The measurements we used were the OCM scale developed by Long Lirong and JS scale developed by Smith et al. We conducted questionnaires survey in twelve software enterprises in China and acquired a sample of 141. The results showed that the correlation between OCM as a whole and JS, as well as the correlation between each dimension of OCM and JS, was significant. Among the OCM dimensions, the \"Vocational Cognizance\" is most correlated with the JS while \"Fair Career Promotion\" is least correlated. And the demographical variables have certain impacts over the correlation between software R&D professionals' perception toward OCM and their JS. The conclusion was that our software enterprises could increase R&D professionals' job satisfaction though improving OCM level, serving to lower the turnover rate of software R&D professionals and to offer guarantee for the stable and fast development of software industry.","PeriodicalId":430801,"journal":{"name":"2008 International Conference on Risk Management & Engineering Management","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2008-11-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125679293","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

An integrated electric power supply reliability differential pricing model was presented considering both the reserve costs and distribution and transmission investment costs. Firstly, the relationship of the system reliability levels with the reserve capacities purchased was analyzed. Secondly, an optimal model for scheduling reserve capacities between generation units and Interruptible Loads on the purpose of minimum reliability costs is presented, in which not only the direct purchase fees are considered, but also the indirect marginal transmission and distribution costs are considered. Finally, the algorithm for sharing the reliability costs is given out, from which the customerspsila electric power supply reliability price relating to these reliability requirements and electricity usage voltage level can be obtained. At the end of this paper, an example proved the feasibility of the model constructed.","PeriodicalId":430801,"journal":{"name":"2008 International Conference on Risk Management & Engineering Management","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2008-11-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125571903","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper analyses the change of energy consumption and aggregated CO2 emission in China from 1980 to 2005 based on a complete decomposition method. During this period, the energy saving rate was 33.35%, and the decarbonization rate for the period was 16.06%. The study indicates that China has achieved a considerable decrease in its energy consumption and CO2 emissions mainly due to the improvement of energy efficiency.","PeriodicalId":430801,"journal":{"name":"2008 International Conference on Risk Management & Engineering Management","volume":"47 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2008-11-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115819918","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on the 2005SAM, the method of matrix multiplier is adopted in the analysis of the impact of electricity price adjustment on the departments of national economy and the quantification of the impact. It is revealed that the impact of multiplier on capital account (the expenditure of capital factor) is the greatest in all of the multiplier effect of endogenous accounts. From the point of view of the industry, the impact of electricity price adjustment on the industries of manufacturing of electric machinery and equipment and the industry of petroleum processing and chemical products is great. In terms of correlation, coal mining and dressing industry is in great correlation with electric power industry; Agriculture has great impetus as a result of the cyclic effect of income.","PeriodicalId":430801,"journal":{"name":"2008 International Conference on Risk Management & Engineering Management","volume":"95 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2008-11-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132415501","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

By means of using cointegration techniques, we find that the RMBpsilas future spot rate and the current forward exchange rate have a long stable relationship and Granger causality testing proved that RMBpsilas spot exchange rate can be treated as an exogenous. However, cointegration regression and Wald testing imply that the forward rate does not fully reflect all information available to economic agents. In other words, our investigations reveal that the FRUH (forward rate unbiasedness hypothesis) does not hold in Chinese foreign exchange rate market where international capital does not move freely. For the entire sample period, the evidences indicate that even though the forward rate has an impact in predicting the future spot rate in a long-run, however, enough variability remain to make the predications a suspect.","PeriodicalId":430801,"journal":{"name":"2008 International Conference on Risk Management & Engineering Management","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2008-11-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133317161","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It arrives at the low efficient Nash Equilibrium tactics that the leaderships of the Power Grid Corporation don't participate in the prevention and the Government does not check whether they do. By analysis of the benefit function of the whole community, the equilibrium tactic can be figured out when the benefit function is maximized.
