Web Services Agreement (WSA) aims at defining a language and a protocol for advertising the capabilities of providers, creating agreements based on offers providers, and monitoring of QoS. On the other hand, semantic web provides many techniques that enable services intelligent and automatic on web. Therefore, we intend to integrate semantic web techniques with WSA management to show its advantages. In this paper, we present some works for this initial study. We illustrate how to specify WSA with ontology language instead of XML schema. Some semantic web based methods to express WSA elements are proposed, such as using OWL class expression to capture the \"Terms\" statement semantic, introducing rules-based method to represent service level description, and defining ontology for QoS metric. On the other side, repeated invocations to the same \"read-only\" Web service with the same request data may often produce the same response from the provider, what can be considered a useless work. However, most of the approaches proposed thus far rely on a nonservice based aspect model that severely restricts the language choices either for implementing the service oriented applications, the aspects, or both. This paper presents a unified development model for service and aspect oriented applications. In the proposed model, aspects are also implemented as loosely coupled Web services (called aspectual services) that can be weaved dynamically into runtime interaction events captured between service consumer and service provider applications over the network. However, it can fail to satisfy a composite service request if not all the goal states can be reached, due to the context changes or missing service descriptions. Goals themselves are complex structures, conjuctions of goals states, and each representing partial solution. Therefore satisfying some goal states instead of all can be better than satisfying none of the goal states at all. In this paper, we present GoalMorph, a framework for context aware goal transformation that (a) constructs context aware goals and (b) reformulates failed goals into problems that can be solved by the AI planner. Most of conversation interfaces have been recognized as useful tools commercially and educationally as well as recreational purposes for a long time, but they are difficult to support a formal conversation. The tree based interface can present a relation among replies in conversation clearly, but it is difficult to catch a meaning of conversation context on the interface. Because whenever the interface receives a conversation message, it must move a message view in order to present recently received messages. So this paper suggests a method to present conversation messages efficiently by using an automatic folding of uninterested messages on a tree based conversation interface. The tree based interface is implemented by using XML, DOM, and JDK. Also this paper showed that the interface could be applied to a conversation system. We focus our discussion on the formulation of this framework for WTM system on the grid. In this study, firstly, a general framework of grid-based WTM is proposed, then a main process about WTM on the grid is described, and subsequently the implementation of the proposed grid-based WTM framework model is given. Thus, some researches on the management for the semantic Web metadata have been proposed. In most previous approaches, the semantic Web metadata as a form of triple is stored in a large relational table. Since it always requires the whole table to be scanned for processing a query, it may degrade retrieval performance. In this paper, we distinguish some frequently appeared properties in the semantic Web metadata and/or frequently used properties in a user query. RDF data with these distinguished properties are independently treated and stored in corresponding property-based tables respectively. For processing a query having a specific property, we can avoid full scanning of the whole data and only have to access a corresponding table. Finally, we partially implement and evaluate the proposed scheme. However, Web services do not resolve the problems deriving from business process integration. This technology doesn't handle the transaction behaviors among different organizations and make each service function separately; it can't make multiple services seem to be a single service and ensure the all-or-nothing logic among them. Distributed transactions systems need long-period of time, asynchronous messaging and involve multiple applications belong to different organizations and enterprises. These are entirely different from the traditional transaction systems. In this paper, we propose transaction architecture and implement it in Web services based on current Web services specifications. We also review the weakness of those specifications and enhance their functions to fulfil most requirements.
