Umumnya, setiap individu dengan berbagai jenis profesinya rentan terhadap konflik ini. Masalah ini sangat kompleks dan menyeimbangkan keduanya terasa sangat rumit, terutama dalam tekanan tinggi dan untuk profesi yang menuntut intensitas tinggi seperti perawat yang merawat pasien penyakit jiwa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komponen konflik pekerjaan keluarga yaitu work interference with family (WIF) dan family interference with work (FIW) terhadap stres kerja dan kinerja perawat dalam merawat pasien gangguan jiwa. Kuisioner dibagikan kepada 53 perawat wanita yang sudah menikah yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Mutiara Sukma Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat dan data dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa komponen konflik pekerjaan keluarga; WIF dan FIW berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat stres kerja, dan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja perawat. Secara spesifik, studi ini membuktikan bahwa satu-satunya komponen yang berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja adalah FIW. Hasil hipotesis parsial (Uji t) menunjukan bahwa Kecerdasan Emosionalberpengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dimana nilai t hitung (2,401)> t tabel (1,660) dan angka signifikansi 0,018 <0,05; Efikasi Diriberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dimana nilai t hitung ( 2,158 )> t tabel (1,660) dan angka signifikansi 0,033 <0,05; dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dimana nilai t hitung (2,106)> t tabel (1,660) dan angka signifikansi 0,038 <0,05. Hasil uji hipotesis simultan (Uji F) menunjukkan bahwa Kecerdasan Emosional, Self-Efficacy, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Salah satu lembaga keuangan yang menggunakan pendekatan pemasaran dengan sistem layanan jemput bola kepada nasabah yaitu LPD Desa Pakraman Ubud. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik nasabah sistem layanan jemput bola, mengetahui proses pelaksanaan sistem layanan jemput bola pada LPD Desa Pakraman Ubud saat pandemi Covid-19, dan untuk mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangan dari sistem layanan jemput bola pada LPD Desa Pakraman Ubud. Sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 50 responden yaitu 7 orang karyawan LPD dengan teknik purposive sampling dan 43 orang nasabah dengan teknik accidental sampling. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar nasabah masih berusia produktif dengan pekerjaan pedagang. Saat pandemi Covid -19, adanya perbedaan proses pelaksanaan sistem layanan jemput bola dari sebelumnya pada LPD Desa Pakraman Ubud seperti jam kerja yang berkurang, jumlah nasabah yang aktif menabung berkurang, dan jumlah setoran tabungan juga berkurang setiap bulannya pada tahun 2020. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang diberikan langsung kepada responden.Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan komitmen organisasional memberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.Kata kunci: Motivasi, Beban Kerja, Organisasional, Kinerja Pegawai AbstractThe purpose of this research is to determine the impact of work motivation, workload, and organizational commitment on employee performance. The sample used is the same as the number in a population of 31 employees using a total sampling technique (census). The data used are primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires given directly to respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Pematangsiantar. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian pustaka dan penelitian lapangan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 39 pegawai BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Pematangsiantar dan semuanya dijadikan sampel. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: 1. Beban kerja sudah rendah dan kinerja pegawai sudah baik. 2. Terdapat pengaruh yang negatif antara beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dibuktikan dengan regresi Ŷ = 46,931 - 0,190X2. 3. Terdapat hubungan yang rendah antara beban kerja dengan kinerja pegawai, diperoleh nilai korelasi senilai 0,321. 4. Hasil uji hipotesis: H0 ditolak, artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.The purpose of this study was to describe the description of workload, and employee performance at the Pematangsiantar Branch of BPJS Kesehatan. 2. To determine the effect of workload on employee performance at the Pematangsiantar Branch of BPJS Kesehatan. This research uses library research design and field research. The population in this study amounted to 39 employees of BPJS Kesehatan Pematangsiantar Branch and all of them were sampled. The type of data in this research is qualitative data and quantitative data. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out by means of questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results of the study are as follows: 1. Low workload and good employee performance. 2. There is a negative influence between workload on employee performance as evidenced by regression Ŷ = 46.931 - 0.190X2. 3. There is a low correlation between workload with employee performance, the correlation value is 0.321. 4. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: nilai rata-rata Pertumbuhan Penjualan, nilai rata- rata profitabilitas pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Kimia yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2017 mengalami fluktuasi dan cenderung meningkat. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata Struktur Modal pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Kimia yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2017 mengalami fluktuasi dan cenderung menurun. To find out an overview of liquidity, solvency, dividend policy and company value in PT Kabelindo Murni, Tbk, which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. 2. To find out what factors cause company value in PT Kabelindo Murni, Tbk to increase. The author's research was conducted using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, comparative analysis techniques and inductive analysis techniques. The type of data in the study are qualitative data and quantitative data. The data source used is secondary data. Data collection in research is documentation techniques. The results of this study concluded 1. The average value of liquidity with the parameter Current Ratio (CR) fluctuates and tends to increase, but the increase in current assets was followed by an analysis with a decrease in the value of current liabilities. 2. The average solvency value with the parameters Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) fluctuates and tends to decrease, this is due to a decrease in debt which is higher than the decrease in the total assets of the company. 3. Dividend Policy (DPR) experienced fluctuations and tended to increase. This was caused by an increase in dividends per share while there was a decrease in earnings per share. 4. The company value with PBV parameters fluctuates and tends to increase, this is due to an increase in stock prices higher than the increase in book value per share. Suggestions for this research are: It is better for companies to add working capital by making long-term debt to buy inventory that can increase sales, it is best for companies to increase sales and reduce operating expenses so that profits can increase and increasing profits can increase EPS so that the DPR can be controlled, it is best for companies to increase profits by increasing sales and streamlining operating expenses. Increasing profit can be used as working capital of the company. The results of the study can be summarized as follows: 1) Competence, work performance and promotion are good. 2) The results of the regression analysis are Ŷ = 3.943 + 0.770X1 + 0.345X2 meaning that competency and work performance have a positive and significant effect on job promotion. 3) The results of the correlation analysis obtained nilair = 0.787, meaning that there is a strong and positive relationship between competence and work performance with promotion. 4) Obtained the coefficient of determination R = 0.619 means that the high and low of promotion can be explained by competence and work performance by 39.0%. 5) The research hypothesis H0 is rejected, meaning that competence and work performance have a positive and significant effect on job promotion in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) Tirtauli Branch I Pematangsiantar both simultaneously and partially. Know the description of the company,s financial performance at PT Mayora Indah, Tbk. 2. To find out what factors caused Mottled financial performance at PT Mayora Indah, Tbk tend to increase. The research was conducted using qualitative, descriptive methods of analysis, methods of trend and inductive methods. The research of the data is qualitative and quantitative data. The data of this research is used secondary data. Data collection is used by the method of documentation. The results of this research can be summed up as follows: 1. Trend quick ratio has increased. Trend in the Debt to asset Ratio has increased. Total Assets Turn over trend has increased. The trend of Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), the Net Profit Margin (NPM) experienced an increase in the company's financial performance so that it can be said better. 2. The factors that lead to good performance is the business accounts receivable, short term loans, increased sales and inventory. The results of the analysis suggest that PT Mayora Indah, Tbk We recommend you be cautious in doing short term loans. In addition the company should improve the effectiveness of the management of inventory. Should the company optimizes the management of accounts receivable in order to collect the accounts receivable business to the company. Lack of community participation to participate in village fund management planning, this is due to the lack of motivation of the community to participate in the deliberations. Then there was a delay in submitting a draft village regulation that had been agreed to be evaluated. 2. In the implementation, administration, reporting and accountability of village fund management in accordance with PERMENDAGRI Number 113 of 2014, it shows that the principles of participation in management, orderly and disciplined principles, principles of transparency and accountability principles have been carried out properly.The suggestion from this research is that the village government should develop a participatory concept and foster a sense of community motivation by providing education seminars on managing village funds and leading to the implementation of village governance.
