摘要

提出了基于路线分析和变权模糊评价的风险评价方法。首先,在路线分析的基础上,挖掘工程项目的各个阶段及其关键因素;并用模糊综合评判的方法对各测量不确定度进行了分析;然后运用变权理论解决了工程项目风险的延迟特性,提高了风险评价的准确性。最后通过算例验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。
