Specifically we are following two main directions. Firstly we briefly explore the current trends in the development of advanced satellite communications and hybrid satellite/terrestrial networks. Various technical issues are addressed and discussed within the field of integrated satellite systems and novel network architectures. Secondly we are concerned with the fast developing area of networked con-trolled systems (NCSs). In that respect relevant research problems are investigated in conjunction with possible future directions. Many literatures have reviewed the application of data mining technology in customer segmentation, and achieved sound effectives. But in the most cases, it is performed using customer data from a special point of view, rather than from systematical method considering all stages of CRM. This paper, with the aid of data mining tools, constructs a new customer segmentation method based on RFM, demographic and LTV data. The new customer segmentation method consists of two phases. Firstly, with K-means clustering, customers are clustered into different segments regarding their RFM. Secondly, using demographic data, each cluster again is partitioned into new clusters. Finally, using LTV, a profile for customer is created. To address these demands we can for example use different agile methodologies. Agile methodologies often try to eliminate different development risks as early as possible in development cycle. Solution can be a working model or prototype of at least critical system parts. Functional languages are very attractive from this perspective. They have several interesting properties like excellent abstraction mechanism; produced code is concise and extensible. These languages can be used as a tool producing a kind of executable design. In this paper we present our work on a domain specific functional language targeted for embedded systems -Embedded Process Functional Language. This high level language can be used like a modeling tool or a prototyping language in early development phases. Hence, this paper aims to select a near-optimal (small) subset of informative genes that is most relevant for the cancer classification. To achieve the aim, a three-stage method has been proposed. It has three stages: 1) pre-selecting genes using a filter method; 2) optimizing the gene subset using a multi-objective hybrid method; 3) analyzing the frequency of appearance of each gene. By performing experiments on three public gene expression data sets, classification accuracies and the number of selected genes of the proposed method are better than those of other experimented methods and previous works. First point search the control law for the reference functional point and defines design concepts and how to do it works. This study focuses on the gesture interaction, which could be performed by the senior people as a means of input signal using the stick-based interface system without any prior knowledge or practice. Using the prototype system of the stick-based human interface developed in this study, gesture recognition experiments were conducted to see if the gesture could be understood in the proposed method in this study. The test results show that the gesture could be recognized in a high performance in certain conditions, which could be carried out under general restrictions of use. Because of one dimensional behavior of GNR, carrier statistic study is attractive. More research work has been done on carrier statistic study of GNR especially in Boltzmann approximation (Nondegenerate regime). Based on quantum confinement effect to improve the fundamental studies in degenerate regime we focused on, parabolic part of GNR band energy. Our method demonstrates that the band energy of GNR near to the minimum band energy is parabolic. In this part of the band structure, Fermi-Dirac integrals are sufficient for carrier concentration study. Similar to any other one dimensional device in nondegenerate regime Fermi energy shows temperature dependent behavior, on the other hand normalized Fermi energy with respect to the band edge is function of carrier concentration in the degenerate regime. HS is a stochastic meta-heuristic that is inspired from the improvisation process of musicians. Unlike Backpropagation, HS is non-trajectory driven. By modifying an existing improved version of HS & adopting a suitable ANN data representation, we propose a training technique where two of HS probabilistic parameters are determined dynamically based on the best-to-worst (BtW) harmony ratio in the current harmony memory instead of the improvisation count. This would be more suitable for ANN training since parameters and termination would depend on the quality of the attained solution. We have empirically tested and verified our technique by training an ANN with a benchmarking problem. Many of protocols were designed with assumption that there are no intruders, that every device in the network should trust to other devices and users. Such assumption was true many years ago. The network situation has been changed for last ten years and we should realize that some properties of existing protocols may be abused. Basic level of trust is necessary, but if this level is too high, standard protocols may be abused. This algorithm is a combination of Ant colony based Routing Algorithm (ARA) and BeeHive based Routing Algorithm. The proposed routing algorithm depends on splitting the network into two parts; one is a fixed network and the other is a mobile ad hoc network (MANET), then applying the Ant colony based Routing Algorithm on the mobile part and the BeeHive based Routing Algorithm on the fixed one.
