Since this RFI appears as a point in the frequency-Doppler (FD) map and as a straight line in the range-Doppler (RD) map, we can make local decisions in the FD and the RD maps firstly, and then determine the SF-RFI position based on decision fusion. Accordingly, the detection method consists of three algorithms, i.e. the point detection, straight line detection and the decision fusion. Experiments demonstrate that this method is effective and robust in detecting the single-frequency RFI, including the weak RFI and those near the sea-clutter.","PeriodicalId":430367,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Digital Signal Processing","volume":"197 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-02-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132552101","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, we propose a new algebraic C-CPD algorithm based on joint eigenvalue decomposition (J-EVD). The proposed algorithm exploits the CPD structure of each tensor and the coupling among different tensors to construct a set of matrices that together admit a J-EVD, the algebraic computation of which yields the common factor matrix. Then, the remaining factor matrices can be obtained by rank-1 approximation with the obtained common factor matrix as prior knowledge. Numerical results are given to demonstrate the performance of the proposed algorithm in comparison with existing algebraic C-CPD algorithms.","PeriodicalId":430367,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Digital Signal Processing","volume":"168 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-02-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125059397","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, code-based key exchange protocols introduced such as Ouroboros that restrict the structure of the error pattern lacks flexibility when used in association with such primitives. Thus, in this paper, we introduce a new code-based key exchange protocol that is constructed based on the hardness of Permuted Goppa Syndrome Decoding Problem. The proposed protocol gives more flexibility especially when used in association with any primitives constructed based on Permuted Goppa Syndrome Decoding Problem. A comprehensive security of such protocol is provided and the protocol is secured under the CK model.","PeriodicalId":430367,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Digital Signal Processing","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-02-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124446295","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The intuitive prosodic features employed in this method include pitch, pitch range, speech rate and energy considering that they are directly related with the overall prosodic characteristics of different speakers. The intuitive prosodic features are extracted at utterance-level or speaker-level, and are further integrated into the existing speaker-encoding-based and speaker-embedding-based adaptation frameworks respectively. The acoustic models are sequence-to-sequence ones based on Tacotron2. Intuitive prosodic features are concatenated with text encoder outputs and speaker vectors for decoding acoustic features. Experimental results have demonstrated that our proposed methods can achieve better objective and subjective performance than the baseline methods without intuitive prosodic features. Besides, the proposed speaker adaption method with utterance-level prosodic features has achieved the best similarity of synthetic speech among all compared methods.","PeriodicalId":430367,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Digital Signal Processing","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-02-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132675306","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, when the noise does not obey the Gaussian distribution, the performance of these algorithms can degrade seriously. In this paper, a robust distributed estimation algorithm, called the diffusion recursive minimum error entropy (DRMEE), is proposed by combining the diffusion strategy and the minimum error entropy (MEE) criterion. Since MEE criterion has been proved to be insensitive to many types of non-Gaussian noise models, the proposed algorithm is expected to improve the robustness of distributed estimation algorithms under the MSE criterion, significantly. The superior performance of DRMEE is confirmed by simulation results in the scenario of system identification with two multi-peak distribution noise environments.","PeriodicalId":430367,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Digital Signal Processing","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-02-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123465010","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study proposes a new algorithm that combines Principal Component Analysis, Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition, Long Short-Term Memory Network which establishes a PCA-EEMD-LSTM combined model to predict the cumulative displacement of the landslide. Through PCA, it is found that temperature, relative humidity, and wind speed (east-west, north-south) are the important meteorological factors affecting the landslide in this case. Then we decompose the entire displacement into sub-sequences of different frequencies through EEMD, predict each sub-sequence separately through LSTM, and finally reconstruct all sub-sequence predictions to get the final prediction result. We not only compare the difference between the predicted value of the model and the actual measured value, the accuracy of the four models of PCA-LSTM, EEMD-LSTM, ELM, and BP after training under the same data set conditions are also compared. The results show that the short-term prediction effect of the PCA-EEMD-LSTM model is better than other models. Compared with the conventional landslide prediction model, this model has a shorter time span, and has higher accuracy and stability, which is of great significance for landslide prediction.","PeriodicalId":430367,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Digital Signal Processing","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-02-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131094958","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the bistatic clutter echoes are heavily dependent on the range, which leads to the substantial reduction in available target-free training data. As a result, the detection performances corresponding to most of conventional methods decline seriously. In order to improve the detection performance of parametric adaptive matched filter used in airborne bistatic radar, the parametric adaptive matched filter based on uniform space-time scan and clutter rank (STS-CR-PAMF) is proposed in this paper. In order to efficiently obtain the estimated coefficient matrices, conjugate gradient method is utilized in STS-CR-PAMF. In simulation results, it is shown that the detection performance of STS-CR-PAMF outperforms its counterparts. Meanwhile, the relationships between the clutter rank and transmitter-receiver range, the velocities of transmitter and receiver are shown in simulation results and analyzed qualitatively.","PeriodicalId":430367,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Digital Signal Processing","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-02-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125012235","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
