The introduction of digital technologies in all areas of activity has made it possible to draw the attention of the leaders of the municipal level to a better approach to managing municipal property. The use of digital platforms in property management is not only a distant task for the municipality, but today's economic necessity to provide better services to the population. The methodology used by the author of the article characterizes the general scientific knowledge of the existing problems in the development of a digital platform model. The study of the sequence of digitalization determined initially the formation of models of complex and synthetic indicators, and later the analysis of the data obtained. The materials used in the analysis received from the territorial statistical office showed the presence of current problems in the process of managing municipal property and the need to solve them in the near future. The development of a digital platform is associated not only with the openness of data about the process, but also, in its own way, the need to ensure the security of the development of such processes, since for the most part, on the territory of our country, they depend on imported components and on foreign software and on the programming language. Due to the fact that domestic manufacturers of products in the IT sector are just starting to work and develop products at the request of authorities and businesses, it seems necessary to have some benefits for digital companies in the form of a reduction in the tax rate for paying taxes on land, real estate and etc. The conclusions presented in the article make it possible to understand the need to create new models of digital platforms at the level of public-private partnership.","PeriodicalId":430494,"journal":{"name":"Economics. The coronavirus pandemic and subsequent self-isolation have exacerbated both the problems of domestic violence in families in many countries and problems in the field of labor relations. The criterion of \"good faith\" of a citizen's behavior during the bankruptcy procedure and for the period preceding the appeal to the arbitration court is evaluated, indicating the position of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
