The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research with the research design used is correlation. The population in this study used one class with a sample of 20 elementary school students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this study is the analysis prerequisite test using the normality test, linearity test and hypothesis testing. Normality test using Kolmogorov Smirnov, linear test using simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using t test with a significance level of 0.05. The results of this study are to test the hypothesis, the effect of learning motivation on student learning outcomes contributes 60.5% and a significant value of 0.000. While the contribution of 10.5% is influenced by other factors outside of this study. Educating deaf children is different from educating normal children. The purpose of the study was to analyze the education management of families of deaf children in Bandungsruni Village, Alian, Kebumen. The type of research used is qualitative research using the ethnographic method of communication. The implementation of research activities lasted for 1 month, namely in March 2022. The data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model. The results of the analysis show that deaf families in Bandungsruni Village, Alian in terms of education given by parents to their children are very large. The education management function in the family has also been running well starting from planning, implementation, and evaluation. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 29 siswa dan 3 guru matematika. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes (V=0,667) dan angket (V=0,654). The instruments used are in the form of questionnaires, interview sheets, and observation sheets. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative. Keruak East Lombok and 2). To find out the increase in students' learning activities and creativity. \u0000This type of research includes classroom action research (CAR). This research was carried out in the form of an action cycle, in the form of science learning on Simple Aircraft material with the tiered training method. Each action cycle consists of four stages, namely action planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. \u0000The results of this action research can be described as follows: The use of tiered training methods can improve science learning outcomes in 5th grade students of SD Negeri 5 Selebung Ketangga. This can be seen from the number of students who succeeded in achieving the minimum required learning completeness criteria which experienced a significant increase in each cycle of action. The number of students who succeeded in achieving the criteria for mastery learning in the first cycle were 14 people (64%) then increased to 16 people (73%) in the second cycle and increased again to 19 people (86%) in the third cycle. Science learning in 5th grade students of SD Negeri 5 Selebung Ketangga is proven to be able to increase students' learning activities and creativity. It can be seen from all students who are actively asking questions, both with friends and with the teacher. Penelitian TindakanKelas (PTK) ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus, dari hasil tindakan yang dilakukan terbukti dapatmeningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan mencapai ketuntasan klasikal yang ditetapkan yaitu85%. Ketuntasan Klasikal 66 % diperoleh pada siklus I, dapat meningkat pada siklus II menjadi93 %. Dari segi aktivitas siswa juga ada peningkatan yaitu pada siklus I diperoleh kategoricukup aktif meningkat menjadi kategori aktif. The purpose of this class action research (PTK) is to find out the extent of enhancing student learning outcomes on IPA lessons by applying a Problem-Based Learning Model. In this class action research (PTK) conducted in 2 cycles, from the results of actions carried out proven to improve student learning outcomes by achieving a set classical completion of 85%. Classical completion of 67% is obtained in cycle I, can increase in cycle II to 95%. In terms of student activity there is also an increase that in cycle I obtained active category increases to a very active category.
