Bor doplamada amonyum boran (H 3 N-BH 3 ) dogrudan kullanilirken sodyum borhidrur (NaBH 4 ) dolayli olarak kullanilmistir. Uretilen ornekler elektrokimyasal yontemler yaninda Taramali Elektron Mikroskobu (SEM), Gecirimli Elektron Mikroskobu (TEM), X-isini Fotoelektron Spektroskopisi (XPS), Raman ve XRD yontemleri ile de tanimlanmistir. Grafen orneklerin elektrokimyasal oksijen indirgeme reaksiyon (ORR) olcumleri doner disk elektrot (RDE) yonetimiyle, gelistirilen elektrotlarin yakit pili testleri 5 cm 2 aktif alanda yakit pili test sistemi ile yapilmistir. Uretilen karbon elyaf takviyeli epoksi kompozitler (KETEK) ile 2024-T3 Aluminyum (Al) levhalar modifiye edilmis epoksi yapistiricilarla tek tarafli bindirmeli baglanti olarak ASTM D1002-10 standartlarina gore test edilmistir. Al 2024-T3 malzeme ASTM D3933-98 fosforik asit anotlama ve KETEK numuneler ise ASTM D2093-03 standartlarina gore yuzey hazirlama yontemleri kullanilmistir. Epoksi recineye agirlikca %0,5 Bor Nitrur Nanoplateler (BNNPs) ile agirlikca farkli oranlarda (%0,5, 1,0 ve 1,5) nano gumus (Ag) parcaciklari ilave edilmistir. Hibrid nanoyapistiricilar ile referans numunelerin kayma dayanimlari, elastik modulleri ve kayma sekil degisimleri karsilastirilmistir. Hibrid nanoyapistirici sistemlerin kirilma analizi, taramali elektron mikroskobu (SEM) kullanilarak incelenmistir. Farkli sekil ve boyutlardaki nanomalzemelerin kirik yuzeylerde, destekledikleri farkli enerji dagitim mekanizmalari nedeniyle belirgin ozellikler sundugunu mikroyapilari ortaya cikarmistir. Kompozit kaplamalar, uc farkli miktarda (1, 5 ve 10 g/L) h-BN iceren cozeltide yapilmistir. Kaplamalara, Taramali Elektron Mikroskobu (SEM), X-isini spektroskopisi (EDS), X-isini kirinimi (XRD) analizleri yapilmistir. Bunlara ilaveten yuzey puruzlulukleri, sertlikleri olculmus ve %3,5 sodyum klorur (NaCl) cozeltisi icinde elektrokimyasal korozyon deneyleri yapilmistir. Amorf yapidaki nikel matrisin isil islem ile kristalin yapiya donustugu tespit edilmistir. Isil islem sonucu sertlik degerleri artmis ve en yuksek sertlik degerine (1015 ± 41 HV 0,05 ), 10 g/L h-BN icerikli cozeltide yapilan kaplamada ulasilmistir. Sentezlenen bilesiklerin luminesans ozellige sahip olduklari mor otesi ve gorunur bolge absorpsiyon spektroskopisi ve floresans emisyon spektroskopisi kullanilarak belirlenmistir. Komplekste bulunan BF 2 grubunun emisyon bandini kirmizi bolgeye kaydirdigi tespit edilmistir. To examine the structure, we extract the energy spectrum of the Hamiltonian for the monolayer borophene by using analytical method. Additionally, for the intrinsic properties, first we obtained the bare Fermi velocity which findings of the study are consistent with experimental results . After obtained the bare state Fermi velocity 8-Pmmn borophene , dressed with triangular potential and renormalized Fermi velocity has been obtained. Corresponding renormalized Fermi velocity reshaped with the triangular potential which has non-negligible contribution to the intrinsic properties of borophene. After adding 2% (vol.) graphite to the aluminum matrix, 3 different amounts (3%, 6% and 9%) of B 4 C were added. The composite powders prepared were mechanically alloyed for 60 minutes. The milled powders were cold-pressed under 700 MPa pressure. The green compacts produced were sintered at 600 °C for 120 minutes. The sintered B 4 C reinforced aluminum composite materials (AMCs) are characterized by the scanning electron microscope (SEM+EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and hardness and density measurements. Wear tests were performed on a standard pin-on-disc wear testing device with a load of 20 N at a sliding speed of 0.5 ms -1 and four different sliding distances (250-1000 m). As a result of the studies, the hardness increases as the amount of B 4 C in the composite material increases, while the density of AMC decreases. As a result of the wear tests, the highest weight loss was obtained in the non-reinforced AlGr matrix alloy, while the lowest weight loss was obtained in 9% B 4 C reinforced composite materials. Bu calismada, kolemanit, tinkal ve bor atigi kullanarak farkli recetede uretilen pomza tuglalarin kimyasal, fiziksel ve mekanik ozellikleri belirlenerek optimize edilmistir. Calisma sonunda, uretilen numunelerin (5x10x20cm) icinden en iyi karisim orani belirlenerek nihai urun olusturulmustur. Sonuc olarak, Nevsehir asidik pomzasi ile bor katkili olarak uretilen tuglalarin, yapi sektorunde kullanilabilir oldugu gorulmustur. Çoban, Binnaz Kuru","doi":"10.30728/BORON.518606","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30728/BORON.518606","url":null,"abstract":"In this study, we have aimed to determine the relationship between the levels of total antioxidant-oxidant capacity, trace elements and protein carbonyl levels in paracetamol induced hepatotoxicity model and the effect of boron. We investigated the efficacy and antioxidant role of boron, which has the characteristics of protecting the oxidant/ antioxidant system in tissues and increasing the glutathione depots, in reducing the negative effects of paracetamol which is known to cause widespread and high doses of hepatotoxic damage. Trace elements are essential substances for the human body and are found in small amounts. In addition to the role of cofactors in many enzymes, also required for function. The experimental animals used in our study were divided into seven groups: Control, 2 g/kg paracetamol, 2 g/kg paracetamol + 50 mg/kg boric acid, 2 g/kg paracetamol + 100 mg/kg boric acid, 2 g/kg paracetamol + 200 mg/kg boric acid, 2 g/kg paracetamol + 140 mg/kg N-acetylcysteine 200 mg/kg boric acid. As a result of the measurements, serum paracetamol aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels and analysis of tissue samples as a result of protein carbonyl (POC), total oxidant level (TOS) and oxidative stress index (OSI) levels increased, boron given groups significant decrease was observed. Paracetamol group protein thiol (P-SH), total antioxidant level (TAS) and trace element levels decreased while there was a significant (p<0.05)  increase in boron groups. Trace element levels (Mg, Cu, Zn, Se) were significantly lower in paracetamol groups compared to control group (p<0.05) and Trace element levels (Mg, Cu, Zn, Se) were significantly (p<0.05)  increased boron supplement group compared to paracetemol group. Toz Metalurjisindeki (T/M) ana adimlardan biri olan sinterleme islemi, borlama islemi ile ayni anda gerceklestirilmistir. Bu sayede borlama ve sinterleme islemleri tek adimda tamamlanmis ve mikroyapidaki muhtemel oksit fazlari da azaltilmistir. B/S isleminden sonra sertlik olcumleri microvickers (HV0.05) yontemi ile yapilmis ve sertlik profilleri ve kaplama ozellikleri incelenmistir. Numuneler optik mikroskop (OM) ve alan emisyon taramali elektron mikroskobu (FESEM) ve enerji dagitici spektroskopisi (EDS) ile mikroyapi analizlerine tabi tutulmustur. Calisma sonucunda, yuksek saflikta Fe tozlari kullanarak T/M yontemiyle uretilen numunelere B/S islemi uygulanarak homojen bir mikroyapinin elde edilebilecegi belirlenmistir.
