Consequently, this phenomenon requires attention and concerted corrective-preventive efforts to minimize its occurrence within the school environment. The purpose of this community service activity is to foster comprehension and enhance the capabilities of teachers within the internal Wahdah Islamiyah, enabling them to prevent and address bullying through a thought and behavior approach. The counseling, employing a thought and behavior approach, essentially adopts a cognitive-behavioral approach that has been tailored for broader application among teachers within the internal Wahdah Islamiyah school system. All work programs are prepared based on the Developing Village Index, which is divided into environmental, social and economic dimensions. The method for implementing this activity is by observing the conditions of the village and community, and then the results of these observations are discussed and coordinated with the community so that a work program is obtained, including (1) Procurement of trash bins, (2) Counseling for MSMEs on Digital Marketing, (3) Provision of Reading Parks, (4) Teaching in Elementary Schools, (5) Socialization of the Use of BPJS, and (6) Renovation of Kamling Posts. The community fully supported this work program and produced results as planned. The results of KKN's activities are that people have thrown away rubbish in the places that have been made, children have liked reading books, people have become aware of the importance of BPJS, and MSMEs have understood digital marketing. With these conditions, this area really needs assistance in community development, especially religious development. To help solve this problem, STIBa Makassar held Real Work Lecture (KKN) activities at this place as part of actualizing the role of STIBA students by compiling coaching programs for village communities which is also part of one of the pillars of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The method of implementing the community service program begins with mapping community problems and needs using SOAR analysis. After the analysis was carried out, the main program was prepared in the form of teaching TK/TPA, Dirosah Teaching, Implementation of preacher training, Friday preaching and also carrying out teaching programs in schools or Islamic boarding schools. The aim of this research is to find out the productivity of Muslim women's da'wah and enthusiasm for learning at the end of the pandemic, especially in East Lombok. This research is qualitative research with a sociological approach. The research results show that the pandemic which lasted almost two years did not reduce the enthusiasm of students to carry out their work programs offline. This is also supported by the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of Muslim women and children in East Lombok to take part in activities held by STIBA Makassar KKN students. The results of the Dirosa Islamiyah activities for Muslim women in Ponteh Village show that some Muslim women and children in Ponteh Village before joining the Dirosa Islamiyah program had little knowledge and understanding of Islam. Implementation of activities begins with mapping problems and needs using SOAR analysis. After analyzing the problems and needs, work programs are then prepared according to the needs of the community. The work program that was successfully implemented was the Training of Corpse Organizing. The method used is in the form of lectures, discussions, and practice, with the stages of PkM activities, namely: the observation, preparation, training, mentoring, and evaluation. The result of this activity was the amount of enthusiasm and support from the community for the training activities, especially elements from the village administration, village priests, taklim assemblies, and the community, especially ladies and gentlemen. The community feels great benefits after participating in this KKN program, including an increase in knowledge, insight and religious skills, especially related to organizing the human corpse in accordance with Islamic teachings. The method of implementing the service program begins by conducting a study of the needs of the community from children to the elderly using SOAR analysis. After the analysis is carried out, the next step is the preparation of work programs needed by the community. Work programs that have been successfully implemented include: Islamic Boarding School Ramadhan, teaching TK/TPA, and Training for Organizing the Body.
