Modern algorithms to generate synthetic data make it possible to generate data that are very similar in their statistical properties to the original data. Synthetic data is used in practice in a wide range of tasks, including those related to data augmentation. The author of the article proposes a method of data augmentation combining the approaches of increasing the sample size using synthetic data and synthetic anomaly generation. This method has been used to address the information security problem of anomaly detection in server logs to detect attacks. The model trained for the task presents high results. The article discusses the main aspects of the design and architecture of the simulator and provides a demonstration of the application. In addition, the possibilities for further development of the simulator and its potential as a teaching tool for research in the field of blockchain technologies are discussed. To do so, it is possible to develop predictive systems based on the use of student data that are available in the information systems of universities. This paper investigates machine learning models for the prediction of early student dropout, trained on the basis of student characteristics and performance data. The main scientific novelty of this work lies in the use of explainable artificial intelligence (AI) methods to interpret and explain the performance of the trained machine learning models. Explainable AI methods allow us to understand which of the input features (student characteristics) have the greatest influence on the results of the machine learning models and can also help understand why models make certain decisions. {"title":"Automatic Replenishment of Metadata of Digital Publications Using the Semantic Services of the Internet","authors":"P. O. An open resource of the semantic network is used as a replenishment. For this purpose, software tools have been developed to search for the necessary data and include them in a metadata set. A separate block of metadata in a scientific article is formed from the affiliation of the authors presented in the document. Typically, ownership in a document does not contain sufficient data to generate a set of metadata. A method has been developed for providing author affiliation metadata, providing an open research organization registry (ROR), as well as means for making connections between ROR and other semantic chains. This method was applied to the collections of articles of the journal <i>Elektronnye Biblioteki</i> (Digital Libraries) for 2021–2022. The total heat flux from the ocean to the atmosphere (and from the atmosphere to the ocean) was considered as a sum of latent and sensible heat. The coefficients of the stochastic differential equation representing the stochastic process were statistically determined from the original data set. Previously, the existence and uniqueness of a solution in the strong sense of the stochastic differential equation that is generated by the constructed diffusion process was proven when Kolmogorov’s conditions were met. The database of Russian Scientific Journals (RSJ) created by RIEPL may come to serve the requests of different categories of users in relation to the topic of dissertation defense. So far, the RSJ has implemented the interface of a representative of the journal’s editorial board and the interface of a member of the expert council of the Higher Attestation Commission. It is desirable to include in the RSJ an open interface that is addressed to the degree applicant to verify compliance with the requirements of the Higher Attestation Commission for publications in journals from the List. To describe problems in the LibMeta library, connections of terms and concepts with classical definitions from the mathematical encyclopedia and other primary sources are established. Establishing links allows a dictionary and thesaurus to be formed for the applied subject area of new boundary value problems, placing the results in the semantic environment of the digital library. Examples of this approach are seen in terms of the capabilities of LibMeta semantic library, which contains a digitized version of the mathematical encyclopedia, encyclopedia of mathematical physics, classifiers, and applied mathematical thesauri and dictionaries. New terms, drawn from publications, after they are added to the content of the library, are reflected in links in the mathematical encyclopedia. A thesaurus for problems in domain of elasticity theory was created by integrating subject dictionaries, classifiers, metadata of specialized journal publications, and the encyclopedic content of the LibMeta library. This article provides a brief overview of libraries and technologies with respect to image classification. The architecture of a simple convolutional neural network for image classification is built. Experiments on image recognition have been conducted with popular neural networks such as VGG 16 and ResNet 50. Both neural networks have shown good results. However, ResNet 50 overfitted due to the fact that the dataset contained the same type of images for training, as this neural network has more layers that allow reading the attributes of objects in the images. The Dunkerley method and the simplified version Dunkerley method are used. It is shown that the simplified version gives not only a simpler, but also a more accurate formula. It is assumed that the mass of the truss is concentrated on its nodes, and the number of degrees of freedom of the structure coincides with the number of the nodes. For analytical transformations and to solve recurrent equations, the computer mathematics system Maple was used.
