In order to determine the various agencies (people, dates, places ...) by means of which the democratic symbolism was permeating the collective imaginary at different times, a wide variety of sources used to capture, disseminate and give visibility to those symbols (stamps, postcards, posters, press, documentaries ...) are reviewed. This work also pays attention to the ways in which these symbols were instrumentalized in the service of different interests, sensitivities or ideologies as well as the amendments to them and their different reformulations and resignifications. Isidro","doi":"10.36132/HAO.V2I52.1867","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.36132/HAO.V2I52.1867","url":null,"abstract":"Colombian cinema has become, since de beginning of the armed conflict (1964-2016), in a weapon of representation, reconsideration, reconstruction and distribution of multiple views about the causes, development and different historical stories regarding the belic event. These cinematographic interpretations have evolved along the process, creating ideas based on a multiplicity of ‘guilty parties’, which go from more simplistic explanations to the acknowledgement that the conflict is a combination of different violences and with diverse graduation, depth and development. \u0000In this paper, we will demonstrate that, in general, the cinema witch starts in 1964 with El rio de las tumbas, creates its own way of narrating the recent Colombian past, something maintained until today with its own variations. Es mas, el modelo economico de mercado alcanzo un alto grado de validacion y fue profundizado por las nuevas autoridades civiles, a la vez que la Constitucion Politica de 1980 y el entramado normativo asociado a la misma, sufrio muy pocas modificaciones dada la falta de voluntad politica tanto del gobierno, como del parlamento, y la presion ocasional del poder militar. En este escenario, una franja de la oposicion a la dictadura, compuesta por organizaciones politico-militares, opto por mantener la estrategia de lucha armada, a efectos de modificar la trayectoria del proceso politico, desestabilizando parcialmente al sistema democratico. Prueba de ello son las diferentes producciones televisivas documentales y de ficcion que se han emitido entre el ano 2000 y el 2020. Desde diferentes narrativas, este tipo de telefilmes y series han contribuido a reconstruir la memoria de las acciones de ETA y de sus victimas en television, a traves de la cual se aspira a comprender, asimilar, reflexionar e impulsar la convivencia en la etapa posterrorista. Este articulo analiza como se esta reflejando la historia de ETA, sus victimas y diferentes problematicas en la ficcion a traves de Presunto Culpable, una serie televisiva ambientada en el Pais Vasco de los ultimos anos EnglishCurrently ETA continues being a subject of the first order in the informative television, but also of the non-informative one. Proof of this are the different documentary and fictional television productions that have been broadcast between 2000 and 2020. From different narratives, these types of telefilms and series have contributed to reconstructing the memory of ETA actions and its victims in television, through which one aspires to understand, assimilate, reflect and promote coexistence in the post-terrorist stage.
