Di era digital saat ini desain grafis sangat penting dalam pemasaran properti, salah satunya yaitu Apartemen, karena dapat memberikan pengalaman dalam bentuk visual yang menarik dan mempengaruhi persepsi konsumen terhadap properti tersebut. Penelitian ini menggali bagaimana elemen-elemen dalam flyer promosi dapat mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen terhadap apartemen. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang melibatkan survei dan wawancara secara langsung terhadap calon pembeli apartemen. Calon pembeli diperlihatkan contoh flyer promosi yang digunakan dalam pemasaran apartemen. Selain itu, pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan elemen flyer promosi seperti tata letak, pemilihan warna dan elemen lain diajukan. Data dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis untuk melihat pengaruh flyer promosi dan minat beli konsumen. Hasil dari penelitian yang sudah dilakukan diharapkan menjadi referensi dan dapat memberikan pemahaman tentang pengaruh flyer promosi terhadap minat beli apartemen. Hoax crimes have become an increasingly worrying issue in today's digital era, where false information can quickly spread and affect people's perceptions and actions. Public service advertisements have the potential to become important tools in efforts to combat the spread of hoax crimes by providing accurate and educative information. This study uses a qualitative approach with content analysis methods to explore the meaning and messages contained in public service advertisements related to hoax crimes. Data is collected through searches of public service advertisements on digital platforms, such as social media, government websites and video sharing channels. The selected advertisements are then analyzed to identify communication strategies, core messages, and approaches used to build public understanding of hoax crimes. The results of the analysis show variations in the communication strategies used in public service advertisements. Some advertisements focus on providing factual information about hoax crimes and their negative impacts, while others place more emphasis on using emotional narratives to arouse feelings of concern and the need to be careful in sharing information. The core messages in advertisements tend to highlight the importance of verifying information before trusting and disseminating information, as well as inviting the public to actively participate in fighting hoax crimes. The conclusion of this study is that digital-based public service advertisements can be effective in building public understanding of hoax crimes by providing clear, accurate and relevant information. Pendataan koperasi dan UMKM dilakukan bersama BPS pada 2023. Hingga Juni 2023, sekitar 22,68 juta UMKM telah mengadopsi onboarding digital, mencerminkan adaptasi terhadap perkembangan teknologi.Desain kemasan memiliki peran besar dalam membangun citra merek yang kuat. Selain menciptakan identitas mudah dikenali, desain yang menarik secara visual memiliki kemampuan untuk menarik perhatian konsumen dan menciptakan kesan positif. Desain kemasan yang unik menjadi kunci dalam membedakan produk di pasar yang kompetitif. This animated film has a cultural style and local identity that is identical to Southeast Asian culture, including Indonesian culture. It is these cultural identities and symbols that encourage this research. Through a descriptive analysis method, the meaning of symbols or cultural identities contained in the visual and cinematic narratives of the animated film Raya and the Last Dragon will be explained based on studies using Roland Barthes' semiotic theory. Kemasan merupakan sebuah bahan yang digunakan untuk membungkus sebuah produk dengan tujuan untuk menjaga, menampung, melindungi, menjelaskan, dan mempromosikan suatu produk. Penurunan penjualan pada produk rang-rang membuat produsen menambahkan kemasan pada produknya yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penjualannya kembali. Tujuan dari analisis ini adalah untuk menganalisis apakah desain kemasan produk rengginang rang-rang dapat berfungsi sebagai komunikasi pemasaran yang dapat memengaruhi pengambilan keputusan terhadap minat pembeli konsumen. This thesis discusses the design of the promotional poster theme for the performance by the band Vierratale which combines elements of music and posters, both of which are trying to be translated into posts on Instagram. Therefore, this study refers to the influence of the genre of music and its characteristics on the poster illustration which produces a visual form of the influence of the music itself. The band that is the object of this poster's research is the band Vierratale from Jakarta, which is a genre of alternative pop music with fairytale nuances. This study aims to analyze Vierratale Instagram post posters. As well as to describe the characteristics of the poster illustration design. So that the public can know and be interested in the musical works of Vierratale and the visuals that the band displays in their performance posters.
