The main objective of this work is to perform a 64-digit SRAM with 90 nm innovation. Execution depended on a granular perspective. SRAM's base module is similar to an N-MOS inverter, flip-flop, and semiconductor. We design this module according to the configuration rule of the ? format. Using Harvard technology, SRAM can easily retrieve information from memory. To create advanced rational circuits, it is important to see how an SRAM is assembled and how it works. The bottom line is that with 0.12 micron 90nm technology, we are developing a 5T SRAM and we can read and write. It is a fundamental part of a computer's central processing unit. RAM is a building block made up of several circuits. The 64-bit SRAM reader was developed with MICROWIND and DSCH2. With the MICROWIND program, the developer can design and simulate an integrated circuit at the physical description level. DSCH2 allows switching of digital logic design.","PeriodicalId":429424,"journal":{"name":"SMART MOVES JOURNAL IJOSCIENCE","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131373800","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main objective of this work is to design a solar energy system to move loads away from production points and study the system to improve its reliability and efficiency. And analyze the system with the inverter field-oriented feedback control under transient load conditions to analyze the efficiency of the system in driving motor loads. The simulated work in this work demonstrates the possibility of using a photovoltaic cell to power a motor via a three-phase bridge inverter. It can be concluded that this work will contribute to the analysis of solar modules for the operation of a motor using a PWM inverter. The work also aims to perform an analysis of the solar energy system that moves loads away from the point of generation. Various theories hypothesize that about 25% of the energy contained in the fuel is converted into useful work and the remaining 75% is released into the environment by the engine. The main objective of the present work is to improve the heat transfer rate of existing constructions of the engine cylinder block by modifying its construction and also with new materials. To this end, two CAD models were created using CATIA software, then a transient thermal analysis with ANSYS at ambient temperature for the summer season of 45oC for the real one and the proposed internal combustion engine design was performed one after the other. Other to optimize the geometric parameters and improve the heat transfer rate. The consistency of this information is an essential problem for ensuring the quality of IoT services. The IoT data, however, generally suffers due to a variety of factors such as collisions, unstable network communication, noise, manual system closure, incomplete values and equipment failure. Due to excessive latency, bandwidth limitations, and high communication costs, transferring all IoT data to the cloud to solve the missing data problem may have a detrimental impact on network performance and service quality. As a result, the issue of missing information should be addressed as soon as feasible by offloading duties like data prediction or estimations closer to the source.
