The filamentous fungal strains were isolated from water, silt, and biofilm on specific agar media for fungal cultivation. As a result of research on cultural and morphological features, 18 genera of filamentous fungi Penicillium, Aspergillus, Trichoderma, Alternaria, Fusarium, Botrytis, Monilinia, Mucor, Rhizopus, Acremonium, Cladisporium, Trichocladium, Phoma, Chaetomium, Arthrinium, Ulocladium, Talaromyces, but also some strains that have not been identified, for which additional research is needed.
