Collecting data in this study used the observation guidelines for social skills and observation guidelines for early childhood speaking skills. Hypothesis testing is done by using the Two Way Anova test. The research was conducted on fifth grade students at SD Negeri 200301 Padangsidimpuan  by taking two classes (experiment class and control class) as many as 50 students. This research was a Quasi Experimental Design type. The data analysis used SPSS 22.0 with a 2x2 factorial. The instruments used were the PPKn learning outcomes test and the Interpersonal Intelligence instrument. Data analysis used two-way ANOVA. The results showed: (1) the influence of the Quantum learning model is higher than the conventional learning model; (2) the learning outcomes of students who have high interpersonal intelligence are higher than students who have low interpersonal intelligence (3) there is the interaction between quantum learning models and students' interpersonal intelligence in influencing student learning outcomes of PPKn. The problem that arises in this research is how to implement the 2013 curriculum textbook in social studies lessons. This study aims to uncover and analyze (1). Implementation of the 2013 curriculum in social studies textbooks, (2). suitability of language and graphics in social studies textbooks, (3). How are the obstacles and solutions faced by teachers in implementing the 2013 curriculum textbooks in social studies subjects. This type of research is qualitative research using descriptive statistical approaches and descriptive qualitative. The sample in this study was the 2013 curriculum book. The implementation of the 2013 curriculum in the social studies textbook was measured using a questionnaire. t_(count) is -0.869 while the value is 2.074 at the 0.05 significance level with dk = 22 t_(table) ?2.50. So it can be concluded that Ho is accepted, Ha is rejected, thus the results of the study show that, most of the 2013 curriculum books are not in accordance with the 2013 curriculum and are not yet suitable to be used as textbooks for class VII students, so they still need re-analysis results. From the results of interviews with linguists and graphists, it is known that most of the language and graphics presentations in social studies textbooks need to be revised again. This study aims to analyze the poem “Painting the Mother's Face” by Sevryade Anugrah Sambolangi from the Inner Structure. In this case, the observations or studies of poetry, especially in terms of language style are often carried out. The researcher chose Painting The Mother's Face poetry as the object of the study of poetry. The choice of poetry Painting The Mother's Face is based on the inner structure of the author which is interesting to study further. Those poetry contain the complexities associated with the language to be conveyed by the author. The researcher feel that the aspect of language has not been examined. This development uses addie model which includes 5 steps, namely: Analize, Design, Development, Implemention, and Evaluation. The subjects of this study were children of group B age 5-6 years RA Nurul Huda Denai Sarang Burung as many as 10 children field trials and as many as 5 children trial small groups. Data collection instruments in the form of validation assessment sheets of design experts, rough motorists, early childhood experts, and teacher response questionnaires in assessing products. The study produced products that met the validation of design experts, rugged motorists, and early childhood experts, with an average percentage rate of 93.0%, which said the category was very valid and worth using. teacher response reached 92.3% with excellent criteria. The results of this study are outbound mini-game models packaged in compact disk.. The game model developed is effective in improving the child's rough motor skills. this can be seen from wilcoxon sign-rank difference test with 0.004 result. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique, which is to take the whole of the total population of 38 people. The data analysis used is double linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially the work itself, the supervisor, the co-workers and the promotion as free variables had no significant effect on job satisfaction, while the salary/wage was partially influential positively and significantly towards job satisfaction. The type of this research is quasi experiment with 2 x 2 factorial design. The population of this research is all the fifth grade students of primary school 04043 Kabanjahe with total population 60 students. The selection of sample is conducted by total sampling technique that is from two existing classess as a whole as sample. Thus, the sample is devide into two classes of VA and VB. The determination of the class for implementation of the learning model was determined by class VA that consisted of 30 students for class which are taught with conventional learning model, while the VB was taught with Jigsaw type learning model. The instrument of this study were using multiple choice with total 30 questions. The instrument of literal ability was in the form of essay with total questions 15 items. All of instruments were valid and reliable. The data of this research were analyzed by t test. The result showed that the learning outcomes of Civic learer who were taught using model of jigsaw learning gain the higher score than the conventional one. The result of learning Civics of students who have a positive literacy ability is higher than the learning outcomes of students who have a negatif literacy ability. The objectives of this study were (1) To determine the effect of the Mind Mapping learning model on the motivation and learning outcomes of PPKn in grade III students at SDN 05 Mesjid Lama, Batu Bara Regency. (2) To determine the comparison of students' motivation and learning outcomes of PPKn by applying the Mind Mapping learning model with a conventional learning model for grade III students at SDN 05 Mesjid Lama, Batu Bara Regency. (3) To determine the interaction between the Mind Mapping learning model and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of PPKn in grade III students at SDN 05 Mesjid Lama, Batu Bara Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach. Data analysis using Tuckey-test. The results showed that (1) There was an effect of the Mind Mapping learning model on the learning outcomes of PPKn in grade III students at SDN 05 Mesjid Lama, Batu Bara Regency. (2) There is an effect of student motivation on student PPKn learning outcomes in grade III students at SDN 05 Mesjid Lama, Batu Bara Regency.
