The purpose of the study is to identify the essential signs of self-excitation, to analyze the psychological mechanisms of its occurrence and development. The phenomenon of self-excitation in individuals with personality disorders has been analyzed in the context of cognitive theories of emotions, neuropsychic homeostasis, affective complexes, dominance and aggression. It is concluded that self-excitation can be defined as a multicomponent mental process that causes the intensification of emotional arousal through autostimulation, which can be carried out both internally and with the mutual influence of both internal processes and external influences. The significance of the problem of cognition of its objective characteristics is determined by the specifics of the professional activity of servicemen and the social significance of their tasks. The management of this selection has its own organizational and legal foundations, which requires their scientific conceptualization and a disclosure of their characteristics, since such attempts have not yet been made in scientific literature. The authors used the theoretical provisions of an integrated approach towards the study of a person, methods of comparative legal research, as well as various analytical, regulatory, legal, organizational and managerial materials. The authors identified and substantiated a multi-level system for managing professional psychological selection in the troops of the National Guard of Russia, its regulatory and organizational basis. Based on the analysis of the case study, it was determined that the propensity to extremism contains the following components: Signs of depression, Loneliness, Dehumanization, Declaration of superiority, A revenge motive, A positive attitude towards death. A hypothetical model of radicalization in adolescence based on the case method using media materials was created. To empirically test the model, a study was conducted with the participation of students, where the sample (n=578) was divided into groups based on the severity of their propensity for extremism. We used a method for diagnosing propensity towards extremism (R.V. Kadyrov, T.V. Kapustina, E.V. Sadon, A.S. Elzesser), R. Cattell’s 16-factor questionnaire, the Kruskal-Wallis test and Spearman correlation coefficient was calculated. A certain pattern that makes up the mental characteristics of persons with propensity to extremism was determined: isolation and alienation, dissatisfaction with oneself, signs of depression, suspicion, immaturity of the personality, conflict, low normativity, readiness to act. Tarasova","doi":"10.17759/psylaw.2023130420","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.17759/psylaw.2023130420","url":null,"abstract":"The article is devoted to the problems of implementing the powers of guardianship and guardianship authorities in the field of deprivation and restriction of parental rights, taking a child away from parents, taking into account the orientation towards preserving a child in a blood family, in conditions of strengthening state policy to protect traditional family values, including the category of morality in the system of regulatory regulators of family law, the introduction in the Russian Federation of a ban on changing gender, propaganda of non-traditional sexual relations, preferences and pedophilia. The conducted survey of specialists of guardianship and guardianship authorities (N= 851 people) showed that these issues cause difficulties in applying them in practice and the need to include them in professional development programs. The article presents the results of the analysis of legislative practice, which showed that to date no special procedural regulations have been created for the consideration of such a category of cases. As well as those who were returned after an unsuccessful family arrangement to an organization for orphans. It is shown that graduates, regardless of the group, in the conditions of transition to an independent life, the level of SB decreases, and the number of recorded stresses increases. The most frustrated group are graduates of substitute families. They are, in the terminology of A. Adler, are experiencing the “trauma of overthrow from the throne”. The most satisfied with life compared to others before graduation in independent life do not cope with difficulties, especially young men. Graduates of orphanages are the most prepared for independent life. If before graduation they rated their SB significantly lower compared to foster children, then in the post-international period they took leading positions among others. In the conditions of oo, the students from the group of those returned from the family felt significantly less prosperous compared to others. In independent life, they have new opportunities, the level of self-esteem, satisfaction with security and relationships with relatives and friends increases. Gilman et al., 2013). In the Russian version OES-AY is represented by three subscales: ignoring, exclusion, rejection. The study involved 2417 people aged 14 to 25 years (M = 18.36 years, SD = 2.61). Data from a pilot study using the vignette method are presented. Distribution of the sample by gender: male 24.8%, female 75.2%. To assess the internal consistency of the questionnaire subscales, Cronbach’s Alpha consistency assessment was used, which showed good consistency of all 3 subscales: “Ignoring” (0.63), “Exclusion” (0.83), “Rejection” (0.62). The general model of the three-factor questionnaire was tested using confirmatory factor analysis, which showed good fit to the data: SRMR=0.04; CMIN/df=9.59; GFI=0.96; IFI=0.95; CFI=0.95; RMSEA=0.06. To assess external validity, the questionnaires “Diagnostics of affiliation motives, A. Mehrabian (in Russ.)” and “Methodology for diagnosing the level of subjective feeling of loneliness by D. Russell and M. Ferguson (in Russ.)” were used. The sample consisted of 59 men aged 18—60 years, of those accused of committing particularly serious crimes aimed at a forensic psychiatric examination, the average age was 33.7 years. The methods of neuropsychological examination and psychological analysis of criminal cases were used. Syndrome of defeat of the basal divisions of the frontal lobes, prefrontal syndrome, syndrome of defeat of the medial divisions of the frontal lobes, Postfrontal (premotor) syndrome is most often seen among persons accused of particularly serious crimes. The criminal behavior of the accused in the Commission of particularly serious crimes was characterized by uncritical damage to the basal parts of the frontal lobes. The impulsivity is the main characteristic of the criminal behavior of the accused in especially serious crimes with the defeat of the prefrontal frontal lobe (prefrontal syndrome). Subjects with the defeat of the kinetic (dynamic) factor differed greater rigidity of criminal behavior. The behavior of those accused of committing particularly serious crimes was passive (energy-saving) in violation of the energy factor in the case of damage to the medial parts of the frontal lobes. The empirical study was conducted on the basis of federal state institutions “Correctional Colony No. 1 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Vologda region” in Vologda and “Correctional Colony No. 20 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Vologda region” in Ustyuzhna, Vologda region. The selection of respondents into age groups (the period of middle adulthood) is based on the periodization of D.B. Bromley. Two groups were formed: group No. 1 — 30 women serving a sentence of imprisonment in the Federal Penitentiary Institution IK-1 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Vologda region; group No. 2 — 30 men serving a sentence of imprisonment in the Federal Penitentiary Institution IK-20 of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Vologda region. The age of respondents is from 25 to 40 years. To solve the tasks, the following methods were selected: analysis of personal files, biographical method, scale of existence (authors — A. Langle and K. Orgler) to study the aspects of existential fulfillment, a test of existential motivations (author — V.B. Shumsky). Quantitative and qualitative analysis, nonparametric statistical Mann-Whitney U-test were used as mathematical methods of data processing and analysis.
