On the basis of consulting a lot of relevant reference and investigating of enterprise, it was summarized that characteristics and general process of person-post fit management based on competency model. And TOPSIS was used to evaluate staffpsilas competency for requirements of the posts, and then person-post fit degree could be gotten by further research and empirical analysis. 摘要

传统的以人为岗位辅助的人岗匹配方法越来越不能适应现代企业管理的需要,将被称为人力资源管理新基点的胜任力模型引入到人岗匹配研究中。在查阅大量相关文献和企业调研的基础上,总结出基于胜任力模型的人岗契合管理的特点和一般流程。运用TOPSIS法对员工胜任力进行评价,通过进一步研究和实证分析得出人岗契合度。研究结果可用于人力资源开发、员工培训和岗位调整,并可作为进一步开展员工招聘、绩效管理、薪酬分配等人力资源管理活动的依据。
