Therefore, knowing the genesis and the spatio-temporal evolution of the weather-climatic phenomena, also requires the research of the degree of vulnerability and impact on the population, as well as on the different sectors of the national economy. These results are a convincing support for the elaboration and implementation of the national strategy and program for adaptation and mitigation of the consequences of environmental risks. Thus, the study correlates the manifestation regime of the weather-climatic phenomena of the last 15 years with the material damages expressed in financial units on agriculture, transport and other areas of economic activity in the Republic of Moldova.","PeriodicalId":430591,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova Life Sciences","volume":"57 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116016380","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It was found that the water from the springs and wells meets the drinking water requirements, except for the nitrate content of the water from the well in Mereşeni village (282 mg/dm3, exceeding 5,6 times the CMA) and in the well from Lăpuşna village (90 mg /dm3 (exceeding the CMA by 1,8 times), where the content of sodium and potassium also exceeds the CMA by about 3,6 times. In this context, the purpose of this research was to identify the conditionally pathogenic agents from the Enterobacteriaceae family, which more frequently caused acute diarrheal diseases during the study period. The research was conducted in 2017 – 2021, the clinical samples (fecal masses) were collected from patients from the Public Health Medical Institution of AMT Buiucani. A total of 3752 samples were investigated, 462 strains (12.3%) were isolated, of which 342 strains (9.12%) belong to the Klebsiella spp. and 120 strains (3.2%) to Enterobacter spp., Klebsiella spp. being dominant. During the study period, acute diarrheal diseases were more frequently caused by Klebsiella spp. (6.0% - 12.9%) and Enterobacter spp. (1.2% - 5.8%). Most cases of infection by Klebsiella spp. and Enterobacter spp., reported in the Buiucani sector, Chisinau municipality, according to laboratory data, were recorded in 2017-2018.The highest share of Klebsiella spp. was recorded in 2017 – 34.20%, and the lowest in 2020 – 13.16%. The highest share of Enterobacter spp. was recorded in 2018, constituting 40.83%, and the lowest in 2017 – 11.67%.","PeriodicalId":430591,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova Life Sciences","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132094098","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Analysis of molecular variance (AMOVA) at different hierarchical levels (within populations, between populations and between groups of populations - countries, races) revealed a high genetic variation among populations, when no population structure was considered (i), an approximately equal partitioning of total variance among countries, populations and within populations (ii) and a low genetic variance attributed to divergence between races (iii).","PeriodicalId":430591,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova Life Sciences","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126820006","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The results showed some differences (p <0.05) in the stress recovery scales included in the Athlete Stress Recovery Questionnaire and Heart Rate Variables (HRV). The results of the Cooper test, the YYIRT2 test and the VRC test showed no significant differences between pre- and post-test. In order to reduce the development of Alternaria fungi and to reduce their harmfulness, it is important to use biological preparations on the base of the microorganisms for plant protection. The aim of the research is to select strains of Trichoderma sp. fungi promising to control alternariosis in plants crops. The antagonistic activity of the mycelial culture of Trichoderma towards Alternaria was studied by dual culture method. The antifungal activity of the culture liquid was evaluated by agar diffusion method. The culture liquids containing metabolites of three strains, inhibited the growth of the pathogen by forming inhibition zones with a radius of 13-16 mm. Germination of wheat seeds on infectious background of soil contamination with the pathogen A.alternata identified micromycetes to create a biological product against alternariosis. Biological effectiveness of isolates 2N and 13N used for seeds protection against Alternaria is 87.3% and 83.6%, respectively.","PeriodicalId":430591,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova Life Sciences","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125533928","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
