Karya Mitra Teknik Forklift Sidoarjo. Through observations, interviews, and surveys with 30 employees over six months, the study applies Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Results show that both competence and the work environment significantly influence performance, with timely task completion and a supportive work environment identified as key areas for improvement. Enhancing employee discipline and optimizing workplace conditions are recommended to boost productivity and employee satisfaction in heavy equipment service companies. Qualitative data from observations, expert interviews, and company records (2021-2022) and quantitative analysis identified Policy 58 as optimal, reducing excess costs to Rp. 32,463,360 monthly. This research aims to design an IoT-integrated automation system to monitor and control key parameters such as air temperature, humidity, and moss moisture for orchid cultivation. Using the research and development method, we observed plant needs, reviewed relevant literature, designed an effective system, and tested sensor accuracy and system reliability. Results showed the DHT-22 sensor had a minimal error in temperature (0.9%) and humidity (2.1%) readings, and the soil moisture sensor had a 3.65% error. The system maintained optimal conditions, and the Blynk app effectively displayed data. Due to PLTS's limited capacity, an automatic transfer switch (ATS) is utilized to seamlessly switch between PLTS and PLN (public electricity) based on sensor readings. The system uses an INA219 sensor to monitor PLTS voltage, a TDS sensor for water quality, and a NodeMCU microcontroller, with data displayed on an LCD and Blynk for remote monitoring. Testing showed a PLTS voltage of 12.0V, with sensor accuracies of 96% (INA219) and 98.59% (TDS). Utilizing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Age Replacement methods, the research aims to optimize machine performance and propose preventive maintenance strategies. Data spanning from January 2021 to December 2022 were collected and analyzed. Results indicate that both CNC Plano 133 and Horizontal Milling 142 exhibit suboptimal OEE values, primarily due to breakdown losses. Applying Age Replacement within 10 days significantly enhances reliability, with post-replacement reliability reaching 100%. XY, a textile company specializing in woven sarongs, faces fluctuating demand during Islamic religious celebrations, impacting production. In Ramadhan 2023, production increased by 30%, but warp yarn availability was insufficient. This study forecasts warp yarn production over twelve periods, comparing Double Exponential Smoothing Holt’s (DES) and Holt-Winter’s Exponential Smoothing (WES) methods, optimized using the golden section method. Using historical data from January 2021 to April 2023, WES with golden section parameters (α1 = 0.67387, β1 = 0.08756, γ2 = 0.85408) achieved the best accuracy with a MAPE of 5.5437%. The WES method is recommended for improving production planning at PT. Through expert interviews, questionnaires, and document analysis, key risks were identified and prioritized. Results indicate that construction management emerged as the dominant risk group, with specific risks including delays in critical path tasks and discrepancies between drawings and methods. Mitigation strategies were developed focusing on these dominant risks.
