The aim is demonstrate the “controllability” of the four branch active filter by controlling the fourth leg. The aims of the different command strategies are both the elimination of the neutral current and to correct the line currents to sinusoidal shape.","PeriodicalId":432662,"journal":{"name":"CONIELECOMP 2011, 21st International Conference on Electrical Communications and Computers","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-04-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123793321","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The Open Source Computer Vision Library (OpenCV), is a free open source collection of computer vision routines geared mainly towards human-computer interactions, robotics, security, and others vision applications where the lighting and context of use cannot be controlled. The OpenCV library provides us a greatly interesting demonstration for face detection. Furthermore, it provides us programs (or functions) that they used to train classifiers for their face detection system, called HaarTraining, in this work we create our own object detection system, with object classifier using their function, in order to detect any object, not only faces.","PeriodicalId":432662,"journal":{"name":"CONIELECOMP 2011, 21st International Conference on Electrical Communications and Computers","volume":"93 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-04-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126978004","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We present in this paper the strategy to determine a sequence of actions that have to be performed by the mobile robot to accommodate a number of boxes in a scenario only by pushing them. We link this solution to actual motion primitives of the mobile robot by decomposing the action sequence. We discuss how the solution is searched and several issues that arise during the search procedure.","PeriodicalId":432662,"journal":{"name":"CONIELECOMP 2011, 21st International Conference on Electrical Communications and Computers","volume":"77 3","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-04-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133391200","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, there are still some lingering questions as to the actual economic feasibility of adopting solar power on a large scale. This paper attempts to analyze solar technologies, determine which technologies have the most potential to impact the energy scene, and assess their potential as a large-scale alternative energy supply. It has been used for the treatment of certain diseases, especially cancer. One of the major problems in the implementation of the therapy is the use of lasers as light sources which increases the cost of the therapy. This is why we propose the development of photodynamic therapy irradiation system which allows the application of optical radiation at 630 nm for Protophorphyrin-IX therapy, using cheaper light sources as high power light emission diodes. Additionally, it is proposed an automatic control of power and time for the irradiation to ensure the stability of the system and also the future inclusion of an algorithm to determine the required optical dosimetry in depth to get optimal therapeutic effects.","PeriodicalId":432662,"journal":{"name":"CONIELECOMP 2011, 21st International Conference on Electrical Communications and Computers","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-04-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127900516","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A special control vector is defined to redistribute the compute expensive between a network analysis and a parametric optimization. This approach generalizes the design process and generates a set of the different optimization strategies that serves as the structural basis to the optimal design strategy construction. The principal difference between this new methodology and before elaborated theory is the more general approach on the definition of the system parameters and more broadened structural basis. The main equations for the system optimization process were elaborated. These equations include the special control functions that generalize the total system optimization process. Numerical results that include as passive and active nonlinear networks demonstrate the efficiency and perspective of the proposed approach.","PeriodicalId":432662,"journal":{"name":"CONIELECOMP 2011, 21st International Conference on Electrical Communications and Computers","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-04-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117009486","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
