Розроблені параметри функціонування імітаційної моделі, складено алгоритми (описовi та графiчнi) вирiшення проблеми розробки веб-додатку для моделювання дорожнього руху. Детально проаналізовано використання принципу інверсії залежностей у реалізації сервіс-орієнтованої архітектури, побудови веб-сервісів (SOAP і REST), а також архітектурної моделі хмарних обчислень SaaS. Зокрема, детально описано використання інверсії управління через ін’єкції залежностей (Constructor injection, Parameter injection, Setter injection, Interface injection) при проектуванні програмних модулів інформаційної технології. The experiment in this paper mainly adopts data fusion algorithm, which can extract various features that can represent activities in time domain, frequency domain and time-frequency domain from the original data of human motion to effectively distinguish activities. In addition to considering the validity of the data, we also need to consider the way the data relates to the real situation and the comfort of the user in real life. Experimental data shows that in the data collection process, in order to obtain datasets that are easy to calculate, accurate and effective, two aspects need to be considered: the location of the data collection device and the frequency of data collection. Experimental results show that feature extraction has a great influence on the accuracy of activity recognition. Initially, the collected stock market data from the benchmark sources are pre-processed using empirical wavelet transform (EWT). This pre-processed data is subjected to the prediction model based on hybrid deep learning approach by adopting Resnet and recurrent neural network (RNN). Here, the fully connected layer of Resnet is replaced with the RNN. In both the Resnet and RNN structures, the parameter is optimized using the probabilistic spider monkey optimization (P-SMO) for attaining accurate prediction. When analyzing the proposed P-SMO-ResRNN, it secures 6.27%, 12.26%, 15.13%, 13.61%, and 14.10% more than RNN, DNN, NN, KNN, and SVM, respectively, regarding the MASE analysis. Hence, the proposed model shows enhanced performance.
