya 42,9% dijelaskan oleh faktor lainnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan desain penelitian lapangan dan kepustakaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 38 responden yaitu pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Sosial dan Tenaga Kerja Kota Pematangsiantar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan ialah regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi dan determinasi serta pengujian hipotesis dengan uji F dan uji t.Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1. Komunikasi organisasi yang diterapkan sudah setuju dan pegawai sangat setuju dengan motivasi yang diberikan serta kinerja pegawai sudah sangat baik.2. Hasil analisis regresi adalah Ŷ = 54,905 + 0,805X1 + 0,902X2, artinya komunikasi organisasi dan motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. 3. Hasil analisis korelasi diperoleh nilai r =0,841artinya hubungan komunikasi organisasi, motivasi dengan kinerja pegawai sangat kuat dan positif. Tinggi rendahnya kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh komunikasi organisasi dan motivasi sebesar 70,6%.4. Hipotesis penelitian H0 ditolak, artinya komunikasi organisasi dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Sosial dan Tenaga Kerja Kota Pematangsiantar baik secara simultan maupun parsial.Adapun saran dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan komunikasi organisasi,diperlukan sikap peduli pimpinan terhadap masalah pegawai, dan pegawai lebih mempererat hubungan komunikasi dengan rekan kerja. Dalam meningkatkan motivasi, perlu dilakukan pemberian apresiasikepada para pegawai yang berprestasi, dan mendukung pegawai untuk mengikuti pendidikan dan pelatihan kerja.
